If I could give 10 stars I would. I had been searching for a place to help me with my husband's wedding band. I knew what I wanted wasn't easy, but he deserved it being an amazing ...
man and firefighter! I finally stumbled upon Titanium-Buzz. I wasn't put on hold, they helped me immediately. They worked with me and sent me pictures of options I could choose from. It was custom made, yet they still kept their price for the original cost of the ring and engraved it for free. My husband LOVES his ring! Unfortunately, it was a little too tight. I was so worried it would mess up the ring if we had to resize it and cost a lot. I called and they were so helpful AGAIN! They said to send it in and they'll fix it for FREE! All I had to do was pay the Shipping fee. It is so difficult to find such incredible customer service these days and, on top of that, incredible products as well. Thank you so much for giving my husband what he deserves! If you're wondering what he got..I ordered the double barrel camo band they already had. What they did was make a groove in the center and put the red line (FF symbol).
My groom really wanted one of the Goodyear rings. I had some issues getting him correctly sized and ended up needing to exchange his ring. Was quite frustrated that I needed to pay...
to have that done. Customer service wasn't the best during that exchange. Hopefully won't need to contact them again with any other issues.
My husband loves the wedding band I bought him. He wanted to wear it, even before our wedding. He said it's comfortable and it is definitely durable. He has done landscaping, helpe...
d his dad remodel homes & other hands on work and the ring hasn't even scuffed up from the work. Only upsetting part was, was the engraving I asked for, wasn't engraved. They offered to engrave it, but I'd have to send the ring to their engraver and wait for it to be mailed back. So they were willing to fix the problem, except we don't want to go through the whole shipping and waiting longer for the ring to come back. We plan to look for an engraver near us instead.
I bought my husbands ring from Titanium buzz. He is a HUGE hunter and this was the only place I could find a camo ring for him. The ring was a good price and high quality. The ring...
I purchased ended up being a little big so I got a smaller one. Now that it's summer, the smaller one is to small. So I contacted them a couple weeks ago (2-3 months after I sent the old ring back for a smaller size)to see if I could get the old ring back or what I could do because this newer ring was just to tight. They still had the original ring I had ordered and sent it back to me at an extremely discounted price. So now my husband has a bigger ring for summer, and a smaller one for winter! Overall his ring isn't my favorite, but I'm not the one who has to wear it, and he loves it so I'm happy.
My husband was very precise with what type of ring he wanted. He spoke back and forth with a representative from this company for weeks before ordering it. When he received it, h...

ue. He has jealous friends with their plain wedding bands. It also didn't cost anything to write something on the inside of it too. And the price was super good too.
