We appreciated her help and support in planning ALL the details— guest list, vendors contact info, seating arrangements, decor set-up, wedding invitations, and so much more! Melinda made us feel so much more excited about wedding planning instead of feeling overwhelmed. We always looked forward to our meetings with her and I enjoyed our conversations. When it came time for the wedding day, Melinda and her team took care of literally everything for the wedding reception. She had always emphasized how she would handle everything for the reception and for sure, she did! They were in charge of so much and they did such an amazing job! They made it look effortless but I know they worked very hard to make sure every single detail was on point! My husband and I were in awe as to how beautiful and smooth our wedding reception turned out and we will FOREVER be grateful to Melinda for making that happen for us!

The wedding itself could not have gone more smoothly. Our photographer called a week before the wedding to let me know she had Covid and could not do our wedding anymore, and within minutes, Melinda had found us a new one who we absolutely loved. We got so many compliments on how smoothly the wedding went and that was all thanks to her. People could tell how professional and experienced she was. We will be forever grateful for her help with our special day!

She was great at communicating and even helped us put together our invitations, which received so many compliments. We would have been lost without her, and definitely didn't understand her value until we had the privilege of working with her. She is kind, funny, and super-organized, and we were so lucky to have her as a part of our team.

I didn't have to think about any of the details, I knew they were being taken care of. When one of the buttons on my bustle got ripped off while dancing, Carrie was super fast to resecure it with some pins. And none of my bridesmaids had to hold my dress in the bathroom. The wedding day and the planning process would have been so much more difficult without Melinda and Carrie. I would recommend them 100%.

, because they had it all under control. My parents, fiancé, and I met with Melinda two times before the wedding where we went over all of our contracts and expectations. Melinda offered suggestions and made us think about details we might have otherwise forgotten. While some of her suggestions would have cost extra money, she was not pushy to get anything from her company. The rehearsal was led by Melinda and she was very good with keeping things on track and dealing with difficult members of the bridal party, including my mother-in-law and a disappointed usher. She and her daughter Carrie were both there for the wedding day, splitting their time between the ceremony and reception space. Carrie was outside with my husband and I as we took pictures and she was good about checking my dress and hair, and was willing to be the gopher, which was unfortunately needed. They helped us with the timing of walking down the aisle and were very good with our flower girl and ring bearers (3 kids under age 5). During the reception, they were running around ensuring everything was going correctly. They worked with all of the vendors to keep things on track and make adjustments requested by my husband and I. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
