Born in Armenia and raised in the United States since the age of 9, Tina Mitoyan is one of these makeup artists who believe in the art of transformation. In addition to perfecting her craft in makeup application, she is also a skilled photographer who captures these transformations.
With over 9 years of experience, Tina finds inspiration in the natural beauty of her clients and gently enhances their features, bringing out his or her true beauty instead of masking it. As is the standard for many makeup artists, she is busy most weekends working on big bridal parties, however, she stays creative during the week by following her passion and collaborating with talented artists and models.

Tina is AMAZING!
I reached out to Tina in early 2020 for my November 2020 wedding. She was responsive and professional. Fast forward to August we were informed that we had to reschedule. I reached out and Tina was so kind and said she would make the new date work. We had a morning reception and Tina arrived at my suite bright and early. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She has such a calming energy about her. She made my morning stress free, relaxed and of course made me look gorgeous! She was an absolute pleasure and would recommend her to anyone.
A review here won’t even skim the surface about Tina. She is AMAZING.
I was referred to her through one of my girlfriends. My mom’s wedding was coming up and I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Tina did hair and makeup for those of us in the bridal party, plus the beautiful bride (my mom!).
My mom is someone who would normally wear BB cream and a mascara only. When she gets her makeup done, she always feels like it’s “not her” or “too much”. My mom LOVED her makeup and felt exactly like herself that day!
I am the complete opposite and love a dramatic look, winged or smoke eye, etc. Tina was amazing with my desired look as well! My only regret is not paying her reasonable travel fee to have her do my wedding!! Book her, you will be so thankful you did!
There are many things to share about Tina and her work. She’s very professional and also made me feel like we were long time friends.
She made me feel relaxed and did a stunning job. I had NEVER felt so beautiful. She’s a true gem in the beauty industry and I’m so thankful to God that she made me the happiest bride with her talents.

Tina has been my make-up artist and hair stylist for the last 10 years. For weddings, engagements, parties, and just about everything in between, there is no one I trust more. I have a hard time getting my makeup done because it usually feels caked on or makes me look like a different person. But with Tina it’s different! She enhances your features beautifully and is so kind, caring, and supportive of your wants and needs. She never fails to deliver 100% each time and always does so with a smile on her face. Her energy is explosive and contagious!
When it came time for my own engagement shoot, I knew there was no one better for the job. Tina not only did my hair and makeup, she was also the photographer!!! My husband and I were blown away by her work and still hear about how incredible the photos turned out 8 months later. She helped bring my vision to life and had suggestions on how to make it even better. We are so lucky to have those beautiful memories of such a special time in our lives and it’s all thanks to her! Tina is simply one of the best in the business!
Tina was amazing! Worked easily with our schedule and responsive to emails. We had good communication in terms of figuring out what looks we were going for, and she and her assistant delivered!
I didn't even do a pre-wedding trial, and she made me and my girls glow, and created the hairstyles we were all going for on her first run :) Girl definitely knows what she's doing, and is also simply a sweet, easygoing, easy-to-chat-with person. Highly recommend her!
Tina did the hair and makeup for my wedding in 2015. She did such an amazing job on my 5 bridesmaids and me. We were behind schedule but when Tina arrived, she got us back on track without a sweat. The makeup didn’t feel or look caked on. Our hair (updos and curls) lasted well into the evening. I did a trial run with her so I knew I didn’t have to worry about any smudges or having to reapply anything later in the day.
I recommended her to all my friends who got married around the same time, but unfortunately she was booked up! Would still 100% recommend.

Tina is the best! My sister hired her for her wedding. Our experience with Tina was so amazing that I booked her that same day for my wedding 8 months later. Tina is professional, accomodating, and such a delight to work with. She made my morning of a flawless experience. All 5 of my girls, my mom, and myself were ready with hair and makeup with time to spare. Tina and her assistant made us look beautiful, hair and makeup! I would definitely recommend Tina's services and can't wait to use her services again for future events.
Tina is an amazing individual! I have known Tina for about 13 years now and she’s my go-to person for makeup and hair! She takes time to listen to what you need and gives you exactly what you want. I have never been disappointed with how I’ve looked and I have received several compliments when Tina does my hair and makeup.
On one occasion, Tina wasn’t available at the time I had requested, so I got my makeup done at Sephora and I hated everything about it. The makeup artist didn’t listen to a word I said and basically did what she wanted. Tina was able to come by after and fix my makeup before I went to my event. There when you always need her, she’s that type of individual.
Tina also did my engagement shoot. From my makeup and hair to the photos she captured, everything was amazing. The energy she has will make anyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Thank you so much Tina! Without a doubt, one of the best!
