Ashleigh was my wedding's officiant and she was amazing! She led our ceremony in a sweet, funny, warm, and precise manner -- everything that I could have wanted. She perfected it with her role as officiant on our wedding day. We couldn't book her as our coordinator because we had an all inclusive venue that required us to use all their services but if I could, I would have also wanted her as our coordinator. She gives it her 100% in everything she does. I highly recommend her especially for wedding with unique elements or Vietnamese traditions.
I booked Ashleigh expecting to only receive month-of-coordination services. I ended up with a Chi Hai (big sister) instead! She checked in on me periodically from the moment I booked her services which was so unexpected. I am so grateful she did because she became my lifeline when huge wedding planning obstacles arose only 4-5 months before our wedding.
She connected me with other great vendors and also helped me communicate my wishes to my catering/banquet directors. She constantly encouraged me to push for wedding details that I wanted (rather than what my family/parents wanted) and supported me in tough decision-making processes. She worked with my time schedule and travel plans (I was planning a West Coast wedding on East Coast time). She was also so patient and understanding of my circumstances.
Her pushing me to create detailed timeline a month before my wedding definitely saved our butts! It made me plan for every tiny detail - even down to how the welcome table should be set up. Having us work on a very detailed timeline together was also great for my bridal party as they were able to attend to wedding duties without my direction and presence.
On our wedding day, she made sure that we obtained everything I wanted to do/accomplish on our wedding day (despite my flippant "Oh it's okay if we don't do x anymore.") She made sure to support both sides of my family, but I especially appreciate her giving extra support to my husband's non-Vietnamese family as we had a multicultural Vietnamese-American wedding.
I could keep going on and on about how great Ashleigh is, but I really just want to take the time to publicly express my deepest gratitude towards her. Thank you, Ashleigh!
