Meet the team
- Dominique SchusterCo-FounderHi, I’m Dominique Schuster—a creative strategist, brand marketer, performer, and party enthusiast born and raised in Las Vegas. My background in music and performance has taken me from the stages of American Idol to appearances on Glee and Meet the Goldbergs. That love for connecting with people through storytelling continues to fuel everything I do, whether I’m singing on stage or bringing a brand to life. I earned my Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and built my career with renowed brands such as R&R Partners, where I worked on the brand team for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority—home of the iconic “What Happens Here, Stays Here” campaign. Today, I lead the marketing efforts for Cirque du Soleil’s Las Vegas shows, helping drive visibility, ticket sales, and creative campaigns for some of the most beloved productions in the world. Outside of my marketing career, I co-founded Toastworthy Events & Entertainment to help others celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Whether it’s a milestone party, intimate gathering, or full-scale activation, I love planning experiences that feel immersive, stylish, and unforgettable. Most importantly, I’m a proud mom of two beautiful children and one very spoiled fur baby, a wife to my high school sweetheart, and a Disneyland lover through and through. And yes, I still perform as a vocalist here in Las Vegas, because once a performer, always a performer. Let’s make something magical together.
