So great to work with Bernadette. It was amazing to have the coordinator come with the venue as she was extremely familiar with the ins and outs of the venue and where the best photo spots for sunset are. Also great that the catering came with the venue, and the food was great! Bartender was amazing, venue was absolutely gorgeous, photo spots are endless. I am so so happy I chose Tivoli as our venue!

O many compliments on the food. I would 10/10 recommend farm style. Our guests absolutely loved it. The staff was so kind and sweet, and we got many compliments on the staff on duty that day. In particular, our wedding coordinator Erika was a true angel throughout the whole planning process. She was so responsive and handled every detail of ours big or small. All my ideas I pitched at her she said, "we can do it!". The planning process was so smooth because of her and specifically the day of the wedding. Wow just wow--she BLEW myself and my husband away but most importantly our family and guests on the day of our wedding. They were so impressed with how seamless and organic the day went. Nothing was out of place due to Erika's incredible attention to every little detail I had asked. She treated us like kings and queens. Thank you to the best wedding coordinator ever for such an organized, seamless day. Tivoli has our hearts forever! 20/10 experience.

ey worked with us to incorporate so many of our unique requests, and for that I’m forever grateful. However, the one thing that soured our day enough for us to leave a poor review is the one security guard who bullied our guests.
We did not spend as much money as we did to have our loved ones get treated like cattle. We got a range of complaints from both sides of our friends and families, such as security verbally pushing along elderly women for walking “too slow” in a disrespectful manner, talking smack about my brother in law throughout the night within his earshot after he stood up to him to defend an uncle who was also angry and insulted by the guard earlier in the day, referring to my business partner as “trouble,” being rude to the groomsmen, treating two of them like thieves, then pushing out their girlfriends from the suite, and rudely pushing along the grooms cousins as well. After we got word of a handful of complaints, we asked all our other guests and heard many more complaints of how poorly they were treated.
We emailed Trademark about the security’s concerning behavior over a week ago and heard nothing back, which felt like a bigger slap in the face, thus prompting us to leave a review.
Again, the coordination was absolutely beautiful thanks to the hard work of the rest of the team… if you have your wedding here, just make sure the bald security guard who drives a red Alfa Romeo isn’t working your wedding.
We still feel sick to our stomachs over the thought of having spent all that money just to have our guests get treated like cattle, and even worse having Trademark fail to respond.
Our guests were the most important part of our day and should have been treated as such. The most important day soured by one sole man on a power trip.

tressful, but the team at Trademark made us feel confident from the start that everything would go smoothly - and that it did. I can genuinely say there were no venue-related hiccups throughout the day. We felt they offered a fair package for what's included. Being able to bring in your own alcohol was huge for us (instead of paying a fortune for mid-tier options), and the only required vendor from their list is the DJ. We used Allen Walker and he was fantastic — our guest list was a mix of ages and we had some specific requests for the vibe of the night. He nailed it. The dance floor was packed all evening. There’s so much décor included, and you get a planning team to guide you through everything.. just to name a few. We toured 4–5 venues and left Tivoli knowing without a doubt it was the one. Both out-of-town and local guests kept commenting on how beautiful and unique it was — many said they’d never been to a venue like it before. We already knew we felt this way, but it was cool that others did too. At the end of the night the most common things we heard were 1) top 3 wedding we have been to 2) all of the food was absolutely amazing (and it WAS, so many fun things to choose from and they are pretty accommodating to requests. The family style meal was a huge hit) and 3) one of the most beautiful weddings we have been to. All of this is to say - it's great. If you're on the fence and havent visited yet, go tour it. We are so happy we went with Tivoli and Trademark.
A couple of things to note: the bridal suite does not open until 11am, and the grooms not until 2pm. Unfortunate as both are really nice and we would have loved to utilize them more, but due to time constraints we had to get ready off-site. The program Trademark uses to communicate and keep record of documentation is clunky. Navigating to older conversations and attached documents is a pain. You have to call to make payments, but their hours/holidays are near impossible to find. There's definitely room for improvement here but... none of which is a deal breaker. They have gorgeous venues that have clearly had a lot of thought put into them and they do put on a great event. We have nothing but overflowing happy memories of such a special day.

A huge shoutout to our incredible wedding coordinator, Mikaela. She was an absolute gem! My family and friends couldn't stop praising how organized, attentive, and on-point she was throughout the entire planning process and on the big day. Mikaela completely understood our vision and executed it flawlessly. She made sure everything went smoothly, and we could tell she had every detail in hand. Our bridal assistant was equally amazing—so kind, professional, and attentive, making sure we didn’t miss a beat. They were truly a dream team.
Tivoli's staff coordinated all the vendors seamlessly, and we were able to enjoy every moment without worrying about anything. The entire evening went off without a hitch! The security team provided a sense of peace throughout the night, and the bartenders were not only skilled but also so much fun to interact with. Our guests loved them! The food was another highlight of the evening. From the hors d'oeuvres to the plated dinner, everything was delicious, and we've received countless compliments on how it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had. and decor planning, the coordinator either missed or misplaced a number of decor items on wedding day which was quite disappointing. To add insult to injury, the ceremony team apparently forgot to provide our guests rose petals as planned. Upon the staff returning our decor that evening, the petals were nowhere to be found which makes me believe that they may have been discarded. We did not get our rose petal toss moment or photo. True damper.

at your decor studio, and of course the big day. Mikaela, our wedding planner, was BRILLIANT. Our day was perfect, and it was a testament to how organized, detail-oriented, and just amazing she is. She kept us on track throughout the whole planning process, she is such a pleasant person to work with, she led our rehearsal day seamlessly (and our families LOVED her), and of course knocked it out of the park on our wedding day. I had absolutely nothing to worry about on the day, thanks to her! Our day ran like a well-oiled machine! Another thing I loved about Mikaela is she had my husband and I's best interest in mind the whole time. For example, on rehearsal day, our families would chime in every so often with their demands, and she would pull my husband and I aside to make sure everything was done as WE wanted it. We appreciated that so much. The other person that shined so bright on our day was our bridal assistant, Kristina! Kristina is such a sweetheart! She looked after me, the bridal party, the groomsmen, and our parents and made everyone feel so special! My parents loved that they felt special throughout the night, because of her. Kristina helped keep my nerves at bay in the bridal suite leading up to the ceremony, and made sure everyone was taken care of until she had to leave for the night. The day was absolutely MAGICAL. We can't thank all of the Trademark staff enough!

I couldn’t recommend Tivoli enough to any newly engaged couple, the venue was very lush with florals, butterflies, and of course clean. The staff was absolutely amazing, 100% on top of their duties and made my groom and I and even our family and friends feel so welcomed. dding planning. We were married last Saturday, February 17, 2024. Stephanie was our assigned coordinator through TMV and she made the wedding planning process so smooth. She was answered any and all questions we had and had us leaving every meeting feeling good about where we stood in the planning process. She let us know everything that was our responsibility vs their’s vs our vendor’s down to the number of each type of candle and votive we needed for the reception. Day of, Stephanie and our bridal assistant Kristina, kept us updated with what the plan was next, while at the same time, making sure we were given the flexibility to enjoy our day as we wanted. They made sure to keep our bridal party and parents updated and even had time to speak to each of them and make sure they knew how important they were to us! On top of all of this, the decor and grounds were immaculate and something out of a magazine! When I say that we walked into Tivoli and were in awe, that is an understatement. The ceremony, cocktail and reception areas were decorated in a way that we could only dream of! Each of the staff members were amazing and so fun! Everything was absolutely perfect and it was truly the most magical day ever!

ing both Jenna and Erika help to plan and execute our day, and those two were on it. Jenna made us feel at ease as we navigated this new process. Erika joined us just as we were getting in to crunch mode and she was On it. Our day was on time, beautiful, fun and so well executed because of them. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the food, the atmosphere, and more. I remember having one moment in the evening where all of the lights were glowing and our candles were lit and thinking - this is such a beautiful place to have the memory of my most favorite day. It can get expensive here, but to me it was all worth it.

The space was absolutely gorgeous and everything we asked to was executed perfectly. The rest of the staff on our day was incredibly nice, helpful and attentive. We were initially a little nervous the food wouldn't be quite what we hoped after our food planning event but everything on the day was great and many of our guests complimented how good it was.
We also felt like it was a great value for everything that we were given. As others have noted, there are some extra costs if you want to add certain extra pieces of furniture, table runners etc.. but that is up to you on how detailed you hope to be. In the end the cost wasn't extravagant as you get to choose what's important to your aesthetic.
Thank you again to Erika, the rest of the staff who worked our night, and Trademark Venues for helping make our dream come true.

was so responsive to all the questions I had and asked them in a timely manner. Autumn was our day of coordinator and she was the best. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted it to be and she made sure everything ran smoothly and we stayed on our timeline. Tivoli is such a beautiful venue with great service. All of my guests let me know how beautiful it looked and I'm so happy I decided to have my wedding there.
