TJ is an incredible artist. My husband and I live in the Washington, DC metro area and knew how amazing TJ's work was. We reached out to him just asking for some advice as we knew him from previously living in AZ. After some back and forth with him, I mentioned wishing we could just hire him since we were having difficulty finding someone out here. He told us he was starting to do a bit of destination photography and we were so excited we hired him right away! TJ did not disappoint. We booked second shooter and videography for our wedding. TJ went the extra distance and reached out to a friend in the DC metro area (Danny Sax) who has his own photography business and had Danny come to our wedding as his right hand man. They made an incredible team and captured all the best moments of our special day. The video he sent was absolutely incredible. A ton of friends commented on how beautiful it was. His videography is special because he doesnt just do a montage to music, but instead captures audio from ceremony, vows, and reception speeches to include. It is seamlessly blended to create an amazing final video to perfectly capture the essence of your big day. We are so grateful to TJ for the amazing memories he captured that we can cherish for a long time to come.

TJ did our videography and did a wonderful job. The highlight video was spectacular. The ceremony and reception videos were fantastic as well. TJ is easy to work with and great at what he does.

We hired TJ to do full day coverage of our wedding and I can NOT say enough good things about him. He was super laid back, but on top of everything. His style is unique and he is super creative.. All things I looked for when I was finding a wedding photographer. I wanted artsy looking wedding photos to hang on the wall and he delivered them. He's also really great at capturing authentic moments and images of people just being. I loved that we had so many of those images as well as all the posed pictures! I honestly can't stop looking at my pictures and so thankful I have beautiful images of the whole day from beginning to end. PS. Do the wedding video. His videos are amazing and it is my biggest wedding regret!

Going into my wedding I knew right away I wanted a wedding video. I wanted to see what my groom was doing before we met at the alter, I wanted the cute highlight video, and I wanted something to watch every anniversary for the rest of our lives. I found TJ online and as soon as we met I knew he would be able to capture the FUN of our big day. He made me feel at ease from our first meeting all the way through to today when I got my videos! Not to mention his sense of humor fit right in the day of to keep things fun! Results are PERFECTION. He has a great vision for editing that captures the little moments you want to see. I am so thrilled with our video!!!! A thousand times over I would recommend this business!!!

Last April we had the pleasure of having TJ photograph our engagement photos. We loved his style, his personality and his ability to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We hired him on the spot after only seeing a couple unedited photos.(That should tell you right away what kind of talent he has.) Right now, we have only seen previews from our wedding as it has only been a week and let me tell you, they are amazing! He photographed our wedding flawlessly! He made everyone feel comfortable and he and his assistant very quickly became guests at our wedding. Working guests if you will. He is so personable and so talented that I can't recommend him enough!

TJ is an amazing photographer!! From the first time we spoke on the phone I could tell how professional and down to earth he was! We were fortunate to have TJ take our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos! He traveled all the way to Joseph, Oregon to capture our destination wedding!! He is still working on editing our wedding photos & video, but the ones he has sent us so far are absolutely beautiful!! My husband, Sean, and I were impressed with how well TJ choreographed our photo sessions to capture the moment & our love. He has always made us feel relaxed & comfortable. Sort of last minute, my husband and I decided it'd be nice to have a videographer at our wedding and we asked TJ if he'd be willing to take on the task. We're beyond thrilled with the quality of the work he produced. TJ was very responsive to emails and text messages--a trait I've found rare in many other photographers. He showed up early to get his where-abouts of the venue, ensuring he would capture the moments in the best locations. He helped create a sense of calm and was very friendly and joking with the wedding party and guests. Really, he was a great asset to have the day of. After our wedding, it wasn't too long before we received a sneak peak of what our video looked like. TJ allowed us input on what music would go along with the video--it kept the feeling and emotion true to us, and that meant a lot. And when I came short of ideas, he had many songs to suggest which were very helpful. Before I could even send out thank-you notes or unpack all of our left over decorations, we had the finished product and it was beautiful. The lighting, transitions, focus... Everything was absolutely perfect. The video captures so much more than any photo could. It's a true keepsake. I am so glad we chose to have TJ film our wedding. I can't imagine a better product or experience coming from anyone else.

My sister got married in the fall of 2014 and asked me for some suggestions for a videographer. I always see photo's that Tj Roxas Photography posts from clients and they are always so beautiful, they not only capture the moment but the personalities of the people he is taking photos of. They make me want to make up a reason to have photos taken by him! I had seen on his page a wedding video he had done and although I didn't know the bride or groom it made me so happy and teary eyed- if that doesn't say how well he captured the special moment I don't know what does. My sister hired him and throughout the wedding you'd see him in the crowd but never in the way and never a bother to anyone. His video of my sisters wedding was the sweetest most beautiful video I have ever seen. The songs, the shots, the everything! Took me right back to the special day, moments I wouldn't have known about because I was caught up in the hustle and bustle, reactions from the groom I didn't see because I was looking at my sister walk down the aisle, and all the fun the guests had. He nailed it. My mom still cries every time she watches it, she even ordered more copies. Tj is very quick in getting his work back to you but doesn't skip out on the quality. You'd be crazy not to hire this fun, nice, and extremely talented man as your photographer/videographer!

Tj's wedding video is WONDERFUL! During the wedding, he was polite and well-mannered, and I really did not 'see' him during the wedding/reception. When I saw the video, I knew he had to be around at specific and special moments, but he remained 'in the background' and unobtrusive during the event. The moments that were chosen to be in the video and the music he put with it were fantastic choices. There were scenes that even as mother-of-the-bride I did not see until viewing the video. The day we received it, I must have watched it 10 times, smiling and crying through the whole thing each time. Everyone who has seen it is very impressed and many ask to see it a second time. His work truly captured the feeling of the day. I have ordered more copies to give as gifts to grandparents. I would HIGHLY recommend Tj Roxas as a wedding videographer. I have one more daughter who will get married someday, and I'm hoping Tj will be available for that!
