Timothy was an absolute hit! For the ceremony, Tim’s performance on the acoustic brought the whole ceremony together which our audience and we absolutely loved it. For the reception and dinner, Tim continued to play our favorites on the acoustic guitar. As for the dance party, from start to finish, the music was spot-on and kept the dance floor alive. We gave him a mix of our favorite tunes and let him work his magic, and he exceeded our expectations. He took our suggestions and added in some of his own songs to make such a great playlist that our guests were complimenting us on the playlist we made all evening. We made sure to tell them it was all Tim! The transitions between songs were seamless, and he really knew how to read the crowd. The energy was electric, and everyone had a blast. A huge thank you to Tim for setting the perfect vibe and making our celebration unforgettable! We highly recommend Tim for your event!

We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! Timothy handled our chaos with patience and grace! He is a phenomenal singer and musician and if you get the chance to have him at one of your events, make sure that you have him perform! Absolutely amazing!

Timothy Davis was amazing! My fiancé was in charge of booking the music for our wedding and he hit it out of the park with finding Timothy Davis! Timothy was easy to work with and very knowledgable. For our ceremony, he played the tracks we requested for the processional and recessional. He brought microphones for us to use during our outdoor ceremony too. During our outdoor hour long cocktail hour, he played popular songs on the guitar. I think my favorite part of hiring Timothy was his ability to play the guitar and sing! During our dinner service he did just that... he sang and played the guitar! He did a beautiful job. After dinner he opened the dance floor and kept party going. My fiancé and I put together a list of songs we wanted played throughout the night. Timothy played our songs, weaving in slow dances too. He did a wonderful job playing current hits, high school throwbacks, oldies, and more. Our guests, of all ages, hit the dance floor and rarely left. Thank you, Timothy, for being a wonderful DJ and live performer at our wedding! You were truly amazing!

Tim was an amazing DJ. His voice is beautiful and we got a lot of compliments about the live music he played. He had a very good song selection, was willing to give us advice and was extremely communicative and flexible with the ever changing flow of wedding madness.

Timothy was one of the best parts of our wedding! We wanted live music but our venue was too small for a full band, we lucked out when we found him. He sang and played live music during our ceremony and cocktail hour then DJ'd for the reception. He acted as MC as well and was professional and exceptional in every way. He worked with us to learn the music we like and even learned a Taylor Swift song to perform live for us during our ceremony. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Tim was amazing!! I had reached out to him with very little time before our wedding (it was a very stressful time). He was so incredibly flexible and agreed to play live during our ceremony and cocktail hour. His music was fantastic! Everyone was so impressed. After dinner, we had asked him to DJ music. The music was so perfect, even our older guests were joining in on the dancing! We are so so glad we were able to book him!!

Our wedding day would not have been the same without Timothy as our DJ. From him singing/playing guitar during cocktail hour to seamlessly coordinating the rest of the night, he was incredible! I may be biased, but he is the best DJ out there. He played all of our favorite songs during the reception and when it came to dancing, everyone was on their feet. Timothy was professional, responsive and incredibly talented!! Many of our guests raved about him and said the singing during cocktail hour was a special touch. Austin and I couldn't be more thankful to have had him as our DJ! Book him now, you will not regret it!!

Tim was amazing. I had no idea what I was doing or how to plan the timing of a wedding and Tim walked me through it and made the process so smooth. He provided live music for the wedding, and then he was the dj for the reception. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to hear him play live music since I was being sequestered until it was time for my grand entrance. My guests did rave about him and how he created a wonderful atmosphere. He listened to my suggestions and offered many great ideas. And he did a great job reading the room and kept playing great music to keep the party going. He was very professional and is great at his job. I highly recommend him and I’m so thankful that I found him.

Tim was so amazing to deal with. He performed at our wedding welcome party in Santa Barbara, and everyone loved his music. He played the guitar and sang for half of the time and then DJ’d for the second half. He’s so versatile in everything he can do and we couldn’t thank him enough! He was responsive and timely as well, which was very helpful during the planning process!

Tim was incredible. He made planning really straightforward and easy. So many guests mentioned how much they enjoyed him playing guitar during our cocktail hour, and when he was DJ-ing during the reception we had to adjust the schedule slightly since everyone was having so much fun dancing!

Timothy was amazing!! He kept the dance floor popping the entire night. He knows all genres of music and was even able to adapt to playing some Caribbean music as I am from the Caribbean. Additionally he sang live during cocktail hour and unfortunately i was not able to hear it myself but i heard endless compliments from my wedding guests about how great he was. Timothy is seriously the best! He was super professional and easy to work with. We had an interracial wedding so we wanted to make sure we had music that everyone would enjoy. We chose to have him sing/play guitar during portions of our wedding day and play pre-recorded songs to dance to. Every song he played during our reception was a hit and people were on the dance floor all night. Our friends and family texted us several days after our wedding and kept commenting specifically on how much they loved our DJ. Definitely recommend.

We wish there was a way to give more stars... What a great wedding musician/ DJ/ MC! Tim played at our wedding at Ragged Point in August of 2019 and did a fantastic job. From the beginning he was communicative via email, did an impromptu call with us to get on the same page, followed-up with questions, etc. On the day of the event, he was early to arrive and setup, came with all of the pro equipment needed, and executed flawlessly. Many of our guests commented on how nice his voice and guitar sounded and we agreed! He also seamlessly went back-and-forth between playing live and DJing, without any of the abrupt transitions I've seen at other weddings- it was really, really smooth! He was able to feel out the crowd's mood to play just the right song at just the right time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim!

Timothy is a pro. We lucked out so much by finding him. We were thinking we would need to hire multiple people and equipment for what we wanted for our wedding, but Timothy was everything in one package. He brought his own equipment (lighting, speakers, microphones, etc), did sound checks with the officiant, MC'd the entire night, played live music, sang, and was the DJ for the reception. My wife, myself, and all of our guests were blown away. We couldn't ask for a better and more professional person to be a part of our wedding.

Awesome Singer and DJ! Tim was awesome and came to the Bay Area for my wedding! He was our MC, DJ and sang at our wedding and did an awesome job! He sang when I came down the aisle and it was just as I had envisioned and he sounded even better live than his online clips. Pre-wedding he answered all my questions and met with us a few times to make sure we were all on the same page. Day of he was fantastic. He brought uplights and all his equipment and was on time. During cocktail hour we had a medical emergency and he was able to direct the crowd to the reception and get help for the person! I was so thankful for him and his professionalism to help the wedding stay on track. His dj skills were great and he kept the crowd dancing all night long! Thank you so much for everything!

I don’t even know where to start..wow! Timothy was amazing. First of all, Tim as a singing musician, was magnificent. His voice was amazing and overall quality was so good. Honestly there were times when I couldn’t tell he was even signing because I thought it was the real song. Timothy the DJ was the exact same. The quality of his equipment and music, he read the crowd and kept the dance floor full. He was easy to work with and nicely handled all of our requests with patience and steered us in the right direction when we needed it. He even brought some of his own lights for our dance floor to add that extra flare. We will happily recommend him to anyone looking for a singing musician and/or DJ. We really could not have asked for anything or anyone better. Plus, he remains the only male I've sang Ice Ice Baby too. Thank you Timothy.

Tim is so talented as a live musician, and on top of that, he DJs! I could not have found a better solution for our destination wedding in Yosemite. It was scrambling so much to get everything done for my wedding, and not having to worry about music at all really, really helped when it got down to crunch time. I didn't give him much guidance (aside from selecting a few songs), and he was able to build around that to make my wedding day special. He was really accommodating with some last minute specific requests, too! Thank you Tim, for being a part of a very perfect wedding.

The perfect DJ/live musician for your wedding. From the beginning, Tim was the perfect person to work with. He called us and walked us through each component of our wedding to choose the perfect songs. We loved that we were able to work closely with him and that he gave us his time to talk about what we envisioned for our wedding day. We hired Tim as our reception DJ, for playing live music at our cocktail hour , and for managing the audio for our ceremony. He was able to work with us so that my sister and one of our friends could play for our ceremony, this he orchestrated flawlessly and it turned out even better than I imagined it would! Additionally, I gave Tim a list of songs he could play before the ceremony started and he ended up learning all of these beautiful Christian songs to play on his guitar at dinner. I loved his amazing voice and a joyful style of playing. The most memorable part of working with Tim was our first dance. My husband and I danced to Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” and Tim had talked about potentially playing it live for us. We never really brought it up again before the wedding so we expected to be dancing to a recording. Only a few minutes before the first dance he asked our wedding coordinator if we would like him to play it live and we thought it would be fun! We were astonished that he knew the song by heart and has learned so many songs for this purpose. It was gorgeous and we both agree that our first dance was so much more romantic because of what he did for us. Tim is talented, personable, flexible, professional, and an overall wonderful musician to work with. People at our wedding loved his music choices for dancing and were in awe with his live music. I would recommend Timothy Davis to any couple looking for a musician for their wedding.

We contracted Tim Davis to perform various songs off his repertoire and a few songs not listed to include two Spanish songs for our wedding date.
