n to life, and our guests are still raving about his ability to cater to our musical needs. It was certainly no small task mixing R&B, Bachata, Reggaeton, Soca, Dancehall, and other genres, but he absolutely nailed it. It was a very diverse crowd (120 guests), but everyone loved it!
Our photographers, Norman and Jennifer, were equally amazing. They captured every moment beautifully and made us feel completely at ease. Their guidance, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond their roles played a huge part in bringing our wedding dream to life. We're so excited to see the final pictures, and we loved having them as part of our vendor team!
We upgraded to include the audio phonebook (which was a hit), up lighting, and the dancing-on-the-cloud effect! All of these helped elevate our wedding and really wow our guests! Our friend group has been to numerous weddings over recent years, and our wedding is being talked about as the best wedding some people have ever been to! This is of course, thanks to the Toast Team among our other booked vendors!
The whole booking process was great as well! You do have to dedicate time to filling out planning forms, but once done, you can work directly with the booked team. We cut it a bit close with the timing for a few aspects, but the Toast Team worked with us and secured everything leading up to the day. They are a very responsive, caring, and professional company to work with. The event follow-up was also welcomed, and they made every effort to accommodate our wants and needs. Highly recommend!

I am also really appreciative that I was able to book 'Dancing on a Cloud' through Toast. The 'fog' was thick and really added to our choreographed 'First Dance' that we spent months practicing. On the wedding day, everything flowed seamlessly from start to finish. Reno handled every announcement perfectly, kept the timeline moving smoothly, and worked effortlessly with our planner and vendor team to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly. We never had to worry about a thing because he was always one step ahead.
The reception was an absolute blast! Reno did an incredible job reading the crowd and keeping the energy high all night long. The dance floor was packed from the first song to the last, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. The day of the wedding, William was amazing! There was a chance of rain halfway through the event, so the event staff and William moved their equipment inside after the initial setup outside. Then the rain went away, so William and the event staff moved it all back outside for the main dance floor. He was super flexible and did an amazing job adapting to whatever situation was presented in front of him. He made our dance floor a great time. We highly recommend William!!

call to dinner. He did a fantastic job emceeing throughout the night, from our couple's entrance to first dance to dinner, speeches, parent dances, opening up the dance floor, anniversary dance, etc.
Toast’s planning process is thorough, which we appreciated. Their forms let you specify everything from must-play and do-not-play songs to music for very specific moments like cake cutting, last dance, getaway, etc.
Mark asked how we wanted him to approach the playlist—whether to stick exactly to what we provided, use it as a guideline, or take full creative control. We used it as a guideline (pulling a lot from guest RSVP song requests), and he did a great job reading the room and building on that.
Our group was a mix of Latino and non-Latino guests, mostly millennials (around our age, ~30) with some older guests as well, and he blended everything so well—current songs, throwbacks, and different genres.
Mark himself was personable, professional, and great on the mic. He kept the energy exactly where we wanted it all night. We also had a call with him the week before the wedding to go through all the details. He worked with us on exact timing—starting and fading songs for our entrance, first dance, and parent dances at just the right moments, and walked through cues for entrances and transitions so everything felt seamless.
Our guests commented on how great the DJ was, and the dance floor stayed full and lively. If anything, we maybe could have had a few more slow songs since we had a lot of couples—but that was totally on us since we specifically asked to keep the energy up, and that’s exactly what he delivered.
Could not recommend Mark and Toast Entertainment more!

Although my song to walk down the aisle wasn’t playing as I began my walk and I had to stop and request that my coordinator communicate with the DJ and some of our entrances were awkwardly timed since the music wasn’t playing yet when we entered even though we had already been announced, our guests definitely had a great time and those were small issues in the grand scheme of things.

ocktail hour, and reception microphones/music/announcements etc. He was awesome. Carsyn ran our photobooth and she was the best. She kept things moving- there was never a line. And she had so much fun with it! It was so convenient to have the photobooth and DJ within one vendor. They were incredibly organized and has it down to a science.

coordinated seamlessly with vendors, and ensured our vision came to life beautifully. Having someone so reliable and experienced allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day without stress. We truly couldn’t have done it without her and highly recommend her services.
Our wedding DJ (DJ Trevin) was absolutely incredible! From the ceremony to the last song of the night, the music was perfect and the dance floor was packed the entire time. He read the crowd so well, kept the energy high, and made seamless transitions throughout the night. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and highly recommend!
We were extremely pleased with the communication between Jackie and Trevin, as well as the communication from TOAST overall. Everything was clear, timely, and well-coordinated, which made the entire planning process and wedding day feel smooth and stress-free.

and chase was friendly, helpful, and wonderful to work with. We absolutely love our guest book with copies of all of the photo booth prints & everyone's little messages! 🧡
The DJ created a great atmosphere and kept the party going. While there was a mix-up during the event, it was handled quickly and everything was made right. What mattered most to us was the professionalism and care shown in making sure the rest of the evening went smoothly! That's something I have come to learn about Toast Entertainment. They are very trustworthy and capable people. They operate their business in a very honorable way and that really matters to me when it comes to people I work with!
We had an unforgettable night, and we truly appreciate the dedication to making our wedding special. Highly recommend!

Every single one of our guests, as well as the venue staff, enjoyed dancing, and we are still receiving compliments on our DJ two weeks later. DJ Bob F was so awesome, he made my Spotify playlist come to life. He MCed so well, he got the crowd going, and you for sure need that. I had these QR codes for our honeymoon fund ...
at our tables and unfortunately, they weren't working, so Bob came up with this idea to have one of our phones with a screenshot of our Venmo and to have it there by the welcome table to have guests scan it. He made the announcement a couple of times, I definitely wouldn't have been able to think of that, due to continuing to celebrate that day and what not, I would have just said well I guess we can't do it, but Bob came to the rescue! He handled everything so well. My husband and I loved working with him, and I strongly recommend him!

Bruce, was great. He was very nice and passionate about his work. The only reason I deducted a star was because I had requested my ceremony song to have the first 30 seconds removed and it was not, which was a disappointing start. I also requested our first dance song to be cut off at a certain point, and it was not shortened. Of course, the DJ stopped the song once we stopped dancing, but all of this was communicated prior to the event so it just felt like we weren't really heard. But in the grand scheme of things, only minor issues.
