wedding of 64 guests. The waiters were attentive and made sure everyone was happy with their food. Most importantly, they always asked if you wanted more wine before pouring, which I think is huge in regards to courtesy. They didnt try to gouge up the total price of dinner by over pouring. Tin Roof was also very diligent about guests food allergies and was able to prepare guests meals to accommodate a particular food allergy.
