Hands down the best customer service we experienced. I love that each time we go in they remember us by name and cater to our every need. Kathryn is exceptional at listening and reading your style ! She helped my fiance (now husband) pick out my ring and I could not love it more! Kathyrn is the BEST!!! They have a great selection and if you don't see what you want there they will work with you to get just what you want! for guys rings they have a great selection as well- we found his ring in literally 5 mins! Loved that it is not a big box store and everyone who works there is so personable!

FABULOUS customer service. Great jewelry. Carly at Tivol at Hawthorne Plaza is amazing. She worked with my fiancé to pick out a ring that I absolutely ADORE. We went back to her to choose and order our wedding bands. She re-sized my engagement ring twice for me and cleaned all of our rings for free in the few days leading up to the wedding. She is always so friendly and spent the time to get to know us. She recognizes us and greets us by name every time we come in (6 times over the course of a year and a half), which is incredibly impressive. Fabulous customer service, fabulous jewelry.

We got my engagement ring, our bands, and I also purchased a watch as a gift for my husband on the wedding here. The service is impeccable and the products are beautiful and high quality without being overpriced.

We had a fairly positive experience with our wedding rings and engagement band. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the only pitfall was that I was without my engagement ring for almost a month while they custom made my wedding bands. There were no status updates for why it was gone for so long, so we consistently had to ask and check in, which was frustrating. Overall, we would recommend TIVOL and have shopped here since then.

We worked with AJ to design my wedding band to coordinate with my engagement ring - which was found at another jeweler's estate collection. She really made my vision come to life. She remembered us every time we came in and was responsive via email and text. I don't get super into jewelry but AJ made it fun!

My engagement ring and both our wedding bands were purchased from Tivol. Ward was our salesmen, and he's incredible to work with! He got to know my husband. My husband told him that he wanted to purchase a pearl ring for our engagement, and Ward worked with him and his budget and helped him pick out the most gorgeous, unique ring. I continually receive compliments on it. :) We've come in a few other times for re-sizing and the purchase of wedding bands. I had the pleasure of getting to meet Ward during those encounters. He remembers his clients. He remembers their tastes and budgets. He's absolutely wonderful to work with. We wouldn't go to any other jeweler or salesmen. Also, because they are a local jeweler, their diamonds are conflict free. That was something that was very important to me.

If you are searching for a 5-star jewelry shop that will treat you like royalty, then search no further! I had the wonderful experience of purchasing my engagement ring here for my beloved fiancee & I'm currently in talks with Tivol to purchase my wedding band here as well. The service is outstanding, I was immediately given a drink when I walked in the door & was treated with absolute respect. The gentlemen that assisted me was Ward Manes, a man with 30 years experience who GENUINELY cares about the customer. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that is interested in purchasing rings from Tivol. Since we are all on a budget these days, Tivol is pricey, at least when compared to other jewelry stores like Zales, or Jarred's. This isn't because there is a huge mark up or they are trying to "get you", it's because they offer some of the best quality jewelry the market has to offer. Just to give you some perspective, I ended up purchasing a beautiful 20kt Rose Gold setting with a 1.25 radiant cut diamond (colorless) for a little over $9,000. According to various online diamond retailers and Max's Diamond Price Guide (which I recommend using to verify & validate you are paying market value and not getting screwed over), the diamond alone was worth $8,700. The setting I purchased was by a specific artist, Michael Bondanza (I also recommend his work), and that was worth $2,000 by itself. If you do the math, it's evident I received a fair deal and as a result, Tivol will continue to receive my business.

I worked with Robert Girard from the Hawthorne Plaza location. There isn't a separate entry on here for that location, but I had such a great experience I had to let everyone know. It took several months and lots of patience and flexibility, but I had an intricate custom setting done for my now-husband's grandmother's diamond. It's just gorgeous. It was a long process but very worth it.

I've bought many pieces from Tivol over the time I spent in KC. Staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. My fiancé loved his ring!

One of my favorite stories of how I got engaged is actually the story of my now husband's shopping for my ring experience. My husband hates shopping...and even worse because he was so nervous about buying just the right ring for me. I didn't help him at all...this was something he wanted to pick out all on his own, which I'm sure gave him more nerves. He worked with Domenic and spent an hour looking at dozens of options...and Domenic was super accommedating and patient until they found the perfect one! I can't thank Dom and the entire staff for how great a job they did (with helping my husband and finding my ring for me). The great service hasn't ended there. I had my ring sized and have had cleaning services...both above and beyond great customer service!

I went in with my now husband to look at ring ideas, we wrote down some of the ones I liked and he ultimately chose with the help of Tivol. I love my ring and was more than impressed with the quality and shine of the diamonds.

They have an extensive selection and can even create custom rings to fit your budget! Plus, they offer great financing options and free insurance for a year so you have one less thing to do right after the wedding.

We had a reasonable, but small budget for our rings. I thought for sure Tivol was out of the question. I still to this day can not believe that we could afford to shop here. We were treated just as any high dollar shopper. I am often ask about my rings to this day. My diamond looks much bigger and sparkles much brighter than most of the options we looked for in our price range. The professionals at this store really advised us on how to make the most of our money.

They were patient, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They helped us find the perfect wedding bands, and engraved them with our wedding date! I received many compliments on the wedding day about the stunning earrings I wore, and of course we are thrilled with our wedding band selections. If you want to work with the best, ask for AJ!

I had forgotten I needed to get the necklace I wanted to where for my wedding shortened and restrung. I came in two weeks before my wedding with the jewelry and they were nothing but helpful and kind. They made the process easy and made sure I would have my jewelry in plenty of time for my special day. I greatly appreciate everything they did for me!!

Tivols is the best jeweler in town. AJ at the Country Club Plaza location was exceptional. I would not have shopped ANYWHERE else!
