Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They assured me that my dress was mendable and that we had plenty of time to get everything right (this was less than one month before the wedding). I put my full trust in them and they did not disappoint. I needed the bust and waist taken in, the band around my waist taken in, realignment of the buttons on my keyhole back, and to repair the popped-up lining and uneven lines around my keyhole back left by the previous alterations place. On my follow up appointment, my dress fit perfectly. They literally got everything right the first time I saw them. My mother, sister, and I were so impressed! I brought my veil into them and they were able to trim it to compliment my train. For a small fee they were even able to get it smoothed out and pressed in-house so I didn't have to worry about running around town to get my dress 100% ready for the big day. I am so pleased I trusted TK Bridal with my dress. They accommodated all of my requests and put all of my worries to rest. No task is too big or small for them - they can handle everything with ease! We designed my dress from scratch, we went through three rounds of swatches to find the right color, and then Ms. Linda created the most beautiful dress I have ever owned. I call them my Fairy Godmothers because they transformed me into a princess. I think it's ok to say that I looked amazing on my wedding day and it's all due to this group, Ms. Norma, Ms. Linda and Conrad. Buying a premade dress and having it altered is one way to go. each visit, they ensured that the fit was just right. About a month before my wedding, I went in for my last visit and we found out I needed an extra 1 inch taken in. They were able to do it and on my wedding day my dress fit perfectly! It wasn't too long and for a strapless dress, it didn't fall down either. The customer service is beyond exceptional! I was not happy with how it was fitting and Ms. Linda did everything she possibly could to ensure she made it as perfect as humanly possible and worked until I was happy. We only had a little time and she made my dress priority, even meeting me one day, working on it that night, and even meeting me again the next day when she was done. I really appreciate her and her fantastic work, and would recommend her to everyone!

After the fittings and alterations, my dress came out absolutely beautifully! It fit perfectly!

visit, Ms. Linda was very helpful and even though the wedding was 2 weeks away, she worked her magic. The dress was everything that I requested. I had her make it into a sweetheart neckline and lower the back, hem the dress, add a bustle and press the gown. It was GORGEOUS and the fit was perfect. I felt like a princess and heard that comment repeatedly throughout the day.
