They were very flexible with all our needs to make sure that we got what we needed!

Our only honest watch out is that you will be paying for literally everything you add on.. no questions and no negotiating. For instance, we had to pay a "fee" to use a golf cart to take photos by the water which I thought could have been something you just provide the bride and groom with.. But it was all just so beautiful and all definitely worth it! TCC has our hearts!

y is just stunning both on the inside and out. We chose to do a majority of our wedding reception outside having dinner under a large tent and then dancing under the stars. I could not have imagined a more perfect place for our event and we really enjoyed showing our out-of-town guests this little gem tucked away on the Maumee River. Dolly was wonderful to work with and anytime we had new ideas she was always open to exploring options on how to successfully execute. My fiancé and I were planning from another city and Dolly and her team were easy to communicate with whether that was via email, phone meetings, or last minute visits to the club while we were in town. The service was outstanding and chef Marcel even allowed us to work with him on a summer salad that wasn’t necessarily on the menu based on a few flavors we really liked! We truly enjoyed our experience working with Toledo Country Club and can’t wait to enjoy another event there in the future!!

I had flowers on the tables and string lights behind the wedding party table. Toledo Country Club is worth the money because they take care of almost every detail (ex: wait staff, table clothes, silver ware). It’s basically a total package deal minus the dessert from the baker. It’s going to be very hard for future weddings in my family to top mine due to the location of the venue being right next to the Maumee river! It’s so unique and gorgeous and romantic! It was just a beautiful wedding and even through I spent way too much, it was still worth it in the end! Dolly is great and helps you every step of the way and will be there day of to make sure things so smooth. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of price and the fact that we were told there would be an easel to prop my wedding sign on but it could not be found. It was also pretty awkward when my wedding party got to the table and there was a chair missing- the chair was fixed once someone found a server! I also didn’t like that fact that they let family members charge to our Member account without our approval (ex: cigars, etc). They should make guests pay out of pocket if they have to get something like that. Overall- our wedding was perfect and we look back in awe! We only wish the night lasted longer.

She is not the greatest at answering emails, but great on the phone and in person. We planned our Ohio wedding from Florida, so having good communication was important. My only other notch on the perfect star rating was a comment I heard from a guest in regards to the bar tenders. They had been drinking Moscow mules all night and had been attended to by the same bartender, and had gotten the other one after a few drinks and they were told "we're not making anything fancy tonight" and served them a "Moscow mule" with ginger ale. They had said a few other people were hesitant to go to that bar tender as well. Aside from that, the staff was kind and made sure we had a drink at our table and made sure we got to eat dinner. They also kept the extra flowers we were not able to bring home that night, and we were able to pick them up the next day, along with my husbands suit bag he had accidentally left. I would choose this place all over again. We barely had to decorate because its just that beautiful.

Writing this nearly brings me to tears thinking about how thankful I am for Dolly & her team to help make the most magical evening of my life, come to life! I must also comment on the food & beverage service as it was TOP notch & my guests were constantly raving about it. The chef there is incredible. I need to mention the bartender Zach who our families absolutely loved – he was attentive and friendly and we could tell he really enjoyed himself. I had absolutely no regrets about choosing TCC on our wedding day and would choose it again.

Most importantly, the food was perfection - we received so many compliments on the choices we had to offer and the plated dinner was executed in a timely manner. uld accommodate everything we wanted like the Toledo Country Club. I'm normally very picky, but I can't come up with anything I didn't like. We planned an indoor wedding because the last thing I wanted to stress about was the weather, and the living room with all of its large windows and fireplace was perfect! I wasn't a fan of some of the furniture in the room, but they moved all of it out for me. Plus the weather turned out great too, so we had cocktails on the veranda and beautiful pictures overlooking the river. The food was fantastic. They had a wide variety of choices so we could customize the meal exactly to our taste. Also my mom is allergic to garlic and onions which are in almost everything these days, so they custom made her meal. She said it was just as delicious with just a pretty a presentation as everyone else's. She doesn't even normally get that in a restaurant, so the fact they were able to do that on top of 130 other meals was incredible. Although my great aunt had the best compliment of "all the food is still hot! Not even just warm; HOT!" The service was of course fantastic. Dolly is truly on top of everything, and was even there fluffing out my dress before the big walk down the aisle. The staff was so sweet and made my husband and I feel so doted on. Multiple people commented how impressed they were that every time they went up to the bartender he remembered their drink order. Plus he was a hottie, which made my bridesmaids happy!! The only thing is make sure you get your guests name cards correct. I unfortunately forgot to make a few,and for a half second there was some confusion, but the best man alerted the staff and they took care of it right away to get the guest the correct meal. Seriously, the venue is gorgeous. The views are gorgeous. The food is great. The staff is great. It's on the expensive end of the spectrum, but it was without a doubt worth every penny. Made an already perfect day even more perfect!!

All of our guest had such a great time and commented on how wonderful the service food and venue was. I felt so confident with our plans and the back up plan for bad weather. Plus I planned this from out of town and they made it so easy. The amazing view was the icing on the cake. I could not ask for a better memory.
