Let me start this out by saying that this review is of the manager of this location. The person who fitted me and took care of me while I was in the store was great and the suits f...
or myself and my groomsmen were fitted correctly good quality and arrived when they said they would. However the manager of this location had an absolute terrible attitude towards myself and my groomsmen from the very start. I called the store and setup an appointment for my groomsman to get fitted. I told them his name and what time he would be there. They confirmed it with me and said they could fit him in. Upon his arrival he was met by the manager who told him that they’d have no time whatsoever to fit him and that they work by appointment only. He proceeded to inform her that I had called and set an appointment for him and she responded back with “NO HE DIDN’T”! She said this before she even knew his or my name. Then she had called me on a Monday I was at work so I was unable to return her call. They’re closed Tuesday’s so I called back on Wednesday and in a very rude tone she told me that’s she had been trying to get ahold of me for MONTHS! Yet from the time I went into the shop to the time of her phone call was only a few weeks. Lastly when my brother went in to get fitted for his tux again had an appointment and everything set. The manager was sitting at the front desk stuffing her face with food and said she had just returned from a workout and had to eat right then before she could help him. This and she had terrible B.O which I understand she had just returned from her workout and I’m not shaming her for that but stuffing your face and smelling of B.O at the front desk of a tux/wedding dress rental store is extremely unprofessional! I would recommend Tip Top Tux but definitely NOT THIS LOCATION!!!
They did a great job of keeping us updated. None of the tuxes were wrong even so close to prom!
They had very caring staff and the only issues we had were resolved.
My husband used Tip Top Tux for his and his groomsmen's tuxes-- we received a good deal from going to a bridal show and once we made our first stop to visit them, they followed up ...
with us up until the week of our wedding! They were even willing to transport a tux from one state to another due to a complication that came up for us, and we were so grateful for that! Thank you for all of your help throughout the wedding planning process and your great service!
We looked at a few places in town, and TTT was the best deal we found. They even shipped one of our tuxes to another town where one of our groomsmen was 2 days before our wedding. ...
Great to work with!!
Good customer service! given wrong information regarding tux prices though
We had a small wedding party but received top notch customer service nonetheless. When I had a question they were quick to answer and were incredibly helpful! Making our selection ...
was simple, which my husband greatly appreciated. Overall a great experience!
Tip top tux did a great job with all of my guys. I met them at a bridal show. They impressed me with the variety of suits and tuxes they have.
Great stuff and selections! Also, liked the multiple locations. However, frequently changed our order so we had to go in an change it back to our original order. Also, did not ha...
ve everything in when we came to pick-up and some were stained but they did fix it and deliver it to us since we were out of town!
It was helpful to have a tuxedo rental place all across the US so that many of the men in our wedding party could get measured at the closest one to them. They provided us with upd...
ates along the way and called with friendly reminders when needed. They were easy to work with and communicated with the different stores that our wedding party was measured at.
Excellent service and the tuxes were great! Shoe size ran small for all the groomsmen, ushers and groom but they accomodated.
I was really impressed with tip top tux, they had a bunch of different colors to choose from compared to the only 1 we found at different places. Our colors were green and black a...
nd wanted to find something that wouldn't be too hot and would make it so they would be different then the normal just "green and black" look. All of the Groomsman commented on how they liked the look of the way the tux looked.
We had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Accommodated all questions and changes at any time.
We ordered all of our tuxes through Tip Top Tux - for the Groom, Groomsmen, Dads, Ring Bearer, and Ushers. There are tons of colors and patterns to choose from, they arrived on tim...
e, and in perfect condition. We needed a few things replaced (due to weight loss not them sending the wrong thing), so we put an order back in, and they were there the very next day. We definitely recommend them to anyone. (Cost is for EACH.)
Very friendly, very accommodating, good price!! We used the Tip Top Tux in Lees Summit Mo. I will refer them forever! May man looked AMAZING!! They groomsmen looked sharp! They gav...
e their opinion since I was completely new to this! I'm also using them to preserve my gown! :)
There is only one girl I trusted at tip top tux in Sioux falls, Toni. She kept me calm and called me with any questions or concerns which was helpful. However they promised me the ...
tuxes would be in by thursday morning which was helpful because our wedding was 2 hours away and I had concerns about the tuxes fitting. All the tuxes were in except our jr groomsman which I was most concerned about. Luckily they all fit and you would think they were laced in gold for how expensive they were.
They were't too bad overall. The guys had a little issue with pants sizes and a few had to swap sizes because they were too short or we had to get suspenders so they didn't fall do...
wn, since there are no belt loops. They were decently fast on getting them here in time, had three that showed up 2 days before the wedding but there was still time to get them.
Tux's were a little spendy but they looked great on all the guys. The vendor in Madison, SD was so great and helpful we would gladly go back!
We had a rustic, vintage inspired wedding and all we wanted were gray 3-piece suits. We really wanted the matching vest which seemed impossible to find until we went to Tip Top Tux...
. We were very pleased with their customer service as well as the quality and selection of suits. We highly recommend Tip Top Tux to anyone!
they are wonderful there! Especially Toni
We rented our tux from here. We had excellant service and the price was reasonable. We even got a coupon in the mail for $50 off. I was very pleased with them.
All of my tuxedo's were rented from the Watertown, SD location. WONDERFUL!! Very helpful and friendly sales staff. I would not, however, recommend the Aberdeen store location. Sa...
lespeople were very rude and arrogant. And you pay a higher price in Aberdeen for the same thing you can get in Watertown.
My husband and I went into Tip Top Tux in Marshall, MN and were able to look at various swatches and play dress-up with the mannequin. It was SO helpful and there were so many diff...
erent styles, colors and patterns to chose from. We had a hard teal color to match, but found something that worked very well. The employees at the Marshall location were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They were willing to go the extra mile to help make our day stress free!
The mall location in St. Cloud was not as helpful. A vest was ordered in the wrong size and was an inconvenience for the groomsman to make the drive twice and then the drive to the wedding 2 hours away. Father of the bride did not receive his pocket square so he did not match the others. We were told three different times when the tuxes could be picked up and this was confusing and frustrating. Some of the employees did not seem as informed or helpful.
The tuxes looked great - everything went as planned. Great value!
A button came off one of the tuxedos and they came out to our location and fixed it on the spot. Great service and affordable pricing
We rented our Tuxes from Tip Top Tux and the colors matched up perfect with everything else. They also have a great selection of graters at their store too.
They were great to work with. I stopped in a total of 3 times over a year and a half. The manager remebered my name and wedding date!! Couldn't have been happier!!! They also r...

work we had was getting our groomsmen and dads to go in and get measured!
Loved how easy it was to deal with Tip Top Tux. We were able to start picking up the tuxes on Wednesday already for a Saturday wedding. Easy to return on Sunday.
Awesome place!
They matched our colors and were very accommodating for our highly unorganized groomsmen!
The colors matched elegantly and the clerk was nice and willing to work with us on what we were looking for.
We loved the Tux's from Tip Top Tux! They were great to work with!
We went to Tip Top Tux not sure what to expect. The process was very easy and did not realize there were so many decisions to make with renting tuxes. We had no issues. Everyone ...
was able to get them on time and was able to return them the next day. They looked great!
Did a great job of being thorough and getting all of my information. Pricey but worth the cost for a groom that wanted a specific tux! :) Thanks for all of your help!
Tip TOp Tux is located inside Audras Bridal, downtown Rapid City. The staff is beyond wonderful - So kind and friendly. The tuxes didn't seem anything like the photos we chose th...
em from. The fabrics were also cheap. My husbands bow tie was floppy, you could say. Not stiff at all. Also, the fit wasn't near what the picture made them out to be. We were disappointed :(
