son who was very friendly and got a lot of compliments from our guests on his music choices and working with our taste. We also used their PhotoBooth which looked great. The photos were good quality and attendant was friendly and helpful.
I cannot give them five stars though for two reasons: We requested a specific DJ but did not see his name on our contract, so on two separate occasions we emailed Tommy's Tunes to verify that he was available and would be at our wedding. Both times we were told his name would be put down. Only at our meeting two weeks before our wedding were we told he would be at another wedding. I have no problem not getting the DJ we requested but that should have been clear from the beginning when we tried multiple times to verify that he would be available. The second reason is that there were a couple errors made with our music selection including picking the wrong version of the bride's entrance song, which we specified, and the wrong song was used for the bridal party entrance. We wanted to use one song for us and the bridal party, but Tommy urged us that it would be better to do a different song for us so later on we picked a song and emailed him with the update. At the wedding, the DJ wound up paying the new song on repeat for the bridal party and us anyway. Seemed like the changes weren't clearly communicated between Tommy and our DJ.
Overall, we had a good experience with Tommy's Tunes, and none the issues we had were big but just be careful to be clear with any requests or details you might have for them.

He played everything from salsa to jazz to pop, and it all flowed amazingly. In the wedding space itself, which was at 620 Loft & Garden, Tommy's team transformed the event space into nothing less than a full on club rocking party environment. We asked for our first dance song to be cut so it wasn't too long and they also did that perfectly. The photo booth was a huge success. They were professional and responsive to all my emails pre-wedding. HOWEVER, i took a star off because I was very disappointed in them post-wedding. At the wedding the photo booth printed people's pictures with my name spelled wrong even though there were enough things around the room that all someone had to do was look to get the right spelling. I found out the next day that all of those souvenir photos that people bring home and save had my name wrong and i was very disappointed. I emailed Tommy Tunes and i was ignored on several occasions. One of their emails implied it was my guests fault for not saying anything to the DJ. They said they'd get back to me and its 11 months later and nothing. I wasn't even asking for money back, but I thought it wouldn't be hard or expensive for them to re-print the little photo sheets with the right name and I'd get them to my guests. But no. No response, barely any apology. I was very disappointed in that. I guess i'd still recommend them and use them again because everything else was so pleasant, but i can't give the 5 stars i wanted to give.
