Tom & Em Weddings

Tom and Emily are the single best vendor we hired for our wedding. Not only do they take beautiful photos and videos, they are incredible humans who pour so much love into their couples. Our photos and video are everything we dreamed of and more. Tom and Emily were so responsive to our needs throughout our wedding day and were overall great partners in keeping our schedule moving on-time and ensuring each special moment and photo-op we had planned happened seamlessly. Tom and Emily made my husband and I both feel so relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, even though we both were a bit self-conscious to start. I appreciated how natural their posing style is, nothing felt forced. We and our bridal party were able to follow their instructions easily without feeling too silly. Something I really looked for in a photographer specifically was someone with a personality who could keep the family portrait part of the day organized with big, loud family. Emily exceeded my expectations and gave the perfect balance of good direction and appropriate distance when we wanted moments to ourselves. When my husband and I received our gallery and our video, we both were in tears with how perfectly Tom and Emily captured our special day and our personalities. We are so thrilled with the end result, and could not be more grateful to have had two amazing, talented people like Tom and Emily by our side to capture our wedding. We are excited to have gorgeous heirloom photographs and video to pass down to our future generations. Tom and Em are simply the best, and you will be so glad you chose them to capture your wedding.

Tom and Em are amazing to work with! They’ll be shooting our wedding (photo and video) in September, but even after just our engagement session I can’t recommend them enough! They make it fun and easy to feel natural in front of the camera and had us laughing the entire time (spoiler alert: that makes adorable photos). We were fighting weather at the beginning of our mostly outdoor shoot, but they made the most of every minute and got great shots under covered spaces until we could venture out. Bonus: If you're looking to have your furry best friend in your photos, Tom and Em are your photographer! They not only accommodated our pup for the photos, but seemed genuinely excited he was coming and took great shots of a dog who refused to sit still or pose that day. Double bonus: while some may do the bare minimum or juuuusssttt meet the contract terms, Tom and Em go above and beyond. We received many many more great photos than they were required to provide, and we loved SO many of our options (disclaimer: they make it impossible to choose a save the date photo because there are too many good ones). Last but not least, they’re flexible and easy to communicate with! I don’t think I’ve ever waited a full week for an email response, and they texted the day of our shoot to confirm we were still good to go and willing to fight the rain. If you want to love your experience AND your photos, hire Tom and Em :)

Em and Tom were an amazing duo. From our first conversation I felt so comfortable. My husband and I are not big on having our photos taken. However, they made it so easy and fun. They are honestly the best! They captured so many awesome photos that we are having a hard time picking which ones to get printed! I am a late person and Em kept the train moving and got all the photos in that we wanted. If you get to work with them consider yourself blessed. We can’t wait to use them for any and all future photos!

Tom and Em were absolutely amazing! We got both photography and videography and cannot speak more highly of how the photos and video turned out. Communication and professionalism 10/10. They also made taking photos more fun and less awkward. I could not recommend them more highly!

To say Tom and Emily were incredible would be an understatement! We asked them to do our wedding videography and they captured our day more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. We told them we wanted our day to feel like a nod to Baltimore and they went above and beyond. They were so fun to work with and made the day feel effortless. Working with Tom and Em Weddings was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding day. From the first phone call, we knew Tom and Em were going to be the best of the best. Their professionalism mixed with their wholesome and warm personalities made for the ideal photo/video group. They even welcomed the mother of the bride into the conversation with open arms - we really appreciated that she could join into our meetings too! Tom and Em are not only wonderful people, but they are extremely talented. They helped us feel relaxed during our engagement session, which was a major perk because it was important to us that we felt comfortable on our wedding day! They went above and beyond to make sure that our engagement session was exactly what we wanted it to be - and we loved all of their suggestions and cues. We received SO many photos just from that one hour! Fast forward to closer to the wedding - their online platform was extremely easy to use for payments and for day-of planning, we were able to submit our requested photos, enter in family information for easy reference when family portraits came around, and contact Tom/Em in case any questions arose. Their responses were always timely and also helpful, Em is available and eased all of the brides worries/concerns, even if it didn’t necessarily involve photo/video! Tom and Em care so much about their clients, and that is something special. For our wedding day, we had Tom and Samantha along with their second shooters - and they were AMAZING! All of our wedding party thought they made photos relaxed, care free, and fun! We had photo/video for our entire day and through the end of the reception, and we are SO glad we made the decision to extend our time with photo/video beyond the basic package - they captured some all the day’s moments so perfectly. We look back on our photo and video all the time - I swear every time we see it I see something I didn’t notice the view before! Tom’s video was a work of art - sums the day up so well. Any couple lucky enough to work with Tom and Em will be SO thankful that they were able to have Tom and Em capture their wedding day!

My husband and I got married in August 2023. Tom + Em were a preferred vendor at our wedding venue. I can see why they are a preferred vendor, as they did not disappoint! I am so happy with our decision to have them capture our special day. They are super personable, kind, communicative, and over all a pleasure to work with. We didn’t get our video back yet, but we cannot wait until we get it. I have no doubt it will exceed my expectations. If you are considering a videographer - I highly recommend Tom + Em. I would definitely book them again without hesitation!

My husband and I got married on October 8, 2022. Two years prior, as soon as we got engaged, I reached out to Tom and Em and I’m so glad I did. We got our engagement photos done in October of 2021 and seeing them made us even more excited for our wedding day! On our wedding day and at the engagement shoot They were professional, made us feel at ease, and were everything we could hope for in a photographer and videographer. We are so grateful for the beautiful memories they were able to capture. We will never forget our special day thanks to them!

Tom and Em are not only an amazing photo/video team, but they are awesome people! Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them there to capture all the important moments. From the first time we met with them until the end of our wedding night, everything was perfect. I could not recommend booking with Tom and Em more! They were so sweet and fun to work with. With a wedding that was moved due to my dad being diagnosed with cancer they were understanding and flexible. They made everyone feel comfortable and our pictures turned out better than I imagined! I usually and tough on myself in pictures but I honestly love them all <3 I hope we can book with them again for other types of shots in the near future.

I can’t say enough good things about Tom & Em. We looked at a few other photographers/videographers for our wedding, but we knew immediately after meeting with them that they were it. It felt like we were chatting with old friends. I loved their dynamic as a couple, it felt like they were in sync the whole time we worked with them. No needing to introduce the photographer and videographer to each other and have them try to work together. Our engagement pictures were absolutely beautiful and they put us at such ease throughout the whole shoot. By the time the wedding came around, we already felt comfortable with them and knew what the expect. You can look at their work online and tell that they do an amazing job, but working with them is just the icing on the cake to the beautiful photos and videos they create. I would absolutely recommend Tom & Em for your big day!

Would highly recommend! Tom and Emily were very easy to work with and made us feel super comfortable. Admittedly, my wife and I were not used to being photographed, but Tom and Emily created an experience and final product as if we were seasoned pros. From a photography standpoint, Tom and Emily were able to capture the emotion and sentiment of our special day so each time we look at the photos, we remember how special our day was. For that, we are so grateful. Beyond the photography, Tom and Emily are great people and leaders to work with. They went above and beyond for us, and captured our wedding perfectly.

Tom and Emily were absolutely amazing! From not only making us feel comfortable during our engagement session-but to truly making us feel seen and capturing our love through the entire process. They are so cohesive with one another during the process and truly demonstrate every ounce of professionalism and care. Tom and Emily were great throughout the entire process. They made my husband and I who are both super awkward people feel very comfortable during our engagement pictures. The timing the day of the wedding went beautifully, we ended up with a variety of great pictures from detail shots to family portraits. My only regret is that we didn't hire them for their videography as well. I would recommend Tom and Emily to anyone and hire them again in a heartbeat.

Tom and Em were fantastic! We didn't even look for other photographers/videographers after we first spoke to them, we knew they were it! They were so easy to work with during our whole planning process, and really made it painless for us. We absolutely loved our engagement pictures and we're so excited to see our wedding pictures! The day of, everything went so smoothly we ended up ahead of schedule and were able to relax for a bit before the ceremony. It was absolutely freezing outside during pictures and Em saved my fingers with her hand warmers I was able to keep in my dress pockets. They kept us moving and had so much patience with us during family portraits when our families were trying to add other combinations in the moment. We felt so comfortable with all them the whole day. We highly recommend Tom and Em, their services are worth every penny and we hope to have them do more photos for us in the future!

The kindest couple and they will go the distance for you! (literally and figuratively). Tom and Emily were a wonderful addition to our wedding. As a video/photo married team they were able to ensure all aspects of our photos and video worked seamlessly together and provided us with a wonderful set of memories to cherish forever. Tom and Em are ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL. They are seriously a power duo. So knowledgable at their craft, effortlessly posing us and making us feel like it was so informal and fun. They take time to get to know you before the wedding, and when they arrived, it felt like we knew them our whole lives. Tom and Em were absolutely a delight to work with. They are the perfect duo. My husband I felt so comfortable and special in front of the camera. I love that they are high school sweethearts like ourselves too! They were very tentative and responded to every question and email I had! They help you set up a wedding timeline which we all know everyone needs for their big day! They rocked our ceremony and reception from beginning to end. Tom & Em are THE best. We did our engagement photos and wedding photos with them and are beyond thrilled. They are the most adorable couple, even cuter in real life, and their attitudes and personalities are perfect for this job. They are very creative and have really fun ways of making you laugh and smile in the realest way and the photos turn out so well. Em was our photographer day of, and Tom was her second shooter. They were the most organized combo and I didn't even were about the details shots because they totally had it covered. T&E are very organized. Before the wedding, Em went over the day of schedule with us and it made me feel very relaxed the day of because I knew all the shots we wanted were being taken. They are fun, helpful, communicative, organized and again, THE CUTEST. We had so much fun with them and are so confident in their work!

Tom & Em made our entire wedding planning journey and wedding day experience delightful and joyful! We had to change our plans (many times) due to a multitude of reasons, COVID-19 being one of them, and these two worked thoroughly and patiently with us to make the most of our big day. Our wedding photos are some of our most cherished pictures ever! They are beautiful and were delivered so quickly. We also love all of the shop's options...prints, canvases, boxes, etc.

Tom and Em are the perfect duo. My fiancé and I are not very outgoing people and they made us feel so very comfortable, we actually had so much fun doing this! We have never had professional pictures before and they made our experience wonderful! They knew where to go to get the prettiest pictures and the angles to take them! If your looking for a photographer don’t look any further they are amazing and I can’t say enough good things!

Where to even begin!? Tom and Em exceeded my wildest expectations. They go above and beyond just taking BEAUTIFUL photos for your wedding day. They are professional, easy going, fun, and organized— just to name a FEW good things about them. The thing that I think makes them special, is that they are a married couple— they have been in your shoes before so they know exactly what you want, and they also just vibe off each other and know exactly what the other is going to do. They make an amazing team both in their professional life and personal life. They showed up early on the day of our wedding and basically got right down to business. They have a lot of communication with you beforehand to really buckle down the most important parts of your day. They create a time line and a list of everyone you want photos with, so nothing gets missed. They made my husband and I feel beyond comfortable and all of my guests and our wedding party kept commenting on how wonderful they were throughout the night. I really cannot say enough good things about them. They are amazing!

Tom and Em were our perfect vendors! Due to covid we had to pick a new venue and cut our invite list down to 35 people. We wanted to share our day with the other 150 we invited so we decided to pick a videographer to film our day so we could show it at our reception next year. As soon as we spoke with Tom and Em On the phone we knew it had to be them! They were so like able over the phone and their tone made us feel so comfortable. Tom came to our venue to take the video and he did an amazing job! We especially liked the drone shots that he took. We were so happy with the final edited video they were beautiful. I think I’ve watched the highlight video over 20 times now. During such a difficult time to get married (covid) they made it easy for us and they were so accommodating and went above and beyond in their delivery.

Tom and Em were recommended by our wedding planner. We just had our engagement session and every picture turned out amazing. These two really are the best team of photographers/videographers. We felt like we had known them forever. We had so much fun and can’t wait for our wedding.. they are just amazing, personable and you can tell they love what they do for their couples!!

If I could hire Tom and Emily to photograph and video my entire life, I would. These individuals are some of the most professional, and talented people I have ever met. After we chose them to take our engagement photos, we knew we needed them for our wedding pictures as well. We later decided we wanted a wedding video, and they were very accommodating to this late request. They communicated with us throughout our wedding planning time, and sent us organized day-of planning sheets (which I was super grateful for.) They were prompt to every meeting and event. Not only did they take the most beautiful and creative pictures and videos, but they also helped out during our important day with little things that needed done. They weren't just our vendors, they were supportive, adaptive, amiable, and reliable. Our wedding day was beautiful, and it was shown 10x as beautiful in our pictures and videos. There are no words to describe how truly grateful I am for these two.

Tom & Em were everything we could have asked for and more! From the moment we met them at Starbucks, they made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We felt a little nervous about our engagement shoot, but they directed us so well and made us feel at ease the entire time. We absolutely LOVED how the photos turned out! And even though we didn't ask, they made us a lovely video, so we can vouch for their talented videography skills too. Our engagement and wedding were both at new locations for them, and they were diligent about scoping out the areas beforehand to get photos in the best spots. On our wedding day, they were efficient and made the day so fun. I cannot stop looking at our wedding photos! Just perfect in every way. The editing is light and natural. If you're looking for talented photographers (who may just become your friends!) at a reasonable price, you will not be disappointed with Tom & Em.

I loved the energy they brought to the event, and the communication before, during and after! We got our wedding photos INSANELY fast and incredibly well-polished! Love it guys! Tom & Em were amazing for my sister’s wedding. They were so warm and friendly, fun and easy to work with. She had a huge bridal party, and they were so organized and efficient! Super professional and they captured the wedding day perfectly. All of the pictures are beautiful. I would highly recommend them to any couple!

Unfortunately, Tom and Em were not in business as “Tom and Em” when my husband and I got married. So we weren’t able to have this amazing duo. However, we were fortunate enough to book Tom as our videographer for our wedding and we couldn’t have been any happier with our choice. Tom went above and beyond and quite honestly helped us plan our big day. He asked us questions that made us think about things we never even considered for the day of. He was so professional and personal and really just made the whole process go so smooth. I wish Tom and Em had gone into business together sooner because following their work now, I am able to see how talented Em is as well. Her photos are so beautiful and she captures such raw moments that couples will be able to cherish forever. I highly recommend this husband/wife team. My husband and I will cherish the video Tom created for us for our entire lives and if there’s ever a chance we get to use them or recommend them in the future, we 110% will!

Tom and Em did such an amazing job shooting our wedding! They were there early, came right upstairs to piece things together, explain things to me, and walk me through our day. We are so happy that we chose Tom & Em! They are both very kind, professional, and organized. We were a little nervous about doing our engagement photos and they completely made us feel comfortable and we felt like friends just hanging out by the end of it! In preparation for our wedding, they sent us a very detailed questionnaire about various things throughout the day so that it would run as smooth as possible and facetime’d us to go over it. I was fully confident that they would do a wonderful job throughout the day with our giant wedding party of 20 people and 220 guests. The wedding photographer/videographer has a front row seat to all the special moments of your day so it is important that you feel comfortable! Tom & Em were perfect in that way! Having them feel like friends made a big difference! They are both extremely talented and experienced and we are so thankful for our stunning photos & video- we will cherish them forever. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with.

What can I say...after seeing our daughter’s engagement pictures, there was no other choice but Tom & Em Weddings, for her big day. Their work is outstanding! (I actually just recommended them to a friend, today.) The thing about them is...they get it. They truly know how to capture the joy, the preciousness, and importance of each moment. To have this day archived by them, is honestly a lasting treasure for our family. Lastly, invest in your photographer/ videographer as much as you can. Find one you love. Most will work with you.
