ordered items through them. My husband ordered a burgundy tux with black pants, shoes, and a belt. The groomsmen and my dad were all in black suits. They were very accommodating and helped keep the men in line, so that everyone ordered on time. One of the men lived out of state and he was able to get in for a final fitting the day before the wedding. Everyone looked great. I’d work with them again.

un-around from the staff and my suit wasn't ready until a month after it was promised. Maybe my situation is not typical, but I ordered my suit about 60 days ahead of my wedding with the promise of "no more than two week turnaround". 3.5 weeks go by before I call and the salesperson and he says he told me he dropped the ball and forgot to order my suit and it's now on backorder (likely because a large suit rental place abruptly closed about a week after my order, sending their industry into chaos. That problem would not have effected me had they not forgotten my order from the beginning). I am then promised two other ready-by dates that are missed before they just end up altering a suit that is a slightly bigger that was in stock the whole time so I am taken care of and I get my suit about 12 days before the wedding. It all worked out in the end, but what should have been a pretty stress-free process ended up being pretty stressful.
