Todd Spitler Photography specializes in an artistic documentary process that tells your story through beautiful, natural images. My approach to photographing your wedding will revolve around your needs and begins when we first meet and discuss your own ideas and desires. With my camera, experience, and artistic vision, I then set out to capture the authentic story of your day as it unfolds. At times, I will take an active role in directing the photos, but I mostly work in an unobtrusive manner, allowing you to experience the magic of your wedding day while I capture the memories for a lifetime. My goal is to create a body of images you not only will treasure yourself but be proud to share with others.

Todd was the very first and one of the very best choices we made when planning our wedding. We were planning during the thick of Covid and things were a little more stressful because of it, but from our first online meeting to get to know Todd it was clear that he was an extremely kind, accommodating and professional person. Our engagement photos were amazing, and our MANY MANY wedding photos we got all make us happy cry. We both love more unplanned, candid photos and Todd and his second shooter Marissa gave us tons and tons of them. My husband and I both heartily recommend Todd as a wedding photographer if you're looking for somebody that will give you stunning photos and be an incredibly pleasant addition to your wedding day!

Todd does not disappoint! My husband and I saw Todd on The Knot and read he was a local photographer. We met up with him at a local coffee shop and chatted with him which turned into us hiring him for our wedding! Todd took the time to get to know us as a couple and we were really pleased with what he had to offer following our meeting. Todd was great to communicate with and was prompt to answer any questions and address any concerns we had. Todd is very experienced with photography and fun to work with! He is also very accommodating and flexible. We are so grateful to cross paths with Todd as we can now reflect back on our pictures of our very special day. We would definitely recommend Todd to any couple who is looking for a photographer to capture their wedding.

From our first meeting with Todd, we immediately felt comfortable, confident and excited about our decision to have him photograph our wedding. We started with our engagement session in Philly and we were beyond impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and eye for photography-capturing each moment as the sun started to set. Todd is not pushy in any way, but he certainly knew when to give us advice and point us in the right direction. When it came to our wedding day, New Years Eve, most of the evening I did not realize he was there! He was subtle and amazing at being able to photograph our beautiful day without interfering. Choose Todd and you will feel a unison with him as you plan your big day! Compared to other companies, he was extremely reasonable with pricing and did not nitpick every aspect of our day. He will go above and beyond because he realizes how important wedding pictures are! You're the best Todd! Blessings!

We had a very mixed experience in working with Todd Pros: Todd gave us useful input on our venue Todd was flexible on dates/scheduling Todd was very quick to respond and easy to contact/follow up The majority of our engagement photos and wedding ceremony photos turned out well Drawbacks: Todd arrived and started taking photographs earlier than we agreed to (without checking with us first), which was not useful and caused unnecessary stress The majority of our wedding portraits/posed shots were disappointing There was a lack of attention to detail in the portraits (glaring items out of place, unflattering angles, missed shots) Todd had the highest cost out of all of the photographers we interviewed (we did not have a problem with this, but expected a higher quality product) If we had to do it over again we would hire a different photographer

Todd Spitler has an amazing talent for photography, and we are very pleased with our decision to utilize his services for our wedding. I found Todd by researching local photographers online- when looking at his blog, I was impressed by the mix of traditional and unique shots he was able to capture. Furthermore, the reviews that I found were great. To me, the investment in photography was a very important decision because the photos of the wedding day are what we’ll reflect on from years to come. Nothing cemented my decision more, than seeing the results of our own engagement session with Todd. I wouldn’t consider myself a “model” by any extent of the imagination, but Todd made us both look amazing- and made us feel comfortable. After a few shots, we began to relax and those were the photos that truly captured the essence of our relationship. At that point, I knew our wedding photos would be amazing. While I’m still waiting to see the end result of the wedding photos, (the few that I’ve seen are phenomenal) I can comment on the experience. As any experienced bride will tell you, the wedding day flies by. Todd knew we wanted specific photos taken, and made sure they were taken care of. It was very helpful that he shot with another photographer- who was equally as nice to work with. He kept us on our timelines, and was always there to capture the candid shots that we’ll cherish for years to come. I’d recommend Todd Spitler Photography to any bride in a heartbeat.
