Tammy was also very responsive when we were organizing everything, answered all of our questions (and we had a lot of them…), and was generally great to work with. Both Tim and Tammy were incredibly patient with all of our requests. If you want a hopping party at your wedding, go with Tones.

n ever! Ya’ll, these photos are AMAZING! Our photographers name was John. Not only was John amazing at his job, but he was so kind and personable too, which makes EVERYHTING a lot easier and more comfortable too! John was so professional and knew all the right angles, and lighting. Our photos are beyond incredible! Tim (owner of Tones) was our D.J. This guy ROCKS! He played all the songs we requested, and added a few more songs that worked PERFECTLY with the crowd at our wedding! The best part, watching Tim smile and move to his music, he had our dance floor PACKED from song 1 to the last song; it was incredible! Tim announced all names correctly, started and stopped songs perfectly as requested, and again, kept out guests dancing all night long! Tim was flawless through our ceremony and our reception! Not only is Tones Entertainment incredible, their prices are almost unbelievable! I seriously cannot believe what we were about to pay if we had chosen another company; it’s insane! Tones Entertainment made every part of our wedding and reception perfect, without busting our wallets! Tones is truly a “well oiled machine.” We worked a lot with Tammy who was in charge of communicating our requests to the DJ and Photographer, and she did that perfectly! They are an amazing company! You have my word that Tones Entertainment is the company you need. We will forever be loyal to you and promise to share all of our great experiences with those planning weddings! FIXED IT Jimmy sent me a gorgeous wall hanging for my home, and refunded the money I spent on the video, no I can't get those memories back but it was handled so well and professionally. the rest of their services were amazing.

es can't be beat!!! 2999 for unlimited photography (with an album) a 5 hour DJ (PA and ceremony were extra and not by much) unlimited unedited video (i paid an extra 300 for an edited video and I am so glad I did it was beautiful and well put together) and a 3 hour photo booth. everyone got a cute picture (much better than favors they would throw in a drawer) and props. their DJ kept everyone dancing knew what to play when and really got everyone moving and having fun, they really made my wedding special, thank you so much Jimmy and staff

anywhere, staff is confident. and helpful so blessed to have found Jimmy, god forbid I need another wedding, we would use him all over again

is moment justice) well we tried to use him his computer crashed and where is my daughters professional video,how does a professional for over 30 years not have a backup system and what makes the matter worse is the dumb auto reply i will get after this review is added all the negative ones are the same,what a joke this company is!!

my video. When I called for a refund in December, he refused to give it to me "claiming he was going to fix it". After telling me it was sent out to 4 different vendors, he still never told me what those people said. I don't believe him for one second. I know hard drives can be recovered. He was a jerk on the phone to me and my family and is awful at communication. Although his prices are great and we can't complain about the guys we were lucky enough to have, we will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and we are going to be sure to write a bad review on every page possible to save others from this same misery. Yes, he did give my money back for the video services but that doesn't fix the fact that my wedding day video is GONE because of him and his selfish ways. Figure out how to use computers, have proper backup, or just SHUT DOWN.
