He includes in his price, a few hour photo shoot in a an outdoor place of beauty prior to the wedding. This allows him to get to know you and do a practice run of photos of you as a couple. You can then use these photos as a component of your wedding announcement or invitation, or as a large mounted photo at your wedding. He knew that we love to hike and found a stunning location in the Santa Monica mountains where we hike. We had hundreds of photos to choose from on an online site that was easy for all of our guests to choose from and reminisce about the wedding and the great time they had. It was available within days after the wedding and up on his website for a long time for selection. Todd asked us when we were ready to take it down. We like Todd's work so much that we have already hired him again for professional photos. Consider Todd for your special day. Furthermore, he is very gracious and accommodating. He drove all the way from LA to San Diego to meet us in person and to show us his talent of capturing one of the most special moments of the lives of those he had photographed. We were amazed by his work, and moreover the passion that he has for his profession. Loving what you do shows through the product of your work, and his passion and love was clearly displayed through his pictures. Also, he was very friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and gave us a detailed breakdown of what to expect on the day of the wedding. During the actual day of our wedding, he was one of the first vendors at the venue, while many others vendors were very late. Punctuality is a big point for us, and the fact that he was there earlier than needed was a big relief. He helped us pose for the pictures, but at the same time he gave us the flexibility to be ourselves and take the pictures that we wanted. Todd was very respectful, always smiling and definitely helped with reduction of anxiety level. He stayed a little later than our contract and was there for every significant moment, capturing them all of them with his signature style. He is not a pose and take picture photographer only, his pictures where we were not really looking at the camera were our favorite. Upon the completion of our wedding day, our pictures were given to us with in a week after, and each picture was more stunning than the next. In comparison, it's been almost a year since we had our wedding in 2014 and we still do not have our video, while we got our pictures so quickly. That was amazing!!! The pictures were true work of art and Todd was always available when we needed to consult with him in regards to choosing pictures for our album. I can't say that about all of our other vendors. Even well after our wedding and pictures/albums were received. Todd continues to be helpful and always there. Recently, I needed help resizing some of our wedding photos (about 10 months after the wedding), so I emailed Todd and he got back to me ASAP, helping me step by step through the process. That's what I call service and caring! He truly cares about what he does and those he works with. We absolutely love Todd's work and highly recommend him. He's a wonderful photographer and a great person to work with.

It's clear that he loves what he does and the people he works with, and we strongly recommend him to anyone searching for a photographer. For our engagement shoot, Todd took what little direction we gave him ("We like Dana Point") and scouted the area on our behalf to snap preview photos and to propose a fully mapped photo shoot that took us from Dana Point to a local hiking trail we'd never seen and finally to the local mission in San Juan Capistrano. Throughout the shoot, Todd and his assistant, Jon, kept us laughing so we wouldn't get sick of smiling for hours on end. In our wedding prep, Todd worked with us on our schedule to accommodate photography @ three locations: hotel, church, and reception venue. But we were surprised that he also attended our scheduling sessions with our reception venue and our rehearsal at the church. Reps from both places pointed out how rare it is for photographers to attend those meetings. Todd simply said it was a necessary part of his preparation. On our wedding day, Todd and his assistants kept us on schedule to the minute. His assistant Jon got all the nephews and nieces to smile for the full 30 minutes of family pictures. I can't emphasize what an accomplishment that is, 'cause some of those kids hate smiling. After our wedding, friends warned us that it could take as long as 6 months to see our photos from the photographer. In our case, we had our photo book and hard drive in less than 2 months and we couldn't have been happier w/ our photos. Throughout the finishing process, Todd continued to show the same attentiveness to our needs and to picture quality. He even went out of his way to expedite a reprint of our photo book when one of the corners was damaged in delivery. While we researched wedding photographers, lots of people recommended their own wedding photographers to us but the people who worked with Todd were the most insistent that he was the best. In our wedding, even other vendors were impressed by him as a professional. After working with him on our wedding, it's obvious to see why Todd has won so many awards for his work. Again, we can't recommend him highly enough and hope you'll do the same.
