My Glam Team are dependable, detail-orientated, and multi-faceted professionals. Booking professional artists who come to your location ensures you have a stress-free time getting ready with your bridal party. We work with each bride to custom create a look to suit her style & the style of her wedding. A makeup and hair trial can be scheduled with your artist to collaborate on the perfect look for the day. Although we're makeup artists and stylists... we go above and beyond just arriving on the day of your wedding. We offer tips for your makeup trial "day of" prep tips, and emergency "must haves" we know you might end up needing for the day. We customize a look for your bridal party to ensure your girls look cohesive and polished. We even write a schedule for your party to keep you organized and on time. Have a large party? Renee and Haley are amazing! They took care of our wedding party and are professional, efficient and truly gifted at what they do. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The wedding party and I received many compliments about how natural each look was. Each member of our party requested different looks for our hair and each one was as beautiful as the next. We were all blown away by Renee and Haley and are so fortunate to have had them be a part of our wedding! Highly recommend!

Thank you to Renee and Becky for the absolutely stunning job they did for myself and all my bridesmaids. I got hair and partial makeup (everything except eyebrows, eyeliner/mascara, and lips) done by Renee, and she did an absolutely fabulous job! My skin and hair looked flawless, and I loved everything about my appearance. I have oily skin in general, and my foundation for the first time ever didn’t budge. I felt confident and beautiful the entire day. The hairstyle Renee came up with was more perfect than anything I could have imagined. I received so many compliments throughout the day, and the photo previews we have gotten back look flawless. She is an effortless artist and a true perfectionist. All 8 of my bridesmaids that got hair done by Becky and Renee all looked and felt incredible. Renee and Becky showed up on time and even finished early! There was a little confusion with pricing at one point, but we got it worked out in the end! I can’t thank them enough for helping to make my day special! I would recommend them to anyone.

Renee did awesome! She did both my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She wasn't shy about asking me to show my hair reference video multiple times to make sure she got it exactly how I wanted it. She listened to any adjustments I wanted and was very kind and the results were beautiful. I highly recommend Renee to do your next event styling and makeup!

I cannot say enough good things about Timeless Salon and Spa! If your are getting married, you should really consider booking them! Renee and Haley really made my wedding day so special! They were so easy to work with, were on time, and even finished 30 mins early. They did hair and makeup for my 5 bridesmaids and mother in law as well as my makeup. Everything came out flawless! Thank you again for really making my wedding day perfect and worry free.

Renee and the girls she brought to do my girls and I makeup were wonderful! Renee did my hair and makeup, which was gorgeous! And it lasted all night through dancing! Renee also did my MOH hair which was beautiful and hers lasted very well too. My other bridesmaid hair and makeup done by the other girls were also amazing and all of us got compliments through the night. Everyone was also done on time and they worked pretty fast. Renee and her girls are also super friendly and nice to work with! They even helped us rearrange the bridal suite when the venue was being difficult, which I'm super appreciative of. I highly recommend Renee and her girls!

Renee was helpful, kind and quickly responsive during the planning process, and Stephanie did an incredible job making my entire bridal party look gorgeous on the wedding day itself! Stephanie was creative, talented and a good listener, easily able to turn our visions into reality, which gave me the confidence to walk down the aisle feeling my prettiest - what an incredible gift! Fair price for the service and supreme talent, highly recommend to all!

Renee and her team at Timeless Salon did a phenomenal job with hair and makeup at our wedding! I don’t wear much makeup, so it was important to me to have a natural look as a bride. Renee was incredibly patient, and spent over two hours during our trial together making sure we achieved the look I wanted. She shared her expertise, and was also very open to trying different things until I was completely satisfied. The morning of our wedding she and her team were set up and ready to go before my bridesmaids and I even arrived! She built in plenty of time to take care of everyone (me, 6 bridesmaids and our two moms), and the morning was relaxed, fun and stress-free. Everyone was genuinely thrilled with their looks (lots of soft, gorgeous curls and natural, romantic makeup)! Renee even stayed late to help perfectly fit on my veil after we had taken some initial pictures with the photographer. I could not have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out (my husband wholeheartedly agreed!), and it all stayed in place through lots of dancing and happy tears! Renee and her team were truly wonderful to work with- book them!

I came on here to leave a rave review for Renee and her team and just finished reading a few bad reviews some others left for her here. I feel horrible for Renee and feel compelled to defend her. All I can say is Renee is a wonderful person and is truly AMAZING at her craft. She was referred to me for my wedding by the Otesaga Hotel of all places, which means that she HAS to be amazing when you consider an upscale venue like the Otesaga is referring her EXCLUSIVELY to their brides! That alone speaks volumes about her! So I really hope other brides don't base their decision to hire Renee on just a few negative reviews. The number and quality of the positive reviews she has should speak for themselves. Sadly, there will always be a few bridezillas you'll never be able to please, no matter how hard you try. Renee was incredibly professional from start to finish and takes great pride in her work. She is NOT happy unless you are, and she goes above and beyond making sure you are. Her team is equally as professional and meticulous as she is, and all of them were warm, friendly and relaxed, making me feel totally at ease. I honestly cannot recommend Timeless Salon & Studio enough and feel truly honored to be able to share my Timeless experience with all of you. You will absolutely NOT be disappointed in hiring her. She made me look like a princess, and I only wish my daughter's wedding was closer to her so I could hire her. Thank you so much, Renee, for being so helpful and great at what you do, and for being so good at keeping me calm during such a nerve wracking time. You actually did so much more than make us all beautiful, you kept me sane and calm on one of the most important days of my life, which allowed me to actually ENJOY myself, and for that I am forever grateful! ❤

Brides, please look elsewhere!! This is not the place you want to rely on for your wedding (or any other!) day. We had a larger wedding party with 7 ladies (including bride) and four children. Renee brought only one other stylist and gave us a 4 hour window for hair and make up. Renee said she would be the one doing my hair and make up as her other stylist was 'not ready for brides.' I confirmed with Renee in advance my hair and make up would be completed at 1p. At 12:48 Renee called me over to do my makeup. My hair was not even done!! She spent the time doing the hair of bridesmaid after bridesmaid and a flower girl. When she finally did get to my hair she didn't even remember the style produced at the bridal hair trial. I had to remind her with a picture. Renee then began to approach the hair style in a totally different way than that of the trial. It looked completely different. When I questioned the difference she became irritated. I asked her to review the pictures from our hair trial on her phone (she took them that day as a reminder for the wedding day) and she flat out refused. I'm pretty confident she deleted the photos. Because of Renee's lack of preparation and sheer disregard for my schedule, I was over an hour behind for the day. She also stopped doing my hair at one point to spend 15 minutes calculating how much the only other stylist should be paid for the day and counting out the cash for her. Awful. I had no wiggle room to resolve the hair issues and had to just leave my hair the MESS she created on my special day. I wasnt able to participate in any photos with the bridesmaids, that are so memorable. This is my first bad review ever - I cannot in good conscience not warn others about this experience. I don't want any other ladies to make the mistake I did in hiring Renee and this 'salon.'

Under no circumstance would I recommend Renee at Timeless Spa. Since I had a small bridal party, she made it abundantly clear that I was not worth her time. As an out of town bride, she was not flexible in scheduling the trial to coincide with our tasting so we made an extra trip to Cooperstown scheduled two months in advance. I emailed her to confirm 3 days beforehand, and it was clear that she had forgotten about us. Haley at 560 Salon in Cobbleskill, NY saved the day and did an absolutely wonderful job.

Renee went above and beyond for my wedding. At the trial, I still hadn’t quite figured out what lip shade to go with. On the day of the wedding, she brought other options she had gone out and gotten the night before that she thought I might like. I had accidentally gotten a regular manicure instead of a gel manicure a few days prior (at a different salon), and she brought her equipment to give me a gel on the day of to fix the problem. Everything came out absolutely amazing, and I appreciate working with her so much!

I was very disappointed by Timeless Spa and Salon. Renee was 30 minutes late on my wedding day and my hair and makeup ended up looking nothing like the trial. I should have know at the trial that this was a mistake but I figured everything would work out so I let things slide. When I got to the address I quickly realized that we were at her house. As my mother and I knocked on the front door a man without a shirt on answered the door. Very odd but not an issue. Before the trial I sent Renee photos of hair and makeup looks to make sure she knew what I wanted. I don't think she actually looked at the photos I sent so the trail took a lot longer than expected. As I left the trail I was really happy because we finally got the look down. Before I left she took pictures so she could recreate everything a few days later at the wedding. So the wedding day comes and we get to the venue where Renee was going to be set up and she was not there. She arrived 30 minutes late and we did not have time to spare. Since she was so late she had to rush my hair and makeup. It did not look anything like the trial but there was no time to fix it. I was so disappointed. I know hair and makeup options are limited in the Cooperstown area but I would recommend looking further away for a hair and makeup artist if you want a good experience

I had a really unfortunate experience with Timeless spa. To start, she lost my initial contract, and I had to redo all the girls information and mail it back to her. Then I scheduled a trail. I showed up at her house and she had completely forgotten about the appointment. She was on her way out the door, so I had to sit there for 20 minutes until she returned and she completely rushed the appointment. I then decided to look around to see if another spa was available for my day, and if I found someone I would just cancel my contract with Renee. So I put an ad on thumbtack hoping vendors would reach out to me only if they were available. i was confused when I got a message from Renee saying her spa was free on the date of my wedding and that she would love to have the opportunity to be a part of my wedding. I quickly wrote back that she actually wasn't available, she was supposed to have my wedding booked for that day too. But after she lost my contract and my trail appointment, I shouldn't be surprised she actually forgot about my wedding. I quickly cancelled whatever appointment I even had at that point and lost my deposit (with zero offer to even give it back). She is completely disorganized and challenging to work with.

Renee did a really good job on my hair and makeup for my wedding, but she is just so laid back that it kept me on edge through all the planning. I went in to my trial open minded and looking for her professional suggestions and didn't get much helpful feedback. (She also suggested the appointment time for my trial and then kept me waiting for 30 minutes while she drove her kids to school, which seemed really odd to me.) I ended up going to my regular stylist and to a makeup store at the mall for the help I needed. I really recommend that you have a clear idea of what you want. (My MOH knew exactly what she wanted and she got it- I just needed more guidance and couldn't get it from her.) Renee is super sweet, but I found her to be tough to get in contact with, she lost some paperwork that I had sent her, and it took 2 months for her to email me pictures from my trial (I received them a week before my wedding). I also found her prices to be a little high (even compared to my normal salon in an uppity Boston suburb, nevermind in her local market) and she was unwilling to negotiate. I do believe she's the best stylist in the area, but do your homework and don't wait for Renee to take the initiative like some other vendors will.
