Tipton-Haynes is a State Historic Site operated by a non-Profit Association and in part by the Tennessee Historical Commission. There are eleven historic structures on site, all representing the 1700-1800 as each of the historic owners lived here. these buildings today give great back drops for any occasion. The site conducts tours daily but is open to be rented for regular site rentals by groups, host conferences, photography sessions and even as a wedding venue. The goal of the Association is to ensure that everyone enjoys their visits and learns a little of this state's past while they are here.

enue. The price for the venue is the best I’ve seen in the Tri-city area. They set up the chairs exactly how we wanted. They were able to accommodate short notice setup regarding weather change to make the wedding outdoors instead of indoors. It was perfect. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful venue on a budget. Tipton-Haynes made our special day that much more amazing. We will be back for future events! 💕
