The cigars were a huge hit at our wedding. We had the cigar bar from our venue already so this as a plus. However, the specially labeled cigars for the Fathers and Groomsman were n...
ot given to the correct people. The father of the bride got a groomsman cigar because the father one was given away already. At the end of their service, we were pulled off the dance floor and told that we never paid our final balance. We did in fact pay in full. He claimed that our payment a few weeks prior was just the deposit. However, it was the final payment. We booked them over a year in advance and paid the deposit a year ago and the final payment a few weeks prior as they requested. This was very disappointing and felt really unprofessional. To be pulled off the dance floor and away from guests to make this claim was shocking. It was not until we said we would resend him the email receipts we had that we were finally let go.

t cigars they had and their tastes and what made them unique. They did custom labels for the groom and his party as well as any family members we wanted to add. We received all positive feedback on the equality of the cigars. If you are still having doubts here’s some reassurance- Tony Ended up leaving early because the cigars were so good that they were out of cigars with 2 hours!!!!! The roller also worked his butt off wrapping cigars and never took a break!! These guys were wonderful! Thank you again!!
A huge thank you to Tony Santana Cigar company. I hired Tony Santana for approximately 1.5 hours to be there both for my Viennese Hour and some of the after party. My husband and...
his friends loved the roller, and my father's friends who are avid cigar lovers were very impressed. The roller took the time to speak with my uncle and give him clear instructions on what he was doing, and the personalized labels were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Tony was extremely easy to work with and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you Tony!

ds only complaint was that, because our guests enjoyed the cigars so much, he didn't get any to take home for his collection! Great quality and very easy to work with. We can't wait to receive our personalized humidor!
Everyone loved the Cigars and they were timely and really friendly. Thank you so much for making our wedding a success and the custom labels were a nice touch.
I can't say enough great things about Tony! Days before my wedding was set to take place, our original cigar roller, which we had booked over a year in advance (and already charge...
d us in full) claimed he had no recollection of our booking and would not be attending. In a panic, I decided to call Tony and I am SO glad I did. Not only was he able to accommodate us just days before the wedding, but he put my mind at ease expressing that everything would be taken care of. His package came with more cigars and rolling time as well as personalized cigars for our bridal party... all at a lesser rate than our original cigar roller. He also sends you a beautiful humidor with a wedding photo of your choice as a free gift. Our guests are still raving about him almost a year later! If you're looking for a professional, reliable and personable cigar roller, look no further!

ed. I had booked "The Art of Cigar Making and Tobacco Mixology Performance" as a surprise for my husband and his groomsmen directly through Tony himself. He was prompt, resourceful and accommodating right from the beginning. My husband and his groomsmen couldn't have been more pleased with the care and craftsmanship! And neither could the rest of our guests. We received numerous compliments of high praise. Guests who don't normally enjoy cigars, took them home by the bunches. Our highest recommendation for The Tony Santana Cigar Company! The Tony Santana experience is the perfect addition to any wedding.

her of the bride and groom, and of course the bride and groom each got their own personal cigar (with their name on the label) and they were so excited about that. It's the personal touch like that that really meant a lot to everyone. I'm so happy I booked Tony Santana, if you're looking for a cigar roller at your wedding this is your place!!

the cigar experience. Mr Santana rolls the cigars on premises and they were absolutely amazing. We particularly loved the cigars in the scotch wrapper. For a personal touch, the groomsmen and the Father's get personalized cigars with special rings. Highly recommended and don't hesitate to book him for your special event. Mr Santana personally works with you and your event and is very promt with any questions or concerns. A++++++++ rating. He has a customer for life.

se. The setup was amazing and the gentleman who was rolling cigars was very polite and courteous to my guests. many guests were pleasantly surprised that each cigar was being hand rolled in front of them. the tobacco itself is great quality tobacco which had a nice rich taste to it (at least the kind I had, we did have a few different ones). even better was the fact that they wrapped up cigars at the end of the day and made little care packages for my guests so at the end of the night or at the end of dinner they were able to go out onto the deck of the boat house and enjoy.
This is totally worth it!
Tony and I had been in contact for cigars for our cigar bar since Sept 2014 (March 2015 wedding). He is not the best at getting back to you. Finally my now husband stepped in 2 w...
eeks prior and things were better. He was not that great at replying to us and kept assuring me things would work out but that just didn't settle well with me. If the store was closer we would have just went to pick up the cigars but we got married 3 hours away from our house and it just wasn't feasible. We did get our cigars and they were great. The product is great, service is ok. We went to the store in Toms River to test the cigars in January 2015 (3.5 hours away from our house) and the people working were just laying on the couch not doing anything when we were in the store. It was weird.

he cigars added to exact flavor we wanted for our wedding. With lots of firemen, it was a perfect flare. We can't thank them enough for being there for us. We will have many anniversary cigars and enjoy them with fond memories. We will also recommend this to anyone. Tony now has an easy paypal payment account which made the process even smoother. Thanks again!

they had. To my surprise Tony even had a box of over 20 hand rolled cigars for each of our anniversaries, including cigars for our father's and the best man! Highly recommend using!! Thanks Tony!!!
Tony and the company was extremely professional and the party just loved the cigars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants cigars at their event.

nd Tony Santana was by far the most reasonability priced and the nicest. Everyone LOVED it! The men at my wedding haven’t stopped talking about it. There is even a picture of three guys in front of the roller making “wow faces” like they just struck gold. It is a really nice touch and the guys liked it so much that all of the soon-to-be married guys at my wedding took his card to hire him for their own wedding.
This is a very unique service, people love it and I highly recommend it!
My wedding was May 30th, my (now Husband!) enjoys smoking cigars and as a wedding gift I thought it would be fun to have a live Cigar Roller! I searched around on the internet as I...
hadn't heard of someone doing this that I knew of. From there I found Tony Sontana. He was professional and responsive from the very begining. My husband was so surprised and excited the morning of the wedding when he found out but he wasn't the only one that really enjoyed it. All my guests LOVED the cigar rollers and cigars! Tony were professional, authentic, answered questions, the cigars were great and even the girls loved them!! We had so many adorable pictures of everyone smoking cigars, group shots of the bridesmaids all with cigars....it was really a great touch and something I know all the guests walked away really enjoying. Having worked with so many vendors to plan the wedding (I didn't have a wedding planner) I can't tell you what a blessing it is to work with people that you can count on and even better when they exceed expectations, which Tony did!! I would recommend Tony for your wedding and promise you won't be disappointed!
