HIGHLY recommend Phil with Toad Productions. We were sold the moment we met with him during our initial wedding planning. Phil is experienced, professional and accommodating. The dance floor was going all night as he played a variety of music as well as our favorites and “must plays.” He led the wedding timeline perfectly as an emcee as well. The number one compliment during and after our reception was the DJ. A very touching moment came at the end of the night - he selected the perfect song to send off the party. DJ Phil was extremely professional and clearly a very experienced DJ. He took a lot of time helping us plan everything from layout to song choices to timeline, and executed everything perfectly on our wedding day. We got so many compliments on the music and our dance floor was completely packed the entire night! He recommended uplighting for our reception space which completely transformed the space. Even though we had to plan our wedding from a distance, Jordan's regular and cheerful communication made the entire process enjoyable. DJ Phil Francis was the dj for our wedding. He did such a great job and everybody had the time of their life on the dance floor. He was so great to work with and very professional. I would recommend to anybody that wants to have a great time. We added some lighting as well as the Photo Booth and it was awesome. First off, we want to thank Toad Productions and specifically Phil for helping make our wedding so special. Leading up to the event, Phil met with us several times to help tailor the music for our event. He provided great transparency and examples of previous events to help set us up for success. His music selection was a great fit for the vibe we were trying to set for our guests, between cocktail hour and dancing after the dinner, our guests gave us several compliments on music. He worked extremely well with the different vendors at our wedding and the venue so everything was seamless. Even more, after getting to know the two of us and our story he personalized our event to fit our story. We are extremely grateful to his hard work that made our wedding so much fun. We had such a great experience with toad productions! We were super particular about what music wanted and needed help with our first dance songs and they did everything we wanted so perfectly. DJ Byron went above and beyond on our wedding day helping with things beyond DJing. He helped make things run smoothly and we are so glad we picked them for our wedding.

Compared to other wedding DJs in the area, their pricing is very fair compared to the organization, meetings, and overall services you will be receiving. Toad Productions, namely Ryan Lehmkuhl, was so easy and fun to work with. We had a large age range (7 to 104!) coming to our wedding so we wanted to have music that everyone liked. Ryan delivered just that. There were people on the dance floor all night! Ryan was also integral to making sure our wedding was moving along at the right speed and the guests were entertained the whole time. He also made us the best wedding logo ;) Thank you Ryan!

We were initially targeting another DJ, but our photographer urged us to go with DJ Toad instead, and thank goodness for that. The best way to describe DJ Phil is "consummate professional." He's an amazing DJ and made our wedding run smoothly, even with minimal instruction or guideline from us. If you're lucky enough to book him, you can rest easy knowing you're in good hands. Specifically: - Phil was super flexible and open-minded when we wanted/needed last-minute changes, including shuffling around the schedule, truncating first dance/parent dance songs on the fly, and even dropping in last-minute songs mid-reception that mixed and flowed seamlessly into our existing song selections. We know none of that is easy, but he sure made it seem that way! - We asked for a private final dance at the end of the night, while the guests were all outside getting ready for our big send-off. Phil not only accommodated, but also took some fantastic pics for us during our private song, which is outside of his job responsibilities, but he went ahead and knocked it out of the park anyway. - We're hearing that a well-intentioned but drunken friend may have tried to commandeer a mic to make a toast, but for Phil's stalwart gatekeeping. It's impossible to overstate how much we appreciate Phil for that intervention. - Finally, Phil's mixes and song selections were on point, which is definitely an art. It's a true credit to his ability to read a room and fill it appropriately. We got tons of compliments on music selection, volume, and presentation.

Ryan DJ’ed our NYE wedding and was absolutely fantastic! Not only did he keep the dance floor PACKED all night, he was a stand in coordinator, calmer of nerves, and overall hypeman. He took every hiccup and crazy change we had like a champ and is fantastic on his feet! All of our guests raved about his skills and danced their tails off. We seriously could not have dreamed of a better DJ for our night!

We worked with Ryan L. for our wedding and he truly knocked it out of the park! I had quite a list of requests and a preferred 90s power hour for him to play as I did not want a "classic" wedding playlist and he exceeded my expectations! I continually have numerous people tell me how awesome my music was and they also loved the portion where you could watch the music videos to the songs he was playing. Ryan also helped with our ceremony music and vocals and did an excellent job with this as well! Couldn't recommend enough!

We used TOAD Productions to DJ our wedding 8/5/23, and we were so happy with their service. Austin, our DJ, reached out multiple times leading up to our day to ensure he understood our personalities and vision for the evening. His communication was timely and professional. Austin from TOAD was amazing for our wedding. We were a little untraditional (no formal dances) and we created more of a "do not play" list and he was 100% cool with this approach. He brought great energy and I had numerous guests tell me how great our DJ was.

The speeches were something I have been looking forward to, so I really appreciate that he took this extra level of service to make sure the sound quality was great!

TOAD: Event Services is a great option if you are looking for a Wedding DJ. We worked with Byron Ginter, and he provided great music for our ceremony and reception. He provided a planner that helped us organize our day-of timeline. He also took our list of suggestions and made it into a great soundtrack for our wedding. He helped us determine what equipment we would need, and he also provided a calming presence during the set-up. He went out of his way to give us a special moment. At the end of the night, after everyone had left, Byron was still there, and he starting playing the Bride's favorite song, Purple Rain. We grabbed each other, and had a perfect little slow dance to cap off the night.

Byron Ginter DJed our wedding and was perfect. He hit every song on time both in the ceremony and reception, blended transitions perfectly, and had the dance floor rocking all night, incorporating our song preferences. Not just an average DJ - a pro. He was a consummate professional and would recommend to my closest friends and family without hesitation. Toad Productions was also easy to work with, reserve extra lighting, through, etc. 10/10

We absolutely picked the perfect DJ services when planning our wedding. Ryan from DJ Toad services was by far our favorite. Before even locking down the venue a year ago, I wanted to ensure I found the perfect DJ and someone that could accompany the reception music with music videos. I spent hours searching and talking to different companies around Cincinnati without any solid luck. Once I found DJ Toad, I knew at that moment they were gold. Toad connected me with Ryan and everything move so fluidly! We spoke back and forth via phone/email in the early planning stages. Closer to the wedding, we met in person to go through the final touches and to plan the most perfect evening ever. Ryan was responsive, organized, and full of energy and wisdom. He was charismatic and funny, always making me feel confident in what was best for the evening. When the wedding night arrived, we had everything locked down and ready to go. I was actually blown away he was able to accomplish so much on a solo basis. The music was constant, and he was able to execute the ceremony beautifully with all the different songs/mic changes. When the reception rolled around. Every song was well planned and accompanied with a video to keep the audience entertained. Every single guest had only amazing things to say about Ryan and he is truly a "hype man." We are so happy with all DJ Toads work and cannot give enough praise to their efforts. If you are looking for the perfect DJ, do not hesitate to reach out and request Ryan. The best!

We worked with Ryan from TOAD events to DJ our wedding. He was so much fun to work with- from our planning phone call I knew we would get along well. During our wedding he was very involved making sure the audio equipment was perfect for our officiant. I was truly impressed by how detail oriented and committed to making everything perfect. When it came time for dancing, he was amazing! Literally every person was on the dance floor. He played mostly only songs requested by myself and my fiancé. He also did very cool transitional overlaps of songs when moving from one to the next which sounded awesome and kept up the energy! 10/10 would work with TOAD events again- especially if Ryan was my DJ!

Hiring Toad Productions to DJ our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! Phil Francis was so professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He listened to our wants and preferences and definitely delivered. He kept the party going and the dance floor full the entire evening.

My husband and I contracted Byron for our wedding in August. We really enjoyed our communications with Byron leading up to the event, and felt confident that he'd deliver on the big day - Byron seemed to be on the same page as far as what we wanted for our music (we'd reviewed a comprehensive list of songs that were essential to play, songs not to play, etc.). My husband and I know our music, and we have a solid understanding of what works at a wedding. Unfortunately, when our event arrived, Byron went rogue, so to speak, and only played a few of the songs we'd expressed were essential. Most of the music was corny, Top 40 music - which isn't our taste at all. He also entertained guests' song requests, which was something we'd specifically indicated we did not want him to do. I've given a 2-star review because, while we were very disappointed in the music, it didn't completely ruin the event.

We worked with Ryan Lehmkuhl from TOAD for our wedding, and he could not have made it easier or been more professional throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, he coordinated the ceremony and all the music with the venue staff, served as our emcee for the reception, and worked with the band to make sure the dance floor never stopped all night. He made sure to make the whole evening very special for everyone - we were so glad to have him with us!

Our DJ for our wedding was Phil. We had a wonderful experience with him. He was super flexible through the whole process. He answered all of my random and silly questions. We were ahead of schedule the day of our wedding and he communicated with us throughout the night. He was super patient and made our evening flow beautifully. We used Toad Productions for our wedding and had Keith Cameron as our DJ. Keith was very professional and made sure to include all of the special songs we wanted. We gave him 10 of our top songs and he created a playlist from there. He had people on the dance floor ALL NIGHT! There was never once a dull moment. He also had fantastic transitions between songs. I had multiple guests make comments to me about how great he was. If there was ever something I needed he would get it done without hesitation. He kept the party going all night and I would highly recommend him!!!

Toad, thank you for making our wedding unforgettable! The amount of guests that told my family and I “he’s the best DJ” was uncountable. When people think DJ they think dance floor music. DJs are MORE complex than that!!!! You need a wedding DJ that knows your venue. Your DJ does your ceremony, your cocktail hour, the speeches, introductions, and the dance floor. Do not cut costs with a DJ. DJ Toad has been doing this for years and it shows. My husbands side of the family is Hispanic and he was able to incorporate music that had everyone dancing. Not once did I see the dance floor empty. The ceremony my husband had a lapel so guests could actually hear us. During dinner you were able to text pictures to his 3 large flat screen TVs that people could share memories. We had a “selfie mirror” at the cocktail hour and reception where you were able to text the pictures to multiple numbers. Dj Toad and his staff also wear YOUR personal monogram you send him and also passes out his signature white frame glasses. DJ Toad also provides a small (minute and a half) recap of the entire night in a video. We did not feel the need for a videographer but love he was able to give us something to watch and share. If you’re looking for a reliable, reasonably priced for EVERYTHING you get, and experienced DJ book Toad! The best Cincinnati has!

We booked DJ Phil from DJ Toad for our May 8th wedding and he did not disappoint! We told him we wanted everyone on the dance floor and that some of our songs were old school, but he didnt hold back and let us do our thing. He read the room great and listened to our request. He gave us suggestions but we also didnt feel like they were pushed. He felt like a friend at the wedding and we knew he was having a great time with us. Deciding to book with TOAD: Event Services was an easy decision! Having a company with several DJ’s was helpful when there was a last minute switch due to COVID. About a month before our wedding, Adam Griffin picked up our contract. He quickly got things rolling with scheduling a meeting and had no problem with understanding our wedding vision and overall vibe of what we were wanting for the evening. Communication was great between Adam, us, and our venue. We had no doubts that things would be set up and ready to go on time. He provided prelude music while guests were arriving, ceremony music, dances, and kept the dance floor moving without the need for cheesy line dances (which we appreciated!). We also had uplighting booked through them, and this transformed our venue and dance floor! Adam played all of our songs on our “must play” list and transitioned everything very smoothly. All we wanted for our evening was for everyone to have fun, and everyone did! We owe that to Adam and TOAD!

We recently used Phil Francis from Toad Productions as our DJ at our wedding and can't recommend him enough. He was professional, very responsive and listened to all our requests. Wyatt was our DJ, and we couldn’t have been happier! With all the uncertainty around dance floors and social distancing, he did an incredible job of reading the room and adjusting the music accordingly. He was very professional, available to answer questions, and flexible. Also highly recommend the video booth - it was perfect for videos/ slideshows during the father/daughter and mother/son dances, and the music videos during the rest of the night were a fun touch!

DJ Toad was amazing. He kept the music and party moving and we had no issues with the mic for the officiant in the ceremony location across the street. Until now, I sort of forgot he provided that since I really didn't see the set up or take down of any of it. The lights, TV's with videos for the songs and so on were all amazing. I have no qualms with anything he provided. We landed on DJ Toad after meeting with 3 florists and they all mentioned him. He certainly is the best in the business and I highly recommend him!

If you are looking to throw a fun event, TOAD Productions is the group to go with. We had DJ Toad at our wedding at the Monastery Event Center in Cincinnati, OH. We met with Toad a few times before our event and he helped us develop a song list as well as solidify the timeline. He and his assistant were extremely professional and helped with the audio during the ceremony. During the reception, they did an amazing job of keeping things moving along. Our guests could text photos and messages that appeared on the large screens. He also had our logo (that we had emailed him) up on the screens during the reception. During the father/daughter, mother/son, and siblings dances, he helped us with displaying a slide show during the dances. He had the crowd dancing the entire night. The visuals that he displayed were fun and created a club-like feel. His lighting equipment was incredible and created the exact ambiance we wanted. We gave him a list of songs we liked and he was able to extrapolate the perfect playlist for our wedding (our friend even requested our playlist after the wedding). We would highly recommend DJ Toad and his production team for any event!

We had Will for our DJ and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! We have met Will several times as he did my brothers wedding reception and several events for family and friends. He did a great job and was so great about listening to everything I wanted and making last minute changes for me. He is one of the sweetest people and I am so glad we went with him! We had the package with the screens and guests could upload photos to the screens and that was quite a hit! I had several people say they thought that was so much fun! overall, a phenomenal experience!

I cannot recommend DJ Toad enough! Wyatt was our DJ & he was phenomenal! DJ Toad was amazing! Music was the most important aspect of my wedding to me and he absolutely nailed it. From the first meeting, it is so obvious how passionate DJ Toad is about how career. He is so easy-going and flexible. He truly cares only about what you want and what will make the guests dance and the wedding fun. He is insanely skilled as a DJ, but also technologically. He is up on the latest music and lighting and technology. He did our cocktail hour and reception. I filled out a form that he provides (which is super detailed) and he extrapolated my responses perfectly to play all the music we wanted to hear and more. We received so many compliments about how great the music was after the wedding. Everyone was dancing! We also used the social media booth which was so fun and totally worth the price. Not only can guests take photos in a designated area, but DJ Toad also had an assistant walk around and take pictures of guests. This allowed everyone to participate in the fun. It was so cool and not anything like a traditional photo booth (in a good way). Overall, DJ Toad needed very little direction to do an absolutely perfect job. The music was amazing and the reception ran seamlessly thanks to him. He made the day!

We booked DJ Toad for our Ceremony and Reception in October and it was one of the best decisions of our wedding. He thought of and was prepared for every detail we could ever think of. A true seasoned professional. We had an outdoor ceremony and Toad coordinated the sound for all of the aspects there which allowed our videographer to hook in and get great audio as well. He also set himself up at our reception prior to that so we would have music waiting for our guests when they arrived for the cocktail hour. He projected our monogram on the back wall to display for our guests to see. He also utilized a photo sharing service that allowed our guests to use our hashtag, or text in pictures that kept everyone engaged and connected. He helped coordinate our timeline once our planner left after dinner and everything ran smoothly. He utilized his screens to project music videos that coordinated with each song he played which was an awesome unique touch that everyone loved. He kept our guests on the dance floor all night long and everyone had a blast!
