Received a text at 9pm the night before a trial hair/makeup run that was scheduled a month in advance. Emergencies happen, I totally get that. Was told I could set up the following...
week for a trial but then was offered a date three weeks later. Ultimately leaving me to trial hair and makeup two weeks prior to my wedding. I felt as if it was pushing it close especially if I ended up not being happy with the service. When I addressed that three weeks wasn’t the following week, I was given attitude about it and was told “no it’s within a week”. It just didn’t make sense, don’t say let’s get you in the following week when you can’t. The communication is where I had an issue. Due to the pushback, I decided to decline all together. This was specifically between the hairstylist, not the makeup artist. All pictures look like wonderful work, just didn’t appreciate the lack of communication and cancellation via text at 9pm the night before the trial appointment with what felt like no flexibility upon a reschedule.
