Todd was truly amazing to work with. The photos he captured of our wedding are absolutely phenomenal. He captured everything! We have photos that seriously look like they should be on the cover of a magazine; elegant, whimsical, dreamlike. And on the flip side he managed to capture some of the most sweet and intimate candid shots with our friends and family. We got everything we wanted and more. Todd was so professional, kind, and great to work with. He managed to capture the magic without ever once needing to position himself in a way that would have been distracting to us or our guests. This guy is truly a wizard with a camera! If you're looking for a sign, this is it. You will get beautiful photos while working with someone that feels like a friend.

Todd was amazing!!! He came to my Airbnb ahead of time to capture pictures of my bridesmaids and I. He also captured pictures of the groomsmen getting ready! He captured so many liners I didn’t even think tj get such as our rings, my dress, our cake, decor, cocktail hour, and more! Todd was also very responsive leading up to the wedding and we had a zoom meeting that clarified the wedding day timeline! I’d recommend Todd for any upcoming wedding!!

Todd was phenomenal to work with! He was the photographer recommended to us through an acquaintance. He was diligent to capture every important photo, both staged and cameo. There are no words that describe Todd, he was so much fun to work with. He has a fun and corky sense of humor, like my husband and me. We first met him when he did the photoshoot of our Engagement Shoot and we knew 100% he was the photographer for us, and we hired him to shoot our wedding! He is everything and more, the "real deal". We had our photos very quickly, and the quality is very well seen. Todd took us all around our venue during both events (engagement & wedding), and made sure that the true feel and essence of our BIG day was captured. There truly are no words to describe him, but if I had to choose one word, it would have to be PERFECT! My husband, Shaun, and I will always recommend him. Without him our day would not have been so memorably captured.

Todd was amazing and responsive! He was right on time for our photography session. We had a quiet beach ceremony (just us and the kids plus all of the hundreds of people on the beach). He navigated the busy beach to keep people out of the photographs. He was great with the kids and made it fun (and quick which we needed because of an impatient 3 and 6 year old). Having an amazing photographer was my number one priority for my wedding and Todd went way above my expectations. I knew from the moment I did my engagement shoot with him, I made the right choice. Todd is very straight forward and makes everything flow nicely when trying to get the perfect shots. An excellent photographer was my number one priority when I planned my wedding, and Todd exceeded my expectations. Todd was amazing from my initial inquiry to when we received the final photos. He was quick to respond to all of my questions during the hiring and planning process. During the wedding, he was incredibly professional and efficient. We didn't do a first look, and I was nervous about that because many people told me we wouldn't have time to take good couples photos. But Todd assured me we would have time, and he was right. He was able to get stunning couple photos of my husband and I between the ceremony and reception. I know this is entirely due to how efficiently he took the portraits of the wedding party and family after the ceremony. He was assertive and made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, which I loved. He was friendly and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was also there from 1pm-9pm for a single, affordable price. When I got the proofs of the photos, he happily accommodated editing requests I had. Todd was our engagement photographer and of course our wedding photographer following the wonderful job he did for our engagement shoot. He is so easy to work with and captured our wedding day perfectly. We were married in December and even during the holiday season, Todd got our final prints back before Christmas! The photography for my daughter's wedding was very important to her. A camera buff herself, she was immediately drawn to his online portfolio with composition, lighting, and capturing the genuine emotion. His rates were quite reasonable for the quality of work, as well as any additional purchases such as the wedding album. This was a destination wedding (2 hours away) so we didn't have any personal references, but we wanted someone who was familiar with the venue (Kapok Special Events Center). We called him immediately to chat and he was so personable. At meetings later on, we realized how professional he was and serious about his craft, and still a warm and funny guy. Our next step was to get his recommendations for DJ and videographer. After all, you want your "Three Kings" to work well together. Fortunately, his favorites were on our lists too, so it was a no-brainer to check them out and bring them aboard. Todd was always available to answer questions via phone, text or email. He knows all about the venue, weddings and families. Other than highlighting a couple of must-have shots (the dogs in the ceremony, her cousin playing the violin), we felt comfortable with Todd calling the rest. He knew how to get bridal party and family pictures done in a streamlined fashion so we had time to enjoy part of the cocktail hour. During the ceremony and reception, he was almost invisible, yet he captured amazing shots of the entire evening. The photos were absolutely incredible! We shared the viewing website with our families and guests, and they continue to rave about them all. We trusted Todd, and he delivered. It was a pleasure working with him.

Todd was amazing! We were extremely disorganized and didn’t really know what pictures we wanted and he guided us through the entire process. He captured every single moment flawlessly. He captured stunning couple pictures in multiple poses and settings and I’m having such choice anxiety over which ones are my favorites. If I could display 100 in my house I would! I’m really impressed with the quality of the pictures as well as everything he captured during our wedding day. I would highly recommend him.

Living in Kentucky and planning a Florida wedding I was nervous about picking my photographer till I saw Todd’s portfolio. The pictures were absolutely gorgeous & I knew he was the one to pick for our special day. The day of he was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! He made us feel so comfortable. One of my friends had a wedding in September and her photographer took 4 months before she got her photos back, Todd took 3 weeks which is amazing! I would recommend him to any upcoming bride in the Tampa area!

Working with Todd to photograph our special day was a pleasure. He knew when to stay out of our hair as we were wedding planning and when to contact us to make sure he had the right information for the day of. It was also nice that he’s worked at the Postcard Inn (our wedding venue) before, because he was familiar with the venue and staff. He showed up well in advance of the ceremony to take pictures and was able to wrangle our crazy family and friends (about 125 guests) to take formal pictures after the ceremony and before the reception - no easy feat! Our solo pictures with the sunset turned out gorgeous. During the reception it was almost like he wasn’t there, but he took so many great pictures of our family and friends enjoying themselves and dancing the night away. If you’re looking for an experienced, laid back, but organized and punctual photographer with a great eye - Todd Gilman is you man!

We met Todd about 3 months prior to our wedding day. Being a photographer myself, I was very picky about who to choose to photograph our wedding. We had a bad experience with a different photographer earlier and were very apprehensive about trusting someone else with our wedding photos. BUT, choosing Todd Gilman Photography was an excellent choice! As soon as we met him, we felt completely comfortable. My brand new husband was nervous about having a stranger follow us around all day with a camera in our faces...but he later told me he didn't feel anxious at all when he met Todd the day of the wedding. We were married at eleven o'clock in the morning, which meant bride/groom photographs would be taken with the sun directly overhead. Normally, the noontime sun is a portrait killer, but Todd absolutely killed it!! He used the surrounding palm trees to diffuse the light beautifully and we ended up with simply GORGEOUS photos. We could not be anymore delighted! Thank you so much, Todd!!

Todd was a wonderful photographer! He was so focused on getting everything that was important to my husband and I on our wedding day. We met with other photographers previous to him but none made us feel as comfortable and confident as he did. We had a destination wedding in Naples, FL ( we are from Ohio) and we could not be happier with choosing Todd to be the photographer for our wedding. He was extremely professional and answered any questions that we had. All of the photos that he took were amazing! They really captured the emotions of the ceremony and the reception and everything else from our wedding day. Todd is extremely friendly and personable, as well as amazingly talented. We chose Todd for our engagement photos and our wedding photos, and we were so impressed by his energy, his vision, and, of course, the final photos. Todd hits the perfect note between personable and professional. He was fun to have around on the wedding day, and he had no problems telling us how we should pose to ensure that we had the best shots. He has perfected the ability to look around the wedding site and find the most photogenic locations. The day of the wedding, Todd was punctual and stuck to the schedule to catch all of our "big moments" and many of the small ones as well. He took posed photos and candid photos as well, which are really fun to have. Three weeks after the wedding, Todd provided an abundance of excellent, professional photos. He provided a link to the photos online for us to share with our friends and family, and he also sent us a CD with high-resolution copies. We were a little nervous about only having one photographer instead of two, but Todd is so dynamic and has so much energy, he provided just as many final photos as two standard photographers. Todd is a great wedding photographer, and we are so grateful that we chose him for our engagement photo shoot and for our wedding.

Where do I begin?!? Todd is so talented! I was initially worried, as we did not meet prior to the wedding day. We had a friend take our engagement photos before finding a photographer (which I don't recommend). I spoke with Todd on the phone two or three times prior to the wedding day about ideas and timeline, different details I wanted captured. Any suggestion I made, he gave his professional advice, which I appreciated. and Most any idea I had, he took the words right out of my mouth, giving me comfort that we were on the same page. When my wedding day came, he jumped right in and was professional and flexible throughout the day. The best part? He stayed the whole night, making sure he captured all the important details! All photos with family went smoothly and quickly. The resulting pictures are stunning, and I can't stop looking at them all!!

If you are in the Tampa/St.Pete/Clearwater/Central & West Coast Florida area and you are looking for a professional, punctual and an exceptional photographer- Do not, I repeat Do not go to anyone else. Todd is the best photographer I could have asked for. He was absolutely amazing!!! I was very picky with selecting a photographer to use for my wedding last month, and after meeting with Todd in person and seeing his previous work, we knew we needed to have him at our wedding. Our pictures were ready in about three weeks and we were beyond thrilled with how they turned out- flawless! Todd was very accommodating with our needs; he arrived at our hotel to take our getting ready pictures, went to a second location for our ceremony, met us in downtown St. Pete for the bridal party pictures, and then came back to the hotel/ reception-- for a total of about 10 hours of work. I really appreciated his quick correspondence and how he took time to answer all my questions. I would 100% recommend choosing him for your event. Thanks so much, Todd!

Todd Gilman is amazing at what he does. We used him for both our engagement photos and wedding day. He knows his craft very well and is very attentive to details. Having someone like Todd on your wedding day removes a lot of the stress of what poses to choose, etc. Our wedding was three days ago, so we have yet to see the wedding pictures, but judging by the quality of his engagement photos, we have no doubts the pictures will be absolutely amazing. His pricing is very fair and you will get a lot of bang for your buck.

I got married almost a month ago at the Grand Plaza Beach Resort...I have lived in Florida for about 5 years (originally from Michigan), and when I got engaged I had no idea where to start with my vendors. So, of course, I turned to The Knot! Todd Gilman got such great reviews and after speaking to him on the phone, there was no doubt he was going to be the one to capture our big day! He was wonderful! He responded promptly to any questions I may had and pricing was very reasonable. He spends the entire day with you- from the time you start getting ready until the final song of the night. He captured both my husband and the guys getting ready and me and my girls- running back and forth to make sure he got all the important shots. My husband is not very comfortable in front of the camera and Todd made it where he was laughing and very relaxed. He also has a way with making the bride (in this case, it was me!!) feel so special and beautiful! Some of my favorite pictures he captured through the night were of the reception. As the bride and groom, you are so focused on everything going smoothly that night and you just hope your guests are having a great time- by the looks of the guests faces in the pictures- everyone had a GREAT time!! Todd is highly, highly recommend!!

Todd was on point! We had browsed around and glad we found Todd. Many other would charge hundreds more for what Todd was able to do, and he nailed it. He is very focused on getting what you need, and took some amazing shots. We HIGHLY recommend him!

Todd was AMAZING! He was our favorite vendor by far, and all of our vendors were actually great. But Todd was exceptional. He calmed our nerves, accommodated our special requests, and knew exactly what he was doing so there was zero time wasted. He even arrived a few minutes early. He kept us on track throughout the entire evening when he could tell we were a little lost. We have not gotten our pictures back yet seeing as we were just married 3 days ago. But we have zero doubt in our minds that they will be anything but perfect. Todd was personable, funny, patient, and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I caught a glimpse of a couple of our photos on his camera and they looked amazing without him even editing them, he’s THAT good! Todd was fantastic! We were happy with his work from the second we saw it online, and meeting him in person long before our wedding sealed the deal. He's personable, punctual, and passionate. We were unlucky with weather after our ceremony, but it didn't stop Todd from finding the perfect locations around our venue. Todd had some magical way of blending in during our reception - we never saw him until we were posing for a picture with friends or family. Todd is AH-MAZING (No, SERIOUSLY!). Out of all of our wedding vendors (reception included) choosing Todd as our photographer was our best decision we made. Not only does his work speak for itself, but he was so much more to us the day of the wedding. If it were not for him our wedding would have been HOURS behind. He kept everyone moving, worked amazingly with our vendors (especially our videographer), and sternly (yet professionally) kept everyone in check during pictures (with our crazy fam, was much needed!). I'm a tough critic and I really can't praise Todd enough. I promise you, Todd will be your best wedding decision! You know how you find certain vendors and they walk through life with you for all the great milestones? That will be Todd for us! Oh, and to top it off he's just all around a really cool guy. I am beyond happy we went with Todd for both our engagement and wedding pictures. He spent the entire day at the venue and went above and beyond capturing our day and it truly shows in our wedding photos. Not only did he capture our portraits beautifully but he also captured a numerous amount of candid's throughout the day which are some of the best moments if you ask me. After looking at countless photographers and their photos, reviews, pricing etc, we came across Todd's website and noticed that one of my sorority sisters used him in her wedding. Her photos were stunning so I contacted Todd. He was very responsive and answered all of the questions that I had. Luckily, he had our date open and we booked him right away! A few days before the wedding, he gave me a call to go over details and times. Todd makes himself available 2.5 hours before the ceremony starts to be able to travel to different locations and take pre pictures of your bridal party getting ready, pictures of your dress, rings, shoes, first look with your father and pictures of the groomsmen as well. Even though Todd is a one man team, during the wedding, it seemed like he was everywhere at once! He had some great ideas for some creative shots and made sure to get as many intimate shots with your groom as possible. He was calm, gave great firm direction and made sure everyone was on the same page so the pictures could be taken quickly and the fun could be had! Todd was also very affordable and his packages had great value to them. We are still waiting for our digital pictures, but from the sneak peaks he sent us, we know they will be great! Nothing short of amazing. Not only was Todd extremely flexible with the times we needed before the wedding (coming way earlier because of a makeup artist's needs), he made everyone comfortable and happy. He is adaptable to any situation and really does a tremendous job. The photos were absolutely perfect. There's sooooo many to choose from! We can't thank Todd enough for his calm, professional, and fun demeanor. I would recommend to anyone!

Todd was a consummate professional from start to finish. We hired him on a recommendation from a friend and he did not disappoint.He guided us through all the chaos with great direction and we were so pleased with the results. One of my favorite aspects was that he got so many great candid reception shots, which are so priceless to us. Additionally, and the absolute best part about the experience; we had forgotten to tell him that at the end of the night we were doing an exit with sparklers. As he was packing up after a very long 9 hours with us, he overheard us speaking about the exit, and unpacked all his gear, just to capture those last few shots for us. Best photographer ever! We had a beach wedding and only a certain amount of time to get the pictures in before the sun went down. He was great at improvising and made sure he got all the shots we wanted! He really made me feel special and beautiful while taking all the pictures and was really on top of everything! He showed us some of the pictures while taking them and I can not wait to see the rest! I would highly recommend Todd to anyone!

Todd Gilman is simply a master at his trade, a wizard with a camera and a light. He was extremely punctual. He was most importantly extremely patient with everyone no matter if we were causing a delay for him or not. You could never sense that he was stressed. If anything, we only knew when he was extremely excited about how a photo came out. He was very quick in terms of getting the relative photos done and on time. He was organized and on point with everything from start to finish. He completed our photos in a record time. I don't think it even took him 2 weeks. We were on our honeymoon when he e-mailed to inform me they were done. I have already received a CD copy and the link online to view his wedding day masterpiece. The photos are just tremendous for lack of a better word. I was worried no one took photos of all of the decorations I had worked so hard on and after going through his online photos I realized he had. The photos are so beautiful I may have to share some of my Pinterest inspired decorations with others and proudly! Mr. Gilman, thank you for your artistry. I cannot wait to order the photos for our album and for our parent albums. I can only imagine they will be breathtaking. You truly are a camera genius!

Todd was amazing. The pictures were everything I hoped for. As I looked through them, I found myself laughing, crying and just reliving the day again. Having Todd at the wedding was just a great experience all around. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a photographer.

Working with Todd for our wedding day was truly amazing! He was early to the event, stayed all day long, and got wonderful candids and family pictures throughout the whole event. Todd was superb. He really surprised me. He is very quiet and reserved but listened to all I asked of him. I wanted very candid ‘capture the moment’ type shots and of course the details of all my décor…he did that despite the craziness with dealing with my family. His was on time to the event and provided the photos in 3 weeks just like he promised. If I had critique it would be that I would have like to have seen more creative manipulation with the some of the photos. All in all, I love the work.

I found Todd on TheKnot, and met with him a year in advance of my wedding date. Down to earth guy the minute we met to discuss my wedding. My husband didn't get to meet Todd until our engagement photo session, and he was proud of the choice I made. Our engagement photos were absolutely amazing, and up to this day, we still receive compliments on our photos Todd took. My husband and I just got married nearly 3 weeks ago, so we haven't received our wedding photos as yet, but I can't wait to see them cuz I know they'll turn out great.
