A summa cum laude graduate of Castleton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and an Associate of Science in Business Administration, Tobias later earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Leading Organizational Change. He blends artistic depth with business strategy, communications, and organizational insight to bring both creativity and clarity to every performance. His approach is structured yet flexible—prioritizing collaboration, attention to detail, and an ability to read the room to match the tone of each moment.
Tobias’s work spans musical theatre, concert performance, and music ministry. His credits include Mamma Mia, The Sound of Music, Grease, Guys & Dolls, Legally Blonde, Heathers, Matilda, and The Judy Garland Show, among others. He currently serves as Staff Accompanist for Concord-Carlisle High School’s choral ensembles and Director of Music Ministry at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
