In many ways, it even felt like he was helping coordinate the wedding because he kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. He guided the flow of the evening, and made sure every moment transitioned perfectly. He even arrived earlier than expected and took the initiative to connect speakers so our officiant could use a microphone during the ceremony. This was not something we had hired him to do—he simply saw a need and stepped in to help. That level of professionalism and awareness meant so much to us. At one point, the ceremony started a little later than planned and the mariachi band we had hired beforehand had to take a break. Instead of leaving an awkward silence, Troy stepped in and started playing music to keep the atmosphere warm and welcoming. These were the kinds of thoughtful decisions he made throughout the day—constantly reading the room and making sure everything felt smooth, joyful, and seamless. He also set up our photobooth, which was a huge hit with our guests. The attendant working with him was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the kids absolutely loved it. It created such a fun environment and added another special element to the celebration. Most importantly, Troy created an amazing energy throughout the entire reception. He read the crowd perfectly, had a fantastic selection of music, and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. People are still telling us how much fun they had and how great the music and atmosphere were. Looking back, hiring the right DJ was one of the most important decisions we made for our wedding—and Troy was truly the biggest asset in creating such a wonderful celebration.
