Todd France Photography

ally nice mix of formal photos and candids. And the photographers did a great job of blending into the surroundings, so you hardly even knew they were there. We were very happy with the job Todd and his team did on our wedding day, and very happy with the end results. We got some amazing shots. Highly recommend.

least compared to some of the examples on his site) Todd was committed, punctual, helpful and produced really great quality pictures. He was even the boutonniere expert at the ceremony (he was the only one who could manage to attach them correctly!). He had some great ideas for shots we would have never considered, and despite the photography team being a rather larger proportion of the wedding ensemble than it might usually be, Todd and his assistant seamlessly integrated themselves into the day and really added to our experience. Highly recommended!

ent. Todd also went out of his way to find great shots for us (married in NYC) and made ourselves and family feel very comfortable during the entire day and evening. We felt as if he was part of the family from the moment he showed up in the morning. The other great part about Todd is his talent of getting candid and spontaneous shots of the wedding party and guests during the ceremony and the reception. Todd was a referral from our planner and we were so happy to have work with him!....Thanks, Regina and Steve....

ptured our wedding seamlessly and never did his presence (or his second shooter's presence) feel obtrusive. He knows how to capture really special moments so you never have to feel worried about the shots you are getting (and being picky as I am, I was extremely happy with the shots!). While he likes to capture the flow of the day, taking a lot of spontaneous photos (which are often the best anyway), he will also do whatever "formal" photos you want as well (for example, photos with the family or the cheesy "jump shot"). And our photos came out beautiful! We are so happy to have worked with Todd and would definitely recommend him to our friends. Thank you, Todd!

ickly come up with creative backdrops, including an impromptu ride on a carousel. He put my family at ease during the "staged" shots and got tons of great candids throughout the night. We barely even realized he was on the dance floor but he managed to get tons of high-energy photos of friends and family. It is almost impossible to pick our favorites because there are thousands of incredible photos. We highly recommend Todd's work!!

as able to get everything back to us. The hardest part has been narrowing them down to fit in an album. Todd was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great photographer in the NYC area!

lt like he really got to know me and my husband, and I could tell that he really cared about capturing the experience. We have so many wonderful and unique shots that we are having a really tough time narrowing down our photos for the album!

u will feel totally at ease in his company. His beautiful photographs have become our treasured memories. My husband and I were so happy to have him capture our special day and are already looking forward to having him at future family events. Todd is an artist AND a seasoned professional. We recommend him highly.

ional and very easy to work with. We got all of our photos quickly and he created two albums on facebook within a few days of the wedding to make it easy to share with our guests. At our wedding Todd also set up a black and white self portrait station, which was very popular. Almost every person at the wedding has told me how much they love the photos from the station and most have made them their facebook profile pictures! We had a wonderful experience working with Todd, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

edding, I found him to be down to earth and willing to work with us and our budget. Todd took our engagement photos, as well, with Central Park as the backdrop. This trial run was perfect preparation for the big day. Based on the engagement photos, we had an excellent idea of the high quality of work that Todd would do for our wedding -- and we were not disappointed. Todd and his assistant were prompt, efficient, flexible, and helpful on the day of our wedding. He is a consummate professional and offered practical suggestions throughout the day....and even kept me calm! Todd takes an array of pictures that are both traditional yet artful, formal yet whimsical. We are so pleased with how our photos came out that we are having a hard time narrowing down the selections for our formal album. I highly recommend Todd France Photography, and I do so without any hesitation.

s on our special day. He caught every shot without ever feeling like he was in the way. I would hire him again in an instant and recommend him to any bride.

take you from rookie to seasoned model in the course of a day. Whimsical, natural, stoic, whatever - with a little coaching, they walk you through it. And that's just the start - the posed photos. When the champagne starts flowing, they capture all kinds of natural and spontaneous moments that you will be glad to have. They get close and personal, and their sense of timing is incredible. And, on the turnaround time, I am still amazed at how fast Todd got our final collection back to us after editing Todd-only-knows how many. Could not ask for more.

day as we did. He was forever taking pictures but was never in the way and made the day even more fun. Our pictures turned out beautiful but due to Todd's professionalism we expected them to. I would recommend him highly to anyone!

tantly had a camera in our face. He knew when to be in the moment and when to step out. What I enjoyed most about Todd was that he was truly present and in the moment with me, my family and guests. We received nothing but compliments about how wonderful he was and how everyone could see and feel the passion he has for what he does. He captured the love, emotion, and celebration from beginning to end and I will forever be grateful to have had Todd in my life on such a special day.

e gets to know couples and we become comfortable around him. My husband and I were thrilled with our engagement photos and knew that the results would be the same with our wedding photos. On the wedding day, he was prompt and had 2 other photographers with him. He didn't miss anything and was unobtrusive at the same time. We received our photos electronically very soon after the wedding. He even set up a facebook highlights album which could be shared with friends easily. I absolutely love my wedding photos and again recommend Todd with no reservation. You will not be disappointed.

our needs. Most importantly he didn't charge by the hour so I was comfortable that he wouldn't miss a moment of our special day. During our engagement shoot, Todd made us feel very comfortable and we were extremely happy with the results of the shoot. We even featured them during our cocktail hour. At the wedding, Todd arrived fully prepared bringing an extra assistant than originally planned. Taking all the getting ready and bridal party pictures before we headed to the venue, he kept things moving and really captured every moment. Through out the day Todd or his assistant was always there to photograph important and memorable moments without being disruptive at all. A few days into our honeymoon, Todd had already posted some pictures to facebook which were beyond incredible for everyone to enjoy. We got our full set of pictures before we even returned home. The quick turnaround was fantastic! Overall, Todd and team were fabulous to work with and the end result was more than I could of imagined. I highly recommend Todd to any other Bride looking to tastefully capture the special day in her life.

we were willing to spend on (especially since we chose not to have a videographer). Todd really could not have done anything better. We had an engagement shoot with Todd several months before the wedding, which made us feel really comfortable once we got to the wedding itself. Todd was totally unobtrusive and just seemed to blend into the background, especially during moments when it could have been awkward having him front and center (like when I was getting ready and during the ceremony). He was also very organized with the formal portraits with family and the wedding party, so we got through those very quickly so we didn't have to miss any of our reception, which was important to us. He got us the photos just a few weeks after the wedding so that we already had them when we got back from our honeymoon. His photographs came out beautiful and captured every moment of our wedding day. Todd and his team were so professional and also so nice; they really couldn't have done a better job and I would recommend Todd to another bride without reservation.

ing one. If you don't want to put in the time (admittedly we got a little crazy with this! - please just book Todd). There is no question he was absolutely the best to go with, and the best value. He was honest, professional, and energetic, and he captured single moment of the wedding I could remember, and more. (And our wedding was over 300 people!) He also managed to do it without being in the way at all. And, most importantly, the photos are absolutely gorgeous. (We knew they would be because when you meet with Todd, he'll show you as many albums as you want - not like some others who will only show their best 1 or 2 -- they were all amazing). Todd somehow slips right into the action and really captures the essence and energy of the moment, and he really does manage to pull it together in a way that tells a story of your day. Really - just book Todd. He is great.

ny and park. All of the pictures speak to the night and venue just right! And let's not forget about the engagement pics in Central Park with our Pug. He's never looked so happy. It was great getting to know and work with you. Here's to Gramercy Park Hotel and your amazing work. Truly one of a kind.

o our ideas and perfected them. After all the planning, the pictures are really what matters because they are what stays forever with you. Given their importance, I am so happy we chose to work with Todd France! Looking through the pictures really brings the day back to life!

is prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him.

we made. I have already recommended him to friends & they are excited for the same results I have had.

the proofs right after we came back from our honeymoon. Todd was very easy to work with, he made our day flow smoothly, and we never had to worried about him getting the perfect shot. He captured the entire day beautifully. Thank you Todd for all the lasting memories.

appreciated (I heard that most take MANY weeks or MONTHS to receive their wedding photos). The experience and level of work was grade A. Highly pleased on all levels. Thank you very much, Todd!

ly cool, laid back guy, which is important considering the amount of time you spend with your photographer on the day of your wedding. We had an extensive shot list and he and his team were able to get all of the important pictures that we asked for. He had never shot at our venue before so he came early on the day of the wedding to familiarize himself with the lighting and locate good portrait locations. He was super patient with us and our large wedding party; he even worked with our dog to ensure we had perfect pictures. I am often complimented on the quality of our wedding photographs and while I am surely bias, I have never seen wedding pictures as good as our own. He was my favorite vendor and I have already recommended him to friends. In short, I feel lucky that Todd and his team were a part of our wedding day, and I highly recommend hiring him!

xt task was to find an amazing photographer! I met with and interviewed at least 6 different photographers before I met with Todd France. As soon as I stepped into his studio, I knew he was the photographer for us. His sample photos were beautiful, and he had a really fun and outgoing personality, which is important when you realize you spend 90% of your wedding day with your photographer. I wanted a combination of "photojournalistic" photos, "artsy" photos, and traditional, fun wedding photos. Todd France was able to take beautiful photos in all of those styles, and more. My photos were vibrant and colorful. They perfectly captured our day- from getting ready with my mom and sister, to my bridesmaids getting beautiful, to my husband getting ready with his groomsmen. Todd and his team even got my millions of family members to stand still for traditional portraits (which I really wanted; I know they're cliche but I think they're important!). Since I can remember very little from the wedding itself, it is wonderful that I can look at Todd's photos and see all the little details that I had forgotten about from that day. While the photos themselves are gorgeous, Todd was also a great help during the day of my wedding. He listened to me when I started to get a little bridezilla-y, and helped calm me down when I needed it. When I look at Todd France's photos, I am transported back to the day of the wedding, and that is exactly what I believe good wedding photos should do. Our engagement photos and our photobooth photos also came out wonderfully. I loved Todd France Photography so much that I recommended him first to my cousin, who also loved him, and then to my sister, who will be getting married in June, 2013! I can't wait to work with him again! I highly, highly recommend Todd France Photography to any bride who wants photographs that will make them relive their wedding day every time they look at them.

to, accommodating, professional and of course, an amazing photographer. Todd captured our day flawlessly-the laughter, the tears, the dancing, the excitement and everything in between. We were looking for a photographer that could capture all of this in an artistic yet classic way and Todd did exactly that. We could not have chosen a better person or company to work with!

al attitude was a perfect fit for our wedding and his work speaks for itself. It was really important that our wedding photographs feel organic and not "too posey". We also wanted a photographer that would be unintrusive. Todd assured us that we wouldn't even notice he was there and he delivered on every promise. Our photographs came out perfect. He truly captured the feel of our marraige (from engagement session to the dance floor at the reception). He also set up a photo booth at our reception that was a HUGE hit. He even put together a photo album of all of the pictures from the photo booth that was ready for us by the time returned from our honeymoon! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Todd. I highly reccomend him!

ntastic photographer but he is a wonderful person to work with as well. I have recommended him to all of my newly engaged friends!

wedding photographer is a major decision and he stood out far and above the rest in terms of both the quality of his work and his wonderful personality. From start to finish his calm and friendly nature put us at ease throughout our wedding day and he really was a true professional. We are absolutely thrilled with our photographs and know that we absolutely made the right decision by hiring Todd. We enthusiastically recommend him.

as posed shots, and I feel every person at the wedding and every special wedding moment was captured. Todd is also great to work with - he is incredibly professional, he is responsive, and the day of the wedding in came early to make sure he could adequately set up and get photos of us getting ready. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone searching for a wedding photographer - the pictures exeeded our expecataions and captured our wedding perfectly.

esting (but not over the top artsy). And Todd's photojournalistic style truly captured the heart and soul of our Big day in a natural, incredibly personal and special way. His cheerful, cool and kind demeanor made us feel so comfortable which really came through in his work. Also, Todd didn't miss a single moment - and yet I also never felt like he was ever smack in front of us and in the way as some photographers tend to be. I would recommend Todd to anyone who wants a very talented but still down to earth photographer with an incredible, incredible artistic eye.

e been difficult to shoot in and we were concerned about this. We also wanted a photographer who we could trust to capture all the moments -- not just the ones we TOLD him we wanted but those moments that only a truly creative person could get and know to photograph. This is what we got with Todd France. He did an awesome job shooting our wedding day. He was timely, professional, creative, and easy to work with. He took charge when he needed to, made sure we got all the family portraits we wanted, and allowed us to enjoy ourselves without feeling like he was even there. He got photos of everything and they are absolutely beautiful..... I would HIGHLY recommend him! He is a bit pricey, but worth it. :)

n't pushy or over bearing as I had heard some photographers can be. He was really chill and took a ton of candid photos just as we had wanted. Todd knows what he's doing and he is such a great person to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone!!

e and SO kind. A lovely, calming presence during a potentially crazy time. And, he kept us completely on schedule--way more so than the planner / coordinator! Depending on the size of the event, he will bring in an appropriate number of assistants; we had 300+ guests, so 3 assistants, and they were all lovely too. It was a pleasure to work with Todd + team. I will *definitely* contact him when it's time for maternity shoots / family portraits / etc. In, like, a decade or so. . . =)

smiling so much after viewing our photos)! The pictures came out beautifully and were sent to us very quickly. I would highly recommend Todd to capture your special day!

t breath taking. You have captured both evenings so well ,never missing a beat from side activities to the many family & friends in attendance. You truly made the love in the room shine through your lens by way of your talent. Thanks for the beautiful work. Alex ,Blake , Zander & our families will have many lovely memories to look back on for many years to come. Yours truly, Alexandra’s Mom, Josephine

imself was easy to work with, flexible, and respectful of our wishes, while still having a vision for what needed to be photographed. He was also very responsive to our questions and concerns after the wedding. We could not give Todd a higher recommendation!

k of us is the best one ever taken -- there isn't a bad one in the bunch!! We had a wedding of 250 guests, including a bridal party of 16+. As far as the bridal party photos, Todd was a consummate professional and kept everyone in line, all the while keeping us laughing and creating a light atmosphere. We hardly noticed his presence during the ceremony/reception and are marveling at how he managed to capture all of those special moments between us, as well as the joy of the celebration going on around us. We looked at the work of about 25 photographers before our search ended with Todd - save yourself the time and try to book him asap!

e was exactly what we were looking for. The pictures came out so incredibly beautiful -we couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend Todd France Photography!

d was able to deliver with ease and no questions asked. The photographic coverage of the whole day was exceptional, Todd (plus assistant) managed to take a very complete and varied array of photos that reflect on every aspect of the celebration. The quality of the shots also impressed, there were some true greats amongst our shots. In terms of service, Todd is a pleasure to work with, very communicative, very easy going, but at the same time efficient and personal in his approach. The final plus side, I thought the value was spot on, there is no "here's the package price, no negotiation" with Todd, you can pick and choice which elements you want, ideal for those of us who want to play about a bit with what we want. Cheers Todd.

the way we wanted! Todd put as at ease in front of the camera and did an amazing job of telling the story of our wedding day with his pictures. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone who wants breathtaking and stunning photographs of their special day.
