Tobago Bay is DC's ULTIMATE Caribbean band with Sounds from the Islands. We bring that amazing Island vibe to your cocktail, hour, wedding, and/or reception. Influenced by the culture and sounds of the Caribbean, our 1 to 5-piece customizable band performs music from traditional calypso and soca, to Latin, reggae, jazz, and pop. Tobago Bay will meet the needs for any aspect of your wedding!

Stacy Loggins has played steel pan for more than 30 years. He is a seasoned musician with an illustrious 26-year tenure as a percussionist in the United States Navy Band in Washington, D.C. His musical journey has been marked by remarkable versatility, showcasing expertise across a diverse array of performance genres and styles. Stacy is the founder and leader of Tobago Bay, a 1-5 piece customizable Caribbean Band that has been singing and performing throughout the East Coast since 2000.
