d arrived when they said they would. However the manager of this location had an absolute terrible attitude towards myself and my groomsmen from the very start. I called the store and setup an appointment for my groomsman to get fitted. I told them his name and what time he would be there. They confirmed it with me and said they could fit him in. Upon his arrival he was met by the manager who told him that they’d have no time whatsoever to fit him and that they work by appointment only. He proceeded to inform her that I had called and set an appointment for him and she responded back with “NO HE DIDN’T”! She said this before she even knew his or my name. Then she had called me on a Monday I was at work so I was unable to return her call. They’re closed Tuesday’s so I called back on Wednesday and in a very rude tone she told me that’s she had been trying to get ahold of me for MONTHS! Yet from the time I went into the shop to the time of her phone call was only a few weeks. Lastly when my brother went in to get fitted for his tux again had an appointment and everything set. The manager was sitting at the front desk stuffing her face with food and said she had just returned from a workout and had to eat right then before she could help him. This and she had terrible B.O which I understand she had just returned from her workout and I’m not shaming her for that but stuffing your face and smelling of B.O at the front desk of a tux/wedding dress rental store is extremely unprofessional! I would recommend Tip Top Tux but definitely NOT THIS LOCATION!!!

our wedding was 2 hours away and I had concerns about the tuxes fitting. All the tuxes were in except our jr groomsman which I was most concerned about. Luckily they all fit and you would think they were laced in gold for how expensive they were.

eal color to match, but found something that worked very well. The employees at the Marshall location were very friendly and knew what they were talking about. They were willing to go the extra mile to help make our day stress free! The mall location in St. Cloud was not as helpful. A vest was ordered in the wrong size and was an inconvenience for the groomsman to make the drive twice and then the drive to the wedding 2 hours away. Father of the bride did not receive his pocket square so he did not match the others. We were told three different times when the tuxes could be picked up and this was confusing and frustrating. Some of the employees did not seem as informed or helpful.
