Tom’s did the drinks for our welcome dinner before our wedding! We opted for cocktails in their kegs, which had guests raving. They pre-mixed all the cocktails in actual mini kegs (almost like beer kegs) and brought them to our event space with ice, cups and water. Super easy for us to have a mini bar while still being able to entertain people. The drinks were absolutely delicious - we had a margarita and a Horsefeather. Many of our out of town guests had never had a Horsefeather before and couldn’t stop talking about them, even after our wedding. Kelsey was amazing to work with — she suggested all the things we needed to bring, appropriate amounts of alcohol and ice for how many guests we had, and coordinated keg pickup. Huge thanks to the team and 100% recommend!

Kelsey was great and easy to communicate with leading up to our wedding day. The bartenders were punctual and make it easy by coming with many of their own misc. supplies. We did however hear a decent amount of complaints from our wedding guests about feeling judged by the bartenders when they would go up to get a drink. We also noticed that they were serving some warm beer rather than letting the guest know that type of beer wasn’t as cold yet. They were shoving water bottles at everyone that came up as well. Which we totally understand that you want guests to stay safe and hydrated, but our wedding was pretty low key and no one was getting out of control, so it just again seemed very judgmental towards anyone that was drinking. They also opened all of our liquor bottles rather than one at a time, so there were several bottles that were barely used but since they were open we couldn’t return any of them! Although the owner was easy to work with, I think we unfortunately just missed the mark for our bartenders!

Kelsey and her team were amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Their website is incredibly user friendly and I loved being able to create my own package online before discussing further details with them. Kelsey was very responsive and helpful when figuring out how much alcohol we needed to purchase for the reception. The drinks were amazing and we got so many compliments on the bar service and drinks. I highly recommend Tom's Travelers for your bartending needs!!!

Tom's Travelers made the best day of our lives so much more special. Their champagne wall was the perfect addition to welcome our guests into our ceremony too. We had so many compliments from friends and family about how fun it was to have champagne during the ceremony. Kelsey is an absolute gem to work with. She was so efficient and helpful. I would hire them 100 times over.

I cannot say enough amazing things about hiring Tom's Travelers to have as a special touch at our wedding. We hired them to highlight one of their tap trucks as guests were entering our ceremony, and our guests cannot stop raving about the special touch it added and the tone the drinks and staff set for the rest of the evening. Communicating with Kelsey was smooth and she made sure our needs were met and details were understood. Already seeking out a reason to hire them again!

WOW I did not expect to love our bartenders so much. The process to pick and choose what you want/need to be provided for you big day was so easy and affordable. I loved the option to provide our own alcohol and still hire them as our bartenders and to provide mixers. Aside from the ease of booking, Kelsey is the best! She is so cool and down to earth. She was efficient along with her team of bartenders. Kelsey even helped me take out my bobby pins towards the end of the night! These are the kind of people you want serving up drinks on your big day!!!!

Tom’ Travelers bartending services was the best choice to make for our daughter’s wedding! Their website is very easy to maneuver allowing your own personal choices . We hired the bartender and purchased most of the items needed. The bartender was well prepared when our quest arrived at the historic Alexander Majors barn. He’s skills at mixology were perfect ! He was professional and very friendly! He treated every guest with kindness and remained calm at times there was a small line! His margaritas and Moscow mules were the hit ! I would not hesitate to use this company again . Their communication was perfect, answering any questions I had . And the cost was very reasonable too! Thank you Tom’s Travelers for helping make the wedding wonderful!!

Everyone needs to hire Tom's Travelers for their bartending services!!!! We had them do our wedding and it was PERFECT, beyond perfect honestly!!! Kelsey was amazing to work with! We emailed back and forth for almost a year and I had a specific vision for my drinks and they executed!! The dried fruit she made for our drinks was really just the cherry on top! The bartenders that worked the wedding were all so friendly and all the guests had nothing but great things to say about them! I will hire tom's travelers for any event in the future! :):):)

11/10 experience with Tom's Travelers! We hired them for our bartenders at our wedding and they were nothing short of amazing. The ladies behind the bar were so incredibly sweet. I had multiple people come up to me during and after the reception complimenting the service of the bartenders. There was never a line at the bar because they were so quick and efficient. We chose to provide our own alcohol and ended up running out of a few different options and they handled the adversity beautifully. I absolutely would recommend Tom's Travelers for all of your bartending needs :)

I have worked with the Tom’s Travelers team before at weddings that I have captured and styled shoots I have attended. But having them at our own wedding was a whole new perspective on how amazing they are! Kelsey and Kevin went above and beyond serving drinks to our guests. They refilled the snack cups, replaced the cupcakes, and we got SO many compliments on how good (and strong😉) the drinks were! They are genuine and outgoing. Our guests loved them, so we were happy! I will recommend them to anyone who needs these services on their wedding day!

Toms Travelers was fantastic for our wedding day! The Prosecco truck was my favorite detail, and got the party started! Kelsey was so attentive during the entire planning process, and always put me at ease. So thankful I hired Toms Travelers!

Communication with Kelsey was fantastic! Her bartender that worked our event was awesome and friendly! He kept our soda and water stocked along with taking care of our guests at the bar! They were even super understanding when my over eager brother packed their moveable bar in our stuff and they even came and picked it up from us when they had every right to have us bring it to them!

Tom’s Travelers was the best possible choice we could’ve made to serve at our wedding. Kelsey helped us get organized on correct quantities and supplies before our event. She was super communicative and helpful, making things easy for us. They helped us with a recipe for one of our specialty cocktails, and all of our drinks drew rave reviews from our guests. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you need bartenders and they’re available, this is who you should book!

Very highly recommend this company! We had an issue come up last minute (like 3 days before) with the bartender we had hired for our daughter's wedding. We reached out to Tom's Travelers and they were able to be there! They are VERY reasonably priced and gave us some tips even at that late date on how much alcohol/beer/wine we needed. We weren't yet at the venue when they got there for the event (we were still at the church) and they just jumped right in and got everything set up! They were so professional and nice and everyone had high praise for them! They had a tip jar and also a venmo tip option - very much needed these days! Our middle daughter is getting married in June and we will definitely be using them again!!!

They were very responsive to our questions and needs, and very flexible as we made constant adjustments to quantities and alcohol types up until the last week before the wedding! During the reception they were professional and took care of everything related to drinks so we didn't have to even think about it. The pricing was very reasonable and kept us in budget. Tom's Travelers was one of the best and easiest decisions we had made in regards to our big day! Kelsey and her team were there for us every step of the way, whether it be to answer questions, offer suggestions, or provide support in our planning. As a bride, this was one less thing I had to worry about. Tom's Travelers were a big hit for our guests as well, and super personable and knowledgeable. We had 3 signature cocktails and they were able to handle the wide range of cocktails that our guests asked for through the night. P.S. Ask about their mobile bartending service. TT was so easy to work with. They helped us make the bar menu, signature cocktail recipe, and are very reasonably priced. They also partnered with Brookside Wine & Spirits and gave us a little discount for purchasing our alcohol through them. Not to mention, Brookside Wine & Spirits includes the drop-off and they will buy back unopened bottles.

I simply gave them a guest count and what drinks we wanted, and they created a "shopping list" for me to approve. They then took care of picking up the alcohol through Brookside Wine and Spirits, which made my life so easy. Great service and friendly staff. The bartender knows his stuff and the drinks were perfect. I was a little worried about how the margaritas would turn out but he did a awesome job and everybody loved them!

Great people, great service! Bartenders were awesome and very affordable. Brookside delivered all of our alcohol and bought back what we didn’t use (refunded within 24 hours!!!) What I love most? You get a discount for using both!

We used them for our rehearsal dinner, and they were extremely responsive to emails, and easy to work with. The owner, Kelsey, was our bartender, and she was prompt and friendly. They also have a partnership with Brookside Wine & Spirits, so you have the option to purchase your liquor through them and they will buy back unopened unused items. This worked out great for us, because Brookside delivered it, and Kelsey was nice enough to volunteer to take it back for us! Highly recommend Tom's Traveler's!

AMAZING COMPANY! If you're debating hiring this company for your event you absolutely should! The owner is extremely responsive, organized, and professional. We hired two bartenders for our 220 person, full bar wedding and there wasn't a line the entire night! The entire team was efficient, professional, organized, friends, and the drinks were made to perfection! Can't say enough kind words about this company! They helped make our wedding perfect!

These ladies are great! They answered any of our questions about the best type of alcohol to serve and provided an estimate of how much to buy based on our attendance. We had several guests comment on how great they were! Give them a call or email for your event - you will be very glad you did!

Absolutely recommend for any event, easy to work with and always returned your calls or texts in a timely manner. Very professional, showed up on time and at the end of the night cleaned and packed up everything. I had friends asking for their info to hire them for other events.

Tom's Travelers was GREAT! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They were super easy to work with before the big day. We bought all of our own alcohol and non alcoholic bevs for an open bar for 170 people and tom' s came and picked allll of it up, stored it, and delivered on the big day. It was so great not having to stress about who was going to get that to the venue the day of. All my guests and other vendors raved about how nice the bartenders were and the yummy drinks! 10 times out of 10 would recommend!

They are the BEST bartending service!! We loved Kelsey and the other bartenders. They were very professional, very friendly and gave us the best deal in regards to price. Everyone was telling us all night how good the drinks were. :) We had 2 specialty drinks- rum punch and white wine Sangria and they both were very good. You will not be disappointed in choosing them for your event. :)

Tom's Travelers just bartended a bridal shower/bachelorette party that I hosted. They arrived on time, looked professional, and had great attitudes the whole night. I wanted them to create a specialty drink for my bride-to-be so they mixed up a super yummy cocktail that all the girls are still talking about! They were a huge help with my party! Overall I was very pleased with their services and would definitely recommend them.
