Tom is an ordained minister and non-denominational officiant specializing in unique and meaningful ceremonies for couples. He honors each couple’s beliefs and wishes, tailoring his approach to complement their vision and values.
Trained by his mentor and great friend Anthony Flesch (the original Sedona Minister), Tom Vitron assists couples from start to finish when it comes to ceremony coordination. He has several ceremony templates to help couples get started. You can select a template that best reflects your interests and customize it to align with your ideal ceremony. Additionally, Tom welcomes couples who wish to create a completely new ceremony from scratch.
As a full-service officiant, my fee includes unlimited consultation with couples, use of my ceremony templates, editing and writing expertise, help with customized vows, marriage license assistance, a souvenir ceremony script, and day-of work.

Tom was the perfect minister for our wedding! We filled out a questionnaire before hand about our vision for the ceremony and a little bit about ourselves. He read every single part of it and paid attention to every detail! He also helped us a lot during the rehearsal and was very informative about how things are traditionally done, and ways that we could alter the ceremony to make is special to us. We could not have asked for a better vendor!

Highly recommend Tom. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. He sent multiple ceremony options and worked with us to customize a ceremony we felt connected to. He was able to provide a witness for us as well. The entire process with Tom was smooth, straightforward and professional!

Tom did a fantastic job as the officiant for our wedding. He was responsive to questions, helpful in developing the script for the ceremony, and well spoken. Not to mention he is a genuine person and a joy to be around. I highly recommend Tom if you are looking for an officiant for your wedding!

Tom was flexible with our time, and adaptable during the ceremony when I was struggling with my vows by guiding me. Tom provided different types of ways how he would present the ceremony. Had a much better experience with his help!

We had a very positive experience with Tom Vitron because he was professional and reliable. My husband and I live in Ireland and decided to get married in Sedona. Tom responded to our emails promptly which was important to us as we had to organise everything remotely. We were able to create a personalised ceremony based on templates provided. Tom helped me edit my vows by providing valuable feedback. On the day of the ceremony, he was punctual and spoke clearly. Small touches like bringing tissues was so thoughtful. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process leading up to the ceremony. I would recommend Tom to anyone!

We can't say enough good things about Tom Vitron. He was extremely easy to work with from the first time we contacted him about officiating at our Sacred Commitment Ceremony. We are from Seattle and knew nothing about the Sedona area except that it is beautiful. He helped us select a location, write our vows, suggested the best time of day for photos and even recommended different places to have our celebration dinner. He gave us exactly what we wanted in our ceremony and vows. We are extremely grateful for what Tom did for us. The day was perfect in every way.

Tom was so wonderful to work with. So kind, non judgmental, and open to our ideas. He gave us sample ceremonies to help with the development of our ceremony. The day of the wedding the weather turned and Tom turned into a weatherman to help us track the storm. He was flexible in our last minute change of location and kept us and our family on task. You can tell Tom is a true professional at what he does. And what a surprise to receive a nicely printed copy of our ceremony. It was a wonderful gesture to memorialize our day. We highly recommend Tom Vitron, sedonaminister.org!! He is so personable and easy to communicate with. We were traveling from Texas to elope on 4/24/24 & Tom went out of his way to bring his own chairs for my elderly mother & step-father in case they needed them as well as for our guests. I must have asked Tom 100 questions and he was very patient & kind. I felt as though I had known him my entire life and my, now husband, was very impressed with how Tom took so much time to make our wedding ceremony special with added touches and kind words about us. I love that he took the time to get to know us and that he also mentioned my adult children in the message, even though they weren't there, as he knew what that meant to me. I would highly recommend Tom Vitron and we hope to one day renew our vows and have Tom officiate again!! The fee was beyond reasonable for the experience and his professionalism!!

From the start, communication with Tom was thorough and reassuring. He gave us several "types" of vows to chose from which was a nice personalization. He helped make our wedding day perfect; even turned our pup around when he was wandering off! Thanks Tom!

Tom was fantastic to work with. He made us very comfortable and helped us with a ton of things from the ceremony itself to exploring Sedona. Tom was absolutely fantastic! We were so thankful, that even though we'd never met in person he took the time to really personalize our wedding ceremony. We had a phone call with him about a week before the big day and he asked a bunch of questions and from that created the perfect mix of religious and non-religious for our ceremony. He also gave us ideas about how to incorporate our children into the ceremony so that they could be a participating element. Tom was knowledgeable, funny, calm and sensitive. Everything you could possibly want in a wedding officiant. He was also very prompt in sending in our marriage license, we actually had it by the time we came home from honeymoon. We highly recommend Tom for your special day.

My fiance, and I were looking for someone to match our personal beliefs and desire to have a both blessed and impactful person to officiate our marriage. With Tom, we found his suggestions for what we both wanted to be complete and exactly what we had hoped for in our wedding ceremony. Tom recently married my husband and I in a beautiful and intimate ceremony. He was incredibly professional, personable, and easy to work with. Overall, Tom was a great minister to work with! Tom was flexible with meeting us virtually to discuss our upcoming day all the while providing us with guidance and support. The day of our wedding was everything Colt and I were praying for it to be, having Tom to officiate our marriage was the icing on top of the cake! Lastly, Tom provided us great recommendations of places to visit while we were in AZ which was much appreciated as we are MO natives, having a minister who was so personable meant so much to us!

My husband and I have been together for 11 years and did everything backwards. We decided to have a small ceremony with our family in October. We wanted something short and sweet, but still emphasized our love for another and unique story. Tom did just that and more! From the very beginning, he was very engaged and helpful every step of the way. He took the time to really listen to us and what we wanted and format it perfectly! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
