the best one. The music was fantastic. They played basically everything that we were hoping for and none of what we didn't want to hear. People were dancing all night and having a great time. The transitions were smooth and seamless and our DJ checked in with us multiple times before and after the wedding. We're so happy that we hired them.

we could accommodate a videographer... until along came Toast Entertainment and the wonderful Daniel Ka. This affordable videography and entertainment services was such a blessing to find. I was familiar with Daniel after watching every wedding video that had ever been recorded at Canyonwood Ridge, many who were recorded by him. It was a seamless process to book Toast and the day of the wedding Daniel arrived early and was present during the entire event. He was around, but almost unnoticeable which I suppose is a good trait for a videographer. We really enjoyed his presence and would recommend his services to anyone looking for an awesome videographer!

point! Our DJ was Mike, and we was so cool and so much fun! I don’t think the dance floor was ever empty. He kept our guests entertained and was professional in making announcements. Mike guided us through the process and even helped us with making song selections. We also hired a photo booth from Toast Entertainment, which everyone loved. We also hired a day-of wedding coordinator, Janice, who did an amazing job of guiding us through the day and making sure everything went off without a hitch!

We added on the album for people to put their pictures & sign next to it. It will make for a fun memento for us to look back on for years to come! Sharing the online album for guests was also a huge plus side.

nd I had a lot of songs we wanted to hear during our cocktail hour and reception, including some that were fairly obscure, and DJ John knew exactly when to play them. His timing was impeccable, he announced everything without us even having to confer with him, and he was just so dang sweet! He checked in with both of us to ask if we needed anything throughout the night, and he made sure our friends and family giving speeches and toasts were prepared. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better DJ than John!

rated. THEY. WERE. PHENOMENAL! Our DJ was Hunter H - if you go this way, definitely ask for him specifically. He was so attentive and read the vibe so well... always had the right music going and had almost as much fun as we did! You'll love their client portal, where you can access a huge database of music to create exactly the mood you want on your big day!

as our wedding gift. That decision, more than any other, made our wedding day a success. We hired Emily through Toast Entertainment and from the very first interaction we had, all the way through post-wedding questions, she was a consummate professional. My husband and I are very organized and detail-oriented and we were already feeling frustrated with the wedding process involving messaging 5 different people for each task. When Emily came on board she took it upon herself to arrange everything with all of our vendors and act as a buffer between all of the craziness and my husband and me. I was messaging her about a million different questions beforehand through email and text and every single one she responded to promptly and took care of. I did not have to repeat myself at all. The day of, she went above and beyond even her job description, ensuring that everything went smoothly and we could just enjoy ourselves and have fun. We cannot recommend Toast Entertainment, and specifically Emily, highly enough. I am so so grateful that we hired her.

line wise, set up etc. My DJ Cory and photographer Bonnie were so great though! There were no issues. Bonnie was super flexible but gave direction when needed. Cory was awesome the music was great I gave him pretty vague instructions (bc again, wasn’t sure what I was doing lol) and he totally nailed it! Everyone commented on how great the music was, and how much fun they all had. I definitely recommend Cory for DJ. It turned out to be way less stressful than I expected...thank you Cory and Bonnie!!

xibility of the varied packages, it was perfectly suited for my now WIFE and I to take in our special day without worrying about photography or videography, knowing we were in great hands. I appreciated the ability to view various photographer portfolios within one portal and of them all, we kept getting drawn back to Heather Wise's. She is a savant when it comes to photography. Though our first in-person interaction wasn't until the actual wedding day, her personality and demeanor made us feel at ease, almost as if we've worked together in the past, allowing her to capture those candid and intimate moments we'll cherish forever. Her attention to detail is apparent in her approach in how she critically thinks and envisions on the fly for any scenario you throw at her. Her ability to adapt and coordinate exceptionally well with others is something to be admired. Photographers with her skill set are hard to come by. Heather's assistant photographer, Tammy Arnold, is a master at her craft in her own right. Her and Heather go together like lamb and tuna fish (Big Daddy reference in case that sounded absurd). But really, Tammy and Heather made a great duo and they were on the same page since upon arrival, to the end of the evening. Tammy was able to capture the pre-ceremony moments with the groomsmen and I, as well as my dad making sure my tie was on straight. She helped a great deal with Gaby's train, so it would not bunch up on her and kept it in it's out-splayed state. Tammy's lively personality and thoughtfulness towards her approach made for a perfect pairing for Gaby and I to be relaxed and let them take care of the rest. For Videography, Daniel Ka was assigned to our wedding about a month out from the wedding. He was a pleasure to coordinate with leading up to our wedding day. He was thoughtful in our conversations over the phone and quick to respond to emails. He was very considerate of our time from beginning to end and had great ideas / suggestions on what and where to get a good shot. He was a keen eye for not only capturing key moments throughout the day, but capturing the emotion behind something as profound as a wedding, which sets his work apart from others. His professionalism and attention to detail will not go unnoticed, Daniel is awesome! All three musketeers worked like a symphony and were in harmony with each other with their still shots, to production film. Not just our immediate family members, but almost every guest we spoke to acknowledged their efforts in how professional and courteous they were. Can't wait to show them the end product behind it all! THANK YOU TOAST ENTERTAINMENT for not just being in intricate component to the best day of our lives, but being the PLATFORM that will allow us to relive that special day for the rest of our lives, and you for that, we are both truly grateful. he morning after our wedding. She did a phenomenal job! She was quick with group photos and know when the lighting was just right. Hunter was our DJ and I can not say enough great things about him! Hunter was incredible and extremely helpful! He made sure my day was absolutely perfect and helped in any way possible.. even if it was out side of his DJing duties. He is simply the best and catered to all of our needs. Toast will not disappoint!

Ben did an awesome job keeping the dance floor full at our wedding. He went above and beyond by making sure to include some a-typical songs on our "must play" list were played at the appropriate time (the Donkey Kong theme song is not normally requested). Communication with Toast was very easy and we were provided with everything that we needed, plus some. Their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to their competition and they do a tremendous job. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in San Antonio.

onvenient to find all in one place. The package prices are quite fair and pretty customizable. We don't know what we would've done without our day-of coordinator Harley! Despite being somewhat hard to reach before the wedding, she was organized, cheerful, and hardworking on our wedding day, and because of her everything went smoothly. She was absolutely essential! Daniel, our videographer, was sweet, made sure to capture not only the important moments but also the small intimate moments, and worked with us to expedite the video so we could show it at a party two weeks later. The process for choosing our music playlist for the DJ was easy, and our DJ seemed to know exactly what we were hoping for. Many of our guests even commented on how fun all the songs were and got people out on the dance floor. The photo booth we got was open, not an enclosed “booth”, which was not what I expected, but it did end up feeling like the groups of people taking photos were all still part of the party. All in all, Toast is a great place to find enthusiastic vendors in one convenient location.

They were good at following up with us to make sure they got the necessary information, even if we were a little late at times. Our DJ, Bennett, showed up on time, was kind, professional, and self-sufficient. Bennett did a wonderful job playing our requested music along with playing songs to match the vibe of our wedding and guest's recommendations. We made a few late changes to the ceremony music days before the wedding and he was able to accommodate the changes with no issues. We would pick Toast if we had to do it again!

so out of the way that many of our guests didn't even realize we had one (which is what we wanted). I could always tell he was around getting great shots though - can't wait to see the final product! The photo booth came with an album with notes from the guests next to their photo strips as well as a digital album!

rson will call you and talk about what you want and need. The good: Wesley contacted us a week before the wedding and answered all the questions. He would get answer and ask questions I didn't think to ask. He was early. He arrived 1.5 hours before the wedding and made sure everything worked. There was a slight hiccup with the lapel mic, but he seamlessly fixed it. Sometimes using the toast web interface, I wasn't sure if I was picking the right song. Talking to Wesley, it was no longer a problem. The party was bumping early on, so he talked to me to make it real lit. I had to make an announcement, and he's real sly about it. He told me I had 40 secs til the song was over. He faded the song, I made the announcement and back to dancing. The music was on point and perfect. So much so, Wesley was able to cook up a playlist of the wedding so we can relive it over and over again. I still get a bit misty each time I listen to one of our songs. Finally, Wesley signed our little book. He's amazing. The bad: None

hn Rust was our DJ and he was professional AND kept the party going all night long - the perfect balance! Our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to Taylor and John. They were both communicative and super responsive. Would 100% recommend Toast Entertainment for any of your wedding needs!!!

e good but my DJ, Ross, did a fantastic job. He called me a couple days before my wedding to confirm playlists and timelines and go over DJ styles. I really just wanted someone to keep the dancing going while shifting between country and rock to balance my guest lists preferences. The two things I did not want was a DJ to sound like a boxing announcer and to not play certain songs. He did not disappoint. The day of he showed up set up (basically on the water), miced up my officiant, and then hustle back up to my reception area to start our first entrance. He was perfect during the entrance, dancing, and reception! He didn't use the mic unless necessary and wasn't too much while announcing things either. He kept the playlist going and added a few extra songs that fit right in with our vibe. When it got too cold outside randomly (Texas am I right?!), he was amazing about gathering all his equipment and getting the reception moved inside quickly. Ross did a great job and I highly recommend TOAST Entertainment.

My husband and I love Texas Country but also wanted to get the party started and dance with our guests. He played the genres perfectly and the dance floor was never empty. He played several, if not all of the songs that I requested, songs that were requested by guests and had everyone on the dance floor all night! 5 Stars!!
