Timothy, thank you for all your help on set up! It was really such a pleasure. You have a wonderful energy and you are such a positive person. It was quite refreshing! Usually everyone is so stressed...but the thought of you there to help things go smoothly for the couple as well as the vendors (me included) was really comforting.

There are few words to explain how amazing Timothy is at his job. He is seasoned and an irreplaceable asset to any event/wedding day. I photographed a wedding for Becca + MarcAntoni he was coordinating and before I could ask him questions, he already had the answers for me. He anticipated what was happening next and made the day run sooooooo smoothly not only for the bride and groom but all the other vendors as well. I would highly recommend hiring Timothy for any event!! It will be the best decision you make in your planning process!! :)

Let’s just say, by the end of the evening our barn reception echoed with cries of “Timothy!” not because we needed him to do something but as an expression of relief and gratitude that he was with us. Quite frankly I have NO idea how our wedding would have been possible without him. Our venue was a historic house and barn on a beautiful sloping lawn facing the Hudson river, but even though our contact there was extremely helpful, we had to coordinate and bring in everything ourselves—tables and chairs, linens, catering, sound equipment, flowers, dumpsters, you name it. There is SO much to consider, from lighting for the port-a-potties to arranging transportation to figuring out how to obtain and store 30 Carvel ice cream cakes. Contrary to the misleading term, “Day-of Coordinator” Timothy was with us months before the wedding—helping us make sure we weren’t forgetting anything, taking things off our to-do list, and generally making us feel like we had another person on our team. Still, it is impossible to overstate Timothy’s INVALUABLE presence on the weekend itself. As the bride I feel like I don’t even know all that he did since part of the game is not stressing us out about everything that needs taking care of (and no matter how much planning you do ahead of time so much is impossible to foresee). From running around delivering welcome bags, setting up ceremony chairs, and even hemming a bridesmaid dress the morning of, Timothy made it all happen. And not only that, but all the while with genuine enthusiasm, joy, and positivity—which, when you are feeling your most stressed / worried / and frazzled is a great presence to remind us why we’re doing all this and how lucky and excited we really are. Timothy truly felt like a part of our celebration, and I don’t think anyone has recovered from his stunning dance moves to “No Diggity” at the end of the evening. Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who needs a knowledgable, devoted, and passionate partner in planning. Thank you Timothy!

Timothy was the coordinator for my business opening launch party and I cannot say enough about how amazing and helpful he was on the day of the party. Timothy went over and BEYOND helping the party run smoothly. Was. thoughtful and helped my elderly family members whenever they needed anything. Timothy also assisted my florist the night before the party and helped assemble our floral arrangements. His personality and energy are absolutely amazing. My guests and family couldn't say enough him. He is so kind and thoughtful and knows exactly what to do during the event when things get hectic. He is so talented and I will hire Timothy for every event I plan in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Timothy Westbrook for your special day. I am so lucky to have found Timothy!

Timothy helped me select my wedding dress and I could not be more grateful for his assistance. He went out of his way to not just understand my taste and aesthetic but to also understand my family and what a wedding meant to me. Timothy was great at encouraging me to try different styles that I wouldn't have tried otherwise. He is a natural listener and set a great pace for the experience. He was flexible and encouraging as I started to react to different looks or styles. I left the experience with an on-budget wedding dress and with confidence about how I would look on my wedding day. I absolutely loved working with Timothy. I was a bridesmaid for my best friend's wedding and he made all of us feel very welcomed and taken care of. My dress ended up being way too long and thank god he swooped in for the rescue and was able to pin it lass minute. He brought a wonderful presence to the day, his team was a amazing and I highly recommend working with him.

Timothy is such an amazing person to have at the helm of your wedding. We couldn't imagine having done it without him! He is so organized and thinks about every detail so that you don't have to, and he makes sure that everything comes together in time to make the week leading up to the big day as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. We couldn't praise him and his work enough.

I've worked with Timothy in several different capacities now, and he has always shown a high level of professionalism, courtesy, enthusiasm, and LOVE. He loves what he does, and he truly cares about this clients, doing anything he can to make his and their vision a reality, with as little strain on the client as possible. He is truly an artist and a business professional--what a combo! Do yourself a favor and hire this guy!

I've known Timothy since he was in high school as an aspiring fashion designer. When we got engaged and my mother suggested that we get a wedding planner I spoke to Timothy and he asked if we'd be open to letting him help us plan our day. We gladly had him as our wedding planner and he made the entire experience so stress-free and enjoyable. From the beginning, he aided me in seeing my dress vision come to life and finding me vendors for items like the DJ that I didn't care much about. When the day came I handed everything including my phone over to him and didn't have a single stress which is so uncommon for me! You will be so thrilled with Timothy as your wedding planner and so will all your guests. He not only makes sure everything goes as plans but can bring the dance moves to the dance floor!

I was Timothy's first bridal client in May 2016 and according to myself and all of my guests, you would have thought he had been doing this for YEARS. Timothy is an A1 pro--experienced, professional, insightful, patient and flexible. I never felt alone in the preparation and execution of our wedding thanks to Timothy's hands on approach and endless support. He was amazing at maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude from start to finish, something that I very much appreciated as did my bridal team! Every bride to enlist Timothy as their coordinator should consider themselves luck and blessed.

Where do I start with Timothy? I have never seen an event organizer do their job with more enthusiasm and efficiency in all of my years working in the wedding business. Timothy was absolutely wonderful to work with, and he made sure that every detail was remembered and taken care of. I cannot recommend a better vendor for your wedding day or your event that needs planning; Timothy will not only cater to whatever you need but he will do it with personality and grace. Highly recommend!

I put on a 4 hour event in March, which involved 9 different speakers and about 120 attendees. It went off without a hitch, largely because Timothy was running the show! He even ordered food for me to eat, which I hadn't even thought of (and then made sure I actually ate it). He did everything from learning the shut-down procedures for the hall, to checking all the speakers in and getting them prepped, to greeting people at the door and directing them to the coat room and seats, to dealing with the sitaution when one of the driver's car key fob broke apart . I thought I had everything planned out ahead of time--wow--there was so much that came up that I didn't have the time or ability to focus on, that Timothy effortlessly took care of. I couldn't imagine doing without him--the word here is indespensible.
