e out wonderfully designed and the best cake I've ever had! It was super moist and the frosting... Amazing. I'm not a fan of having to much icing without enough cake but Adam had the perfect ratio. He also threw in a free gluten free cake for us. Highly recommend!

There were a few times when I would not hear from him for a day or two, but I equate it to him potentially being overbooked. I can't dock any stars though because he was always professional and always made up for it with a lot of information. The cake was delivered on time and was absolutely gorgeous. The flavors were delicious! Multiple people approached me after the wedding and said it was the best wedding cake they'd ever tasted. Go with Adam, he's fantastic! But, try to book with him early!

it to be a little dry due to sitting in the freezer for a year but once thawed it tasted as if it had just been baked. It was absolutely delicious( it is lemon blueberry) Adam is simply amazing.

ould look the best. He was great at making sure it was what we wanted in the end. It was a little pricey to do a tiered cake to accommodate all our guests so we opted for a three-tiered cake with a sheet cake as well. We also added a small sugar-free chocolate cake and a gluten-free cake for a few of our guests. We tasted these ahead of time and you couldn't tell they were specialty. Amazing!

any flavor we could come up with, and offered great suggestions when our imaginations were lacking. And all six flavors were incredible--some of the best cake I've ever tasted. The cake itself was beautiful too, exactly as he had described it in our meeting. If you want creativity (in both taste and design) in your cake, Adam's your guy. Just plan ahead and make sure to contact him well in advance; he's clearly in demand.

rn phone call. I called again and Adam answered. I told him I wanted to order a cake and he asked me to email him the details of my order and he would get back to me. I emailed him right after I hung up...5 days passed and no response to the email. I left another voicemail and no return phone call. I guess he doesn't need my business so I took my business elsewhere. This lack of communication is not only extremely unprofessional but also very rude!
