We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Tipsy Pony Party Bar! From the very beginning, they were so easy to work with. Nicole walked us through all of our options, helped us think through what would work best for our crowd, and made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. Then, the week of our wedding, everything changed — we had to switch venues just 48 hours before the big day. All of our carefully laid plans went out the window overnight. Nicole and her team were absolutely incredible. They immediately stepped in, coordinated directly with the new venue, made sure no details were missed, and honestly took so much weight off my shoulders during an already overwhelming moment. I don’t know what we would have done without them. On the wedding day itself, they went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did they serve our guests with professionalism and energy, but they were also helping clear plates and even assisted with gathering décor at the end of the night. That level of service is rare and meant the world to us. I truly cannot express how impressed, grateful, and overall happy we are with the service Tipsy Pony Party Bar provided. If you’re considering booking them — do it. They are an absolute dream team. 🥂

Wow! My wife and I were totally blown away with Tipsy Pony at our granddaughter Kaylee's wedding to her fiance David! Rob and Nicole were very interested in making our event a lot of tun, and it showed at wedding time. We had several custom drinks that they were glad to make, and they even posted the drink names, and the ingredients, on their electronic menu next to the LED bar. At the 11th hour, we asked them if they could give us an additional 30 minutes and start serving early, and it was no problem at all for them. They were fun, and FUNNY, and just perfect bartenders... laughing and joking with our friends there... they just really helped make the wedding event totally ENJOYABLE. We'll hire them in a minute when our next granddaughter gets married... we totally recommend these people!

Presenting a beautifully restored, vintage pony trailer bar, this charming team can help you serve up a range of delicious drinks to your guests. Paired with their talented, resourceful staff, this unique trailer bar offers a personal, professional experience to couples on their special day. We haven't stopped there! We have several bar setups from the cute horse trailers to LED bar, Whisky Barrel Bar and Bicycle Bar. Nicole & Rob Neely, the proud owners of the Tipsy Pony Party Bar, decided to take a leap of Faith to quit our careers to enter into the business of Mobile Bartending. We both have over 20 years each in the bartending space and even longer in the Food & Beverage space. We wanted to create fun exciting drinks to wow our guests. We offers our bar and services to couples throughout the St. Louis & Illinois area. We can provide just bartenders if needed, and is alway open to decorating the bar to suit your own wedding theme. Whether it’s a mimosa brunch, or a full bar wedding celebration, Our team are here to help create that perfect feel for your wedding.

g was pretty reasonable. They have several different types of mobile bars to choose from and different levels of bar packages. When they arrived - Early, which was great... Rob was our Bartender who is one of the owners. He called to let me know he was just minutes away. Arrived and got set up quickly! Super nice guy & very friendly. Rob even brought the makings for some specialty drinks which went over quite well. Everyone enjoyed themselves and talking with Rob, who also made a point to ask questions and get to know many of the employees. We thank you Rob, for your hospitality, friendliness and quick wit! I would definitely recommend giving Tipsy Pony Party Bar a try !

She is so understanding of what it's like to plan a wedding--the stress and the excitement--and was dedicated to doing everything she could to make sure our event was exactly what we dreamed it would be. I was so touched by the level of care and service she and her husband provided to us. Truly exceptional! The bar itself was adorable and a perfect fit for our venue and theme. Rob was our bartender and he was so fun and friendly. And the drinks? DELICIOUS!!! They make all their own simple syrups and WOW! Everything we tasted was SO good--expertly crafted and mixed, and we heard lots of great feedback from our guests as well. (Apparently the "Tipsy Pony" drink that gives the company its name is dangerously good! I am going to have to try it next time!) Nicole and Rob were also super creative as they helped us come up with some special "signature cocktails" for our event. They really went above and beyond for us. e bartender was toasting the rinds and the head bartender made sure me (the bride) and the groom had a drink in our hands at all times. She was like a fairy godmother! The pony bar outside of the Missouri History Museum looked incredible and elevated the experience. Robbie went above and beyond for us and made sure that we were able to have the wedding of our dreams for a wonderful cost! My only word of caution: if you hire Robbie as your bartender, you need to be clear about what you need. Robbie will make sure you have what you need and want but you need to follow-up and know what your guests want. I am specifically talking about our signature cocktails. I came up with recipes and he was able to make sure we had everything we needed for that recipe. He is no nonsense but that is what I loved about him, you knew what your cost was and what that included. I can't wait to hire them again!
