Working with the TMA was a dream and we couldn’t recommend having your wedding there enough

It has been my dream for over 15 years to have my wedding reception at this beautiful venue, and in October 2021, it came true! The Glass Pavilion is a stunningly unique reception venue with floor to ceiling glass walls and a classy, modern vibe. Our first meeting and tour with Amanda sealed the deal. We knew immediately that she would be a great partner and help us bring our modern fall wedding reception vision to life. Amanda, Maricarmen, and TMA leadership helped us navigate evolving COVID protocols, listening to our feedback and ideas, and allowing us to hold the event we had always dreamed of having while keeping our guests, staff, and vendors safe. We must also give a shoutout to Janet and the rest of the bartending and waitstaff, who were so kind to us and our guests, providing outstanding service. The menu tasting appointment was a lot of fun, and the meal options are outstanding! We received many compliments on our unique menu from our guests. We had a glass blowing demonstration during our cocktail hour – another one-of-a-kind element – and received the blown glass piece as a gift following the wedding. With the beauty of the space and the excellent service from the TMA team, this is truly an extraordinary reception venue!

Amanda, Chef Felix and the Toledo Museum of Art staff were wonderful through the process of booking The Glass Pavilion as our reception venue. Amanda was organized and helpful. Chef Felix put together an amazing customized menu for dinner. The venue itself was beautiful and unique. We got many compliments. We would absolutely recommend.

Abby was fantastic, professional, and responded to every email and phone call I made to her in planning a special event for our wedding guests. I even joined the museum because it is a jewel in Toledo, and I want to return to take classes and see the exhibits.
