Absolute perfection. I had two photographers, Tom and Marlee, and they were so amazing. I have insane time anxiety and not once did I ever worry about being late. They were so incredibly efficient, got all of the shots we wanted, and I still had time to breathe, relax, and truly take in the day! I got previews back super quick and they are absolutely gorgeous- I can't stop looking at them! 10/10 recommendation!

I’m not even sure where to begin with Tom, Marlee, and their entire team! Tom and Marlee are a married photography team and their professionalism and organization is truly top notch. The package we chose came with engagement photos, wedding photos, and videography. From our engagement photos, Tom made us feel so comfortable (and we are both incredibly awkward in front of the camera) but he posed us and made us look so natural and everything flowed so well, I was in shock when I saw the engagement pictures! When it came time for the wedding, Tom set up a meeting to go over timeline and all details so we were totally set for the wedding day. When the day came, Tom and Marlee were so organized and worked very well together, in addition to the rest of their team. Tom captured incredible moments and pure emotion in our photos. We can’t wait to see our videos and the rest of the photos in the next few months!

Tom and the team were everything we imagined and MORE!! From our first meeting with Tom we knew there was no other person to photograph our wedding. Tom Russo and his entire team worked on our wedding this past December. I must say, from the moment we chose this company to capture our wedding, we felt so at ease! Tom Russo has great experience with numerous venues in our area, and a phenomenal working relationship with our venue, The Palace at Somerset! It was very reassuring to know that our photographers and videographers knew the venue and the grounds prior to our big day. Tom and Marlee are very responsive to emails and inquiries, which was very helpful leading up to our wedding. The day of the wedding, the entire team came prepared and were so professional! We took full advantage of our entire venue and grounds. We had a very large bridal party and Tom easily took charge and wrangled the large group to pose and follow directions. It was a relief knowing that the team was so focused on our day and our vision. Tom is very talented, and it is so fun to see him in action -especially when you can see inspiration hitting in real time! The photographs/proofs turnaround was very fast! We were pleasantly surprised when we received the email informing us that our photos were ready! We are so happy we trusted Tom Russo Photography to capture our special day. I would truly recommend this company to anyone. They took the stress, anxiety, and worry out of the day and I am so thankful we chose this company to work with!

They charged me $10,000 to shoot my wedding. In the end, half of the footage would not play. They sent me corrupt files and when I asked for them to fix the issue, they would lot respond for 2 weeks. When they finally did, I got an email saying “footage is as is, sorry we can’t help.” They will be hearing from a lawyer pretty soon.

I cannot be happier with my photos as well as the experience. Marlee and Tom were so friendly and professional from the start. The photos were fantastic and my guests were blown away when I shared them with them! I highly recommend Tom Russo photography for any occasion, you will be thrilled that you did!

Tom and every member of his crew we interacted with were just fantastic. Best attitudes of anyone we worked with leading up to and on the day of the wedding, which was really refreshing. We decided to move forward with Tom and his team after he worked on our friends wedding a year and a half prior to ours. My husband and I are definitely not the people you find jumping in front of cameras or videos to have our photos taken - if anything - my husband usually runs away haha. We loved working with Tom because he made it less uncomfortable for us to be the center of attention and make us feel/act more candid. A list of all of the positives: ~ Our dog came with us to our engagement photo shoot and the photos we have with him will be used for years to come on holiday cards. Everybody (us included) LOVED the photos with our pup. ~ Tom knew all of the poses and researched our locations ahead of time so it was not a long, drawn out process. ~ We received our photos for our engagement & wedding shoots and video within a timely manner. They actually sent about 100 photos right after our wedding to give us a taste of what to expect. ~ The communication was on point at all times. We were the ones who did not communicate quickly and Tom was gracious with each and every delayed response. ~ I had concerns about a previous videographer he had worked with and receiving a well-edited video in a timely manner. He took about an hour out of his day to talk to me about what had happened, what he and his team learned from it and that he had cut ties with that videographer and found a new one. He made me feel very well taken care of. I cry every time I watch our video now (which we received on time). ~ They had trainees with them on the day of our wedding. As they grow their team, their team needs to be an extension of them and know exactly how Tom and Marlee create the gorgeousness they do. I LOVE the dedication to perfection and pride in the work they do. ~ Tom and Marlee also got married right after we did and you would never had known because they still made us feel like we were the most important clients throughout the process. They did send out tons of emails before their wedding day and honeymoon to let everyone know that responses would be delayed but they would get back to us as soon as they were back. Their professionalism was off the chart. My husband and I have been taking our time getting our album so we haven't selected the photos yet but should there need to be any updates, I will include them once we figure that out. They did offer to send over a surprise proof so I will probably taken Tom up on that! They made our whole process seamless and stress-free. I can't wait to use them again for future life events!

Tom Russo Photography was the best vendor decision we ever made! From the moment we met on Zoom to our engagement session and our wedding, Tom made us feel like we have known him forever, we were so comfortable. Tom is incredibly professional but also made sure we were having fun the entire time. Our photos came out absolutely beautiful and they are everything we wanted. We used Tom Russo Photography for our wedding this past September and could not be happier with our decision! We had a zoom call after seeing their work and instantly knew it was the right fit for us. Marlee took care of our engagement shoot on a freezing cold day because that’s when we could do it and was nothing short of perfect in dealing with the cold and wind going on. She still captured gorgeous photos of us and made sure to keep us warm and comfortable throughout. For our wedding we really wanted photos done that wouldn’t interfere with us enjoying our party and her and her team delivered! Everything from the start of our day to the end was perfect. After working with Tom at a few of our friends weddings, we knew we had to have him for our big day! In our opinion no one compared. I am writing this review as from the very beginning working with Tom was an absolute pleasure. My wife found Tom and asked if we could do a Zoom call after I got home from work. This was the beginning of the best wedding photography experience. From the moment we first spoke with Tom he made us feel extremely welcome. He was excited and we both said to eachother his positive outlook and personality is what made us extremely excited to have him do our Engagement and Wedding Photos. Tom always made time to talk with us, no matter what time or what questions we had, he was professional, personable, and always did whatever he could to make sure we felt comfortable and confident. The Engagement photos came out amazing, I know I speak behalf of both my wife and I when I say Tom made us look forward to taking the photos. As you can imagine or probably feel right now, wedding planning can be extremely time consuming and very stressful. Tom made sure we always had a plan, he would text/call us when we had concerns and reminded us that everything would work out and he was there to make it great. The best memories I have from our wedding are because of Tom and Marlee. My wife had Marlee capture her special day and preparation and I had Tom. This couple, is truly incredible. Tom and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! From the engagement session, planning for the big day, and the day of itself, they were professional, brought great energy, and made us feel so comfortable. Tom and his team were professional, kind, and easy to work with. I got married on a Saturday, had over 100 photos to look at by Tuesday. I then got my entire gallery one month later (to the day). Tom did our engagement photos and he and Nick shot our wedding photos and I highly recommend both of them! They were great to work with and the photos were beyond amazing! They had never been to our wedding venue before but they showed up early and scouted out the best spots for photos. They were creative and accommodating with a few of the challenges of our wedding. For example the sun was at a really bad, blinding angle during our ceremony and I was worried that they weren’t going to be able to get any decent pictures but they ended up getting some great shots! They did a great job of making us comfortable and kept us smiling and laughing throughout the photo sessions and they captured so many little candid moments that made the day really special!

Where do I even start... Tom captured our proposal photos and he made us feel so comfortable at our engagement shoot. When we saw our photos we were so happy with them, we knew we had to have Tom and his team at our wedding. Saying Tom and Nick went above and beyond is an understatement. We had a south indian wedding and he kept us on schedule with photos for all of our different events and pictures with family and friends. We got our wedding photos a few months ago and I look at all of them every other week. He made us feel like we had known him for years. Our engagement session was so much fun! Tom made us feel super comfortable. We received our photos just a few days after and WOW! Words can’t even describe how amazing Tom and his photo/video crew were!! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and he managed to capture every moment along the way. We were married at Nanina’s in the Park and he knew every inch of the venue. He knew exactly when and where to go for every shot and his video crew followed. Tom also has such great report with the staff at Nanina’s so the day flowed effortlessly. He really knows how to take charge of a room, which was important to us, since we had 250 guests at this wedding. Our color palette was fall themed with accents of orange and burgundy, as our wedding was in November, and Tom picked up on this right away! Our entire album felt cohesive, elegant, and vibrant- it was exactly was I was going for!! Tom was also VERY quick to get us some photo previews to show friends and family. He sent about 80 beautifully edited photos to us only a few days after the wedding! This was great since Thanksgiving and Christmas were around the corner. BOOK HIM. He is a gem to work with and truly, truly knows what he is doing❤️

I knew of Tom's photography business long before I was even engaged and saw his work on social media, which made the choice to meet with him a no brainer once it came time for our engagement/wedding photos. Tom was so easy to work with-even through postponements! He was super flexible and made himself available at all hours to accommodate our busy schedules during the planning process, too. He was a great value and delivered amazing pictures that everyone continues to compliment. He has a great eye for details, captures beautiful portraits, and fun candid shots as well. Tom listened and remembered to take all my "required" photos, and provided more photos than we were promised, too! Our engagement session was absolutely perfect and the photos came back soooo great! We did two outfits, one nice and one fun (in workout clothes) outfit!
