We had SUCH an amazing time at our wedding thanks to Toast! We used them for DJ, lighting, and videographer. Reno was an amazing DJ and was able to keep the party going from the start to finish of our wedding. Allie was an AMAZING videographer. She worked sooo hard to make sure that every memory was recorded for us to be able to enjoy in the future. Thank you so much!

Toast Entertainment was such a joy to work with. We booked both a DJ and Photo Booth. Horace, our DJ, was amazing! He was so easy going, did everything we asked, and kept the vibes and energy up during the reception. My day-of coordinator said he was ON POINT and took initiative. It made both the planning and the day-of very smooth! Highly recommend!!

We overall had a great experience with everyone at Toast Entertainment! Our DJ Omari was very kind and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of during the wedding day, such as bringing us water after the ceremony. He also did a great job as the emcee and kept the energy and vibes up! We got lots of compliments on the playlist and had lots of people on the dancefloor all night!

We cannot recommend Toast Entertainment enough! The team is super responsive and professional. Before the wedding, they talk to you thirty days out and after you complete their documents online. It was so easy and we could go back and edit as many times as we wanted.  Specifically, Rick was our DJ and he was professional, timely, and constantly listening to our preferences. He played great music based on what we recommended and our guests had the MOST fun! We love them and would recommend to anyone for their wedding, especially if you want a cost-friendly option! 

Reno from Toast Entertainment was absolutely amazing as our DJ on our wedding day! He was able to incorporate the playlist we provided while also reading the room and playing the music that matched the vibe of the dance floor. We loved how much our guests were on the dance floor and we have Reno to thank for that! We have received multiple comments from guests saying the same :) 

DJ Trevin was a great addition to our event. He was flexible with scheduling a consultation, timely with arrival and setup, honored our music requests, and made the sound element of our wedding easy! Would recommend working with him again. 

I would like to start by saying that the Ops Manager, Chase, at the Toast DFW branch was willing to speak with me regarding my concerns following my wedding day in October 2025. He refunded our entire DJ contract following our discussion and was very apologetic. We added a photobooth with them last minute and the attendant, Stephan, was sweet and helpful. Our backdrop we requested was missing for a portion of the reception, but the Toast DFW photo team did their best to make it right. Most all communication with the Toast concierge team was pleasant and if I were just rating those people, they’d get 5/5. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the DJ assigned to us on our wedding day (Ang) after our original DJ could not fulfill the contract with Toast. I wouldn’t want another couple to have the same experiences that we did just because the DJ is such a big part of a wedding. We still had a great day overall because we chose to enjoy ourselves and deal with issues the next day, but there were several key errors that couldn’t be overlooked. The biggest issue we had was that Ang played an advertisement over the speakers to all of our guests during our ceremony processional. Even worse, never mentioned it to my husband or I directly and instead we found out from our guests and day-of-coordinators. For such an egregious error, I feel like an apology was the right thing to do even if it couldn’t be changed. Also, the ceremony is the most serious and shortest part of a wedding and it made us really sad that this was a flawed part of our special day. Overall, we found Ang to be unprepared. We filled out forms to disclose our preferences with services like no song requests, a do not play song list, specific songs for specific parts of the night, etc. and a lot of those preferences were not honored after we spent a lot of time doing the forms as requested. Toast DJ services was the only vendor I regretted choosing for my wedding day.

DJ Vance was incredible! The dance floor was packed all night long — our guests are still talking about how much fun they had! He did such an amazing job reading the crowd and keeping the energy up from start to finish. Leading up to the big day, Vance was so professional and attentive. He even scheduled a detailed call the week of the wedding to go over all of our song choices and make sure the flow of the night was exactly what we wanted. Everything ran perfectly, and the music couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend Vance if you want a fun, seamless, and unforgettable dance floor experience!

Toast and DJ Rick in Dallas were amazing!! We had our original DJ cancel the week before the wedding and were scrambling to find a new one. We found Toast and they were so easy to work with. They got us set up super fast and had amazing communication with us with our short timeline. DJ Rick got on a call with us to walk through all our important songs and the vibe we were going for. He had such a great energy and engaged with the crowd, which we loved! He hit all the genres and must plays we requested and kept the dance floor going all night! We so appreciate the team's work to make our day special!

Reno was PHENOMENAL!!!!! I can’t even put into words how much we loved having him DJ for us! We had an absolute blast and that’s because he took time to listen to what we wanted, asked questions, and gave opinions when asked! We got tons of great feedback on the music about how ratchet (in the best way and exactly what we asked for) it was! We wanted an explicit, ass shaking wedding and he CAME THROUGH! My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Reno! I also want to thank Toast Entertainment for being so easy to work with - the organization of the prep questionnaires were great and very helpful. Thank y’all for helping make this wedding EVERYTHING we wanted and so much more!

Toast Entertainment has a great system set up. They ask all the right questions in a very reasonable timeline, and answer any questions you might have promptly. Our DJ was Reno, and he was awesome. He had a great attitude, very professional and friendly, and he did exactly as we requested while also managing some impromptu moments very well. For instance, when one of our activities ran over the alotted time (a game that was only supposed to take one song but people are slow), he looped the song without a hitch and no one noticed, so we completed the game and everybody had a great time. He followed all our instructions but knew what to do to keep the crowd hype and make the evening fun (including playing a song request one of my friends requested as a prank... It was a very funny moment so I'm glad he went along with it!) He worked hard to get everyone's names right, which we very much appreciated. He was on time and knew how to coordinate with the videographer to make special moments, like our Big Exit. Toast obviously has a great process set up, and our DJ was clearly experienced. They were easy to work with throughout the process, from the start to the very end. Highly recommend!

We loved toast! They helped select the right DJ for us, and Kenny understood the party vibes we were going for. He was flexible throughout the night despite some issues with catering, and kept checking in with us! 

Bryce was absolutely AMAZING. The website for Toast is so easy to use and keeps everything organized for you! Bryce set up a call with us to go over everything we wanted and helped us with questions we had. He was amazing and helpful at and during the wedding and it wouldn’t have been the same with just anyone. THANK YOU BRYCE!

We want to thank Justin, our DJ, for the incredible job he did at our wedding. His professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to keep the energy high made the night truly unforgettable. We’re so grateful for everything he did to make our celebration so special!

Their communication was fantastic. The dj did everything I asked and I’m pretty picky! I’m a music enthusiast and I loved that 99% of the time the dj stuck to my post of songs and my don’t plays. I would book them again in a heart beat.

Such an amazing company! They are very quick with responses and questions, and they work their hardest to make sure your special day goes perfect! We loved Kevin (our Dj) and Carsyn (our photobooth attendant)! If you need a DJ or photobooth, please reach out to Toast! They have everything and it’s so much better to have them handle it all! They also offer planners, other kinds of decor, lighting, and so much more! They are awesome!

We were very happy with DJ Damien from Toast Entertainment. He was easy to communicate with, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. The pre-wedding call was especially helpful—he answered all of our questions clearly and helped us feel more prepared and at ease going into the day. Damien did a great job playing the songs we had included on our playlist and was flexible when a few things didn’t go exactly to plan. He kept everything running smoothly and adapted as needed without any issues. Two moments that stood out in particular were the bridal entrance and our first dance—both were timed perfectly and played exactly how I had pictured them. It meant a lot that those key moments went so smoothly. Toast Entertainment was also a very cost-effective option, and we felt the overall experience and quality were still very solid. If you’re looking for a straightforward, reliable DJ service with good communication, Damien is a great choice.

Rick did an amazing job at our wedding! We had so many people dancing at our wedding. Since we had a pretty diverse population Rick knew when to switch from latin dance music to some up beat pop music to accommodate all crowds. He played all of the songs we requested and stayed on time with the schedule. They say the Dj is what makes or breaks the party, and we had so many people dancing and celebrating that they didn't want to go home haha! Shout out to Rick, he's a great guy.

We used Toast Entertainment for our DJ for our wedding in April and it was an awesome experience. Very easy to work with and their day of music selection form was extremely helpful for us. Hector was our DJ and he did a fantastic job! The dance floor was busy from the second we finished dinner and cake cutting until the end of our wedding. Would 100% recommend! Thank you for being a part of our big day and special thank you to Hector for capturing the atmosphere that we were hoping for!

Toast Entertainment provided both DJ & Photo Booth services at our wedding – we highly recommend them for both services! We were shopping for a DJ who could help deliver our envisioned active dance floor; Toast willingly facilitated multiple calls for us to vet their operators. We ended up paying a small extra charge to lock in William Brown for his DJ services; William did a great job listening to our plan, respectfully offering additional ideas of his own, and then executing flawlessly on the big day. As mentioned above, we also purchased Toast’s photo booth product. The photos turned out great and the booth drew more utilization than we’d anticipated, so Toast went 2/2 on their service deliveries at our wedding. I believe we also purchased uplights which were tasteful and non-distracting. Toast runs a useful online portal which made it easy for us to communicate significant details about our wedding (including a wide variety of music choices) without lots of phone calls. In summary, we definitely recommend Toast Entertainment for high-quality equipment, big day execution, and start-to-finish professionalism.

From start to finish, working with Toast was unbelievably smooth! Our DJ said it best: "Toast has it down to a science." My husband and I love music so we had a LOT of opinions on what kind of music we wanted to play for our wedding, and Toast was able to accommodate everything. Their online portal makes it so easy to import songs from Spotify and make selections for special songs for specific moments. Our DJ Horace did a phenomenal job! From the moment he arrived, he brought a friendly, bright energy that inspired so much confidence. Horace followed our requests to a T and stuck to our playlists which was so important to us. The ceremony audio quality was on point, and all the songs were played at the perfect time. Our grand entrance song was "At Last" by Etta James, and Horace timed it perfectly so that the few seconds we were walking in, the lyrics "At last...my love has come along" were playing rather than the 0:00 start of the song (I forgot to ask for that!). Expertly handled. We highly recommend Toast for your wedding DJ–they will not disappoint!

Hire them! Robbie kept all of us on the dancefloor the whole night! Our wedding was almost a month ago now and we are still getting compliments for just how great our DJ was! I was happy to find Toast Entertainment on the Knot! We we're looking for an affordable DJ service and their packages rock! Since the very beginning of booking, everything was always clearly stated and communicated. We got to talk with Robbie before the wedding and he absolutely delivered for us in playing our favorite songs! We we're all worn out from dancing by the end of the night!

Highly recommend Kevin from Toast Entertainment in Dallas, TX! We used Toast Entertainment for our wedding DJ and the process of uploading songs and schedule was so easy. Then we had Kevin as our DJ and he was PERFECT! He played all the songs we requested. The entire dance floor was packed the entire time.

We worked with DJ broddrick and we love him! he was very good at all things communication in the month leading up to us to the wedding. he never made me feel like and inconvenience for asking questions and during the day of he went to work and i wasn’t bothered at all. he did a great job with all of the special moments like walking down the aisle, dances and reception.

For our big outdoor Indian wedding in Wimberly,Tx, we worked with Toast Entertainment and DJ Gerald over our special weekend. We had a wonderful experience! Toast was very accommodating with the equipment we needed and with the last minute changes thrown our way! The prices were very reasonable and fair and allowed us to go all out! We would love to work with Toast again!

Working with Toast was a breeze and we’re so happy we had William B. as our DJ. First, Toast has a cool online portal where you can categorize your song recommendations into must play, do not play, etc. and then you let the DJ naturally do their thing the day of. Second, we appreciated William’s insights on how to best use the space in our wedding venue beforehand, because it worked perfectly. The ceremony music went off without a hitch, microphones for speeches were great, the Toast uplights throughout our venue looked fantastic, and the dance floor music was chef’s kiss! We highly, highly recommend using Toast and you’ll be lucky to have William as your DJ!

We booked Toast for our wedding this past weekend, and everything went great! We went with the DJ and photo booth package. Our DJ, Isaiah, and our photo booth operator, Eric, were great! Isaiah was great at announcing our wedding and keeping the party going! He would periodically check in with us to keep us updated on what was next, which I appreciated. Eric was very kind and had a smile on his face every time I saw him. Additionally, I felt like I had a million questions leading up to my wedding. Toast was always great at responding quickly and answering all my questions. Prices are reasonable as well. I'd definitely recommend them!

Will was an awesome DJ! He responded to the crowd's energy so well, keeping things exciting when everyone was high-energy, and slowing things down as guests got tired. His timing was perfect, and his song transitions felt effortless.

Alex Torres was the DJ at our wedding and we had the BEST time! Alex was super professional and helpful before and during the wedding. Everything went so smoothly and I had guests all night long compliment the music choices. Really could not have asked for better service through TOAST, so seamless and would highly recommend for any event!

I booked toast for DJ and Photobooth. First off i want to say some of these mistakes could have been caught by a better wedding planner/day of cordinator but they werent and left me disapointed. I do love the clear pricing toast has on their website and also love that their staff is very communative through the process getting back to me asap. I also love that most of the planning can be done on the website! For the DJ - He did great for the pre ceremony, ceremony, and dinner. There was some quiet moments where i thought he couldve put on some very quiet background music like when he was asking people to join us on the dance floor or announcing certain things at the wedding. Our dinner went on longer than expected and he started playing some of the songs i picked out for the dancing portion which i was a little disapointed about. Once the dancing portion did start he had played most of the english music i had chosen out and played almost all spanish music. I was wanting a good mix so everyone would feel included since my wedding was quite diverse. Also after our last dance song he started packing up right away. He was supposed to play us an exit song and our grand exit was done with none. I had even picked out a particular song for that moment as well. Our wedding also ended earlier than planned so this was not because of a timing issue. Photobooth - The photobooth the photos turned out super cute and nice quality. I did order a guest book to be made and they did not bring it. (they would take a copy of the photo strip and have guest sign next to the ohotos in some kind of scrapbook thing they provide) It was not noticed till the end of the wedding and this one thing is the thing that really disapoints me as its something that is irreplaceable. They refunded me for the book and still sent me one with all the photos for free and refunded me for my custom template as for the mistake. I also do not like the props they brought. A lot of my guest wanted to be batman i guess so i have a lot of batman pictures instead of cute pictures of my guests cute faces. I would suggest not using their provided props it was alot and looked messy in my smaller venue.

This company has got it all but I was most excited for their DJ services. Not only are they affordable on the market today, they have some of the nicest and most wonderful staff. From concierge who assisted in the planning process, to Broddrick, our DJ/emcee for the day were spot on in making our day magical. The sound cues were awesome! The energy was exactly right, everyone had a great time and that was because of them. My only critique was that we had an extending version of our first dance song and it was the original that played instead but in spite of that the wedding was overall a wonderful experience!!!

We found a DJ and photobooth operator for our wedding through Toast. They provided outstanding service during our wedding. From the beginning, the Toast team set proper expectations and provided an easy website to prepare for the event. The music and atmosphere created by the DJ was perfect. The seamless transitions and the ability to adapt to the flow of the evening was truly appreciated. Our guests also had a fantastic time with the photo booth! The quality of the photos, the fun props, and the overall experience added an extra layer of joy to the celebration. It was a huge hit with everyone! The photobooth operator made it extremely use and provided physical photos in real time. Overall, the Toast team's professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication helped ensure everything went smoothly. I would recommend them to anybody looking to bundle multiple services for their wedding and save the headache of looking for invidual vendors.

Toast Entertainment came recommended from my wedding planner and I had seen so many positive reviews on The Knot. Their team was a breeze to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ anywhere in Texas, in Long Island or in New Orleans. I really loved being able to communicate with the concierge and use the planning form. I was able to make changes to length of time and mic requirements or add lights after the initial deposit, which was great for flexibility since I booked a year in advance. Bruce worked with us on our wedding day and he was a wonderful addition to the day. He was extremely communicative via email and our phone call before the wedding was a great introduction. He had 25 years of DJ experience and aligned with me on the mission of getting everyone on the dance floor and keeping the energy high. He created a great mix for the wedding and all of our guests were dancing having an amazing time throughout the night. If you need any further endorsement of how fun the music was, my brother dropped it too low and ripped his pants. Can't recommend them enough!

We absolutely loved DJ Trevin!!! He did a great job helping mediate our reception and did excellent work with both ceremony and reception. I was able to voice my concerns on my entrance song during the ceremony for timing, and he did a great job listening and working with us. We were able to give him a playlist of songs and he did an amazing job of mixing them and finding other music that best fit the vibes! We would recommend him to anyone! Thanks, Mr. & Mrs. Lee

Toast Entertainment was everything we wanted out of our entertainment vendor! The communication with the team was great, always provided timely responses, and answered all of our questions throughout the year leading up to our wedding. Mike, our DJ, was phenomenal! He was the perfect blend of chill and fun, keeping our dance floor packed all night. He seamlessly incorporated our music requests, creating a high-energy atmosphere. The ceremony music was flawless, and we were thrilled he captured candid photos for us! The photobooth was a huge hit with our guests, thanks to the fun props and goofy vibe. We loved receiving the full online album and video recordings of the photos – it's been so much fun reliving the night. We highly recommend Toast, Mike and the photobooth services for a guaranteed good time!

Amazing experience with Toast DJ!! Our DJ William was awesome, guest danced the entire time from when the dance floor opened till close,which was 4 hours of dancing! Everyone says it was the best wedding they went to and that makes my husband and I so happy! It was a blast.

We had a tight budget and I really liked that the photobooth was included for the entire event. I had read really good reviews and booked, however, found quite a few bad after. I was sooo glad to stick with them as we had an amazing experience. We were assigned Isaiah as our DJ...he was absolutely phenomenal. Our timeline got off track due to delays in pictures and he seamlessly transitioned through everything. Communication was amazing and nobody knew we got rid of several things as the night went on. I was most concerned about having a boring wedding as the two most boring people were getting married, and he had people on the dance floor the entire night and every single person still talks about how it was the most fun they have had at a wedding. Carsyn was our photobooth attendant as she was amazing as well. She was super nice, always available, held on to our strips until the end of the evening so we didn't have to worry about another thing on top of all the craziness of the wedding.

Super easy to work with! I had several requests for music and playlists and DJ Robbie was perfect at our event! Highly recommend!
