ay. We had issues with a vendor the week and day of the wedding but Cassie made sure to handle it when I brought it to her attention. Other than those issues our wedding day was perfect because Cassie kept everything running smoothly. My husband and I are grateful to have had the wedding day we had with Cassie's help. <3

At our rehearsal, our church was a bit a of mess and she took over and made sure our bridal party knew exactly where they needed to be during the ceremony. She thought of the extra details I would have never thought of. Specifically, at our final venue walkthrough she thought of details I forgot along with the venue. My bridesmaids and family could not stop talking about how much of rockstar she is. Lastly, Cassie is such a kind and wonderful person, I feel like I gained a friend in this process. I cannot recommend her more.

Every time I thought of something that needed to be done I went to do it and Cassandra had already taken care of it plus ten other things I hadn’t even thought of. Her services are invaluable. Anytime someone tells me their son or daughter is getting married the first thing I ask is if they have hired a wedding coordinator yet because they won’t be sorry hiring Cassandra. When there was a mixup with the flowers, Cassie made an extra trip to the church so the photographer had them for flatlay pictures. My mom was unable to eat most of the food we had due to some new food allergies and Cassie worked with the caterer to get a special plate put together for her last minute. She set up our reception space so beautifully and honestly our day went so smoothly and I know it had so much to do with her. You will not regret hiring Cassie to help manage your big day!!

Even though we only booked Cassie for day-of coordination, it felt like she was still with us throughout the planning process. She checked in regularly with us, gave us materials she designed to help with planning, and gave advice any time we asked for it. She also contacted all of our vendors before our wedding day, so we had fewer things to worry about the days leading up to our wedding. On the day of our wedding, Cassie was a godsend. She kept our large wedding party organized (including our young flower girl and ring bearer), she helped get all of the decorations set up, and made sure the other vendors were all on the same page. She ran interference when another less-than-stellar vendor began to cause problems. She made sure our plates were filled and ready on our table for us at our wedding reception. She gave us pre-wedding pep talks to calm our nerves. She even brought little confetti cannons for us to use during our grand exit, and the confetti made for such awesome pictures! If we didn't have Cassie, we truly believe that our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was. Even if you don't think you need a wedding coordinator, you need Cassie. On the day of my wedding, I did not have a single worry. I just got to be the Bride and make special memories with my bridal party and husband. Cassie took care of every single detail from the start of the day to end. Everything ran incredibly smoothly. My friends told me after the wedding, how it was truly the perfect wedding and there was not a single thing that went wrong that day.
