We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Los Angeles, San Diego, and the surrounding areas. Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team. Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize-winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival. Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more. Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame, and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row. We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums. All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned. I cannot even begin to thank Gail or Flynn at Toast. We had originally planned a destination wedding in Florida. All the sudden I fell ill. We kept thinking that I would get better...

, but I just didn’t and no doctor could diagnose me. We were devastated but we had to cancel our wedding. Then we decided screw it! Let’s get married in our backyard. I contacted Gail and in short notice she made magic happen! In a time were nothing was simple we were so incredibly thankful for her patience, her empathy, and her quick responses. Thanks to Gail and Flynn we have the most beautiful videos to look back on our magical day. If I could hug them both I would!!!

re emailed to me the day after the wedding and it was a god send to not have to wait months for footage and have immediate footage to use. i would highly recommend anyone looking for content creators to hire toastweddings!

ding! It took the stress off of the bridal party to capture all of the moments, so everyone could enjoy the day! We already had hired a photographer and videographer, but we knew we didn't want to wait weeks to see our photos. For context, neither my wife or I are big "social media people" - we are elder millennials who post occasionally on Instagram (her more than me) and we watch TikToks but never create them. Michael, our “content creator,” showed up at our scheduled time and after a quick introduction, he got right to work capturing our venue. Throughout the entire night, Michael was taking videos and pictures, but you never would have known he was there (in the best way possible!). Toast says that you will have all the raw footage within 24 hours and they were right. Holy crap. When we got the updated link, we were taken to the Drive with all of the footage Michael had got, and a 1 minute highlight reel as well. My wife and I were able to relive our wedding day by going through the pictures and seeing all of the special moments we weren’t able to witness. It was so special to us and when we watched the reel he had made, it brought more tears to (my wife's) eyes. We loved being able to post the reel to social media, so our friends and family who were not able to attend could see the day. A quick one minute video was just enough to share the beauty of the day, without scrolling through picture after picture. It was so beautiful and amazing getting to watch our highlights. the crisp transitions along with sound is phenomenal, and their pricing is competitive. I searched through so many videographers and nothing caught my eye. It was either really cheesy or the quality wasn't that great. Sierra and Julianna at Toast Weddings were great at communicating and answering any questions I had. They have you fill out a detailed questionnaire about you & your partner, the event, and regarding what you want in your video. I opted for the emotional feel and they delivered. Marcin was our videographer and he was with us for 10 hours (what a trooper). He was very professional and did such an amazing job capturing sentimental moments. We cannot thank you guys enough for being a part of our special day and giving us content that we can keep forever.

s was very informative, professional, and straightforward. Appreciated that we were able to pay online - great tech interface with this company vs. other antiquated wedding vendors. Customer service was much better than other vendors we worked with as well - the team was generally quickly responsive via email to our questions and requests. Our videographer was wonderful - he brought great energy to the day, and the shots he captured are a testament to that! He was able to blend into the event seamlessly. We really like the final product - purchased both long and short films. The editing process of making small changes was a bit slow/choppy - some miscommunications, but we mostly got there - we were somewhat limited with the music/footage we wanted to use - not sure if that was just a reflection of the package we selected. We felt Toast, while not inexpensive, was reasonably priced relative to other videographers we considered. Would not hesitate to recommend.

team! Music licensing is a tricky world! We (and all other vendors who operate legally) are limited in what we have access to based on how record labels choose to allow their songs to be licensed. Choosing legally available music is a pain! :D

I knew that I wanted our special day filmed from the very beginning, but being the picky bride that I am I knew the vision I had, and I wanted it to be perfect! Toast did just that...

. I did my research on a lot of different Videographers in the KC area, and for the quality and price, Toast was by far the best. They listened to exactly what we wanted, and made it even better than we had imagined! Tim was great, he made the process so painless-he really was like a fly on the wall for the entire day, and we all had so much fun.
