ding Swap. I was so nervous to put my trust for my most important day to a complete stranger but Shannon made me feel at ease. We talked on the phone a few times then met at the reception. She had a great happy and excited to be there attitude, you could tell she completely enjoyed her job. She did great being thrown in last minute and arranging decor without any previous knowledge. Every time I asked for something (or to be done) she was already on top of it or it was already completed. I really would not of survived my wedding day without her!
