The not-so-hidden gem of Tippecanoe is the the Event Coordinator. She was so helpful and responsive to us. She was able to keep our event on track and moving along. She had 6 other events happening while we were there and no one would have guessed. During our planning she was responded quickly and offered great suggestions.
Tippecanoe really provided a romantic wedding experience. I just kept looking into the reception room admiring how beautiful it looked. We were able to have an intimate event with good food and our closest loved ones. It was perfect.
I was really disappointed in the lack of professionalism during the planning process. On one occasion I set up a specific phone meeting with the coordinator and she completely miss...
ed it. She did not reach out and apologize for missing the appointment or try to reschedule. I did end up contacting them again and rescheduled. When we did speak and discussed a plan she agreed to put together a quote and send it out two weeks later... crickets. The food there is great but I'm not willing to deal with the service. I am so happy I found another venue.
We had our rehearsal dinner here and it was a wonderful venue. We had a whole floor to ourselves, the food was amazing, and it is just beautiful and classically romantic.

a filet duet and it was delicious. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because we "rented" out each floor but there were still people eating in some of the rooms that we were not occupying which I found to be very upsetting.
