Tony Schwartz: Wedding MC & DJ

ole night. He goes above and beyond to help plan the night, giving tips and tricks for absolutely everything, and overall just elevating the entire night :)

day. Working with him allowed us to never worry about the music because we knew we were covered. Day of we were able to be fully present knowing that Tony had our backs and would keep the flow of the day going and be on top of any transitions. He knows how to throw a party, and everyone had so much fun and danced all night. We also used his photo booth service and went with the “Selfie”. People loved it and we are still laughing at many of the photos people took. The photos are incredibly high quality too. We 100% recommend Tony, he’ll make sure your day is amazing and be your rock as well as a killer DJ and an amazing MC.

d worth it for everything he offers. At the reception everything moved along with the perfect pace and smooth transitions. I can't imagine the day going any smoother, a result of Tony's meticulous preparation and ability to read the room. Of course I don't plan on getting married again, but if I ever find myself in need of an MC and DJ in the future I know who I'll call.

r to our wedding day to ensure everything was both personal and exceptionally well organized. He asked thoughtful questions to truly understand us as a couple, our guests, and the kind of experience we wanted to create. On the day of the wedding, Tony's MCing was fantastic! He kept the day flowing smoothly and worked seamlessly with our other vendors to make sure everything stayed on track. We also took advantage of his uplighting services, and it made a huge difference in setting the perfect ambiance for both dinner and our incredible dance party! Since our August 2024 wedding, multiple guests have told us that our dance floor was the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding. Tony played a huge part in making that happen, and we can’t recommend him enough!

Tony is a very detail-oriented person. He is directly responsible for helping us accomplish one of our biggest goals of the wedding, which was to have both sides of guests get to know us better as a couple. This was accomplished through a cocktail hour trivia game, a bride/groom game show type activity during dinner, and many other moments throughout the night where Tony saw fit. Tony's music selection was also top-notch and he seemed to play the perfect tracks all night to keep the dance party going. We can't say enough about Tony's performance for our wedding night and we are happy to give our highest recommendation to anyone considering hiring him for an event.

ated an impressive attention to detail. He asked all the right questions and it was clear he genuinely wanted to truly understand us and our guests, ensuring that the music perfectly matched the vibe we wanted for our special day. Our guests were thrilled with his performance, and our wedding party couldn't stop raving about how awesome he was. Everything on the day of the wedding went flawlessly, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. He really pulled together the entire night and went above an beyond to help orchestrate the perfect event. Tony truly stands out as a stellar vendor, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch DJ.

t combination of music that best matches you and your partner. The process in which he works felt like a collaboration the entire way through. He is very thoughtful in making sure the music is personal to you. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. We also used Tony's photobooth company (The Puget Sounds Photobooth Co.) which was equally as amazing of an experience. Tony helped pass out cake, helped with the timeline, and even with my husbands (unprepared) thank-you speech. He was truly there to help in any way he could and still did an exceptional job with every hat he wore. All of our guests RAVED about the music. Everyone was on the dance floor all night, and every time someone wanted to go grab a drink or ice cream when a song ended, they said the next song was BETTER and they couldn't leave. My dancing photos with guests are some of my favorite of the day, and I am so thankful we hired Tony to help create those memories! If you are looking for a DJ for your wedding- look no further!

g the night away. Not to mention his little touches with adding walk up music to the toasts/speeches and introductions were a great touch. Not only is Tony good at what he does but he is so easy to work with. He helped make our wedding a lot of fun! He really knows what he's doing and we can't recommend him enough.

't hire him to do more (specifically lighting). He put so much thought into our wedding - we had multiple planning meetings in which he went through everything in detail, he attended our venue walk-through and made such an effort to make everything exactly as we wanted. We were nervous to hire a DJ because we have been to so many weddings with bad music - but Tony listened to what we wanted, combed through the massive spotify playlists we sent him, he literally listened to everything on my Husband's spotify before the wedding, AND he learned how to mix house music for us!! It was so epic, the dance floor was packed all night, in fact the tables had to be moved to expand the dance floor and no one wanted to leave when it was over. Best night ever. Thank you Tony, you are excellent.

s and special events throughout the night. He really prompted us to think through those detailed moments with his planning forms and process. I feel confident referring Tony to others, he's always going to show up as his best self on wedding day.

ny other weddings.

n to the follow-up emails after our wedding, he was detailed, organized, communicative, and friendly. He went above and beyond our expectations. We planned our wedding ourselves, and Tony was a huge part of the whole day running smoothly. At our first meeting he took the time to really get to know us as a couple and paid attention to the details of our relationship and our vision for our wedding day. His planning forms are incredibly thorough and helped us with the overall timeline for the ceremony and reception, and on the day of the wedding he executed everything flawlessly. Not to mention the whole time crushing it with the music selections! All of our guests and even our other vendors complimented how great of an MC & DJ Tony was, and how much fun they had. If you’re looking for someone to help make your day spectacular from the ceremony sound, to the speeches, to the music, without a doubt we recommend hiring Tony!

. I did have a panic moment and Tony called me right away to ensure everything will go perfectly and it did. Thank you so much again Tony!!

vening but he also was a part of helping us decide other parts of our reception that were a huge hit like the candy toss. Tony is without a doubt worth every penny and then some.

d space. He knew my venue well and knew how to respond accordingly. Couldn't be happier!

verything was prepared and it all ran smoothly! He listened to our taste and customized and catered to our style. Our dance floor was packed all night long and we rarely stopped dancing! Highly recommend!

! From the first time contacting him all the way until weeks after our wedding the communication Tony had with my husband and I was beyond our expectations. When planning a wedding, especially when you are doing it yourselves with no wedding planner, it can be so overwhelming and stressful. Hiring Tony was one of the BEST decisions we made because he made the process of things go so smooth and really set our minds at ease when it came to not only the music that was going to be played, but how our entire wedding was going to be laid out. To us, Tony was not "just a DJ" we hired...he was SO much more! His attention to detail was impeccable, he listened to how we imagined our ceremony & reception and was able to bounce ideas around that made our vision 10x better, he helped us plan out our timeline for the ceremony & reception making the day go by that much more smooth, and was on top of it with keeping our timeline in check. All while making sure our guests were constantly entertained by the vibe he set with the music. Every one of our guests we have spoken to has complimented how great of a DJ Tony was and how he really did make our wedding that much more wonderful. My husband and I really can't imagine what our wedding would have been if we hadn't hired Tony!

tage that I wanted to show, but we were told that it would be too light out to show on a projector so I thought I had to cut it out. But Tony helped us with the perfect TV/audio set up & time to show the video, which made us so happy (and everyone loved it).

ur friend very quickly in the process. He always responds lightning fast to emails, and he has very professional, clear, thorough touch points during planning. On the big day, he CRUSHED IT! We got so many compliments about how smoothly the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and sparkler exit flowed. Tony has a talent for reading a room to ensure a flawless event. The music was incredible and Tony made sure all the songs were cut together perfectly. You will be hard pressed to find another DJ who is as talented, and cares as much, as Tony Schwartz.

was done via webcam since we weren't able to go back and forth to Washington. Tony was very responsive to everything and not only had plenty of ideas but he has the best ideas. If you pick him you unlock a world of possibilities for your ceremony and reception. Prior to having him I just thought I would pick a few songs, play the wedding quiz game and call it good. I was so wrong. Once I got to see his presentation ideas I knew we were in the best hands. There were multiple parts of our wedding that the guest had never seen before and moved them to tears, laughter and the best party opener after a year of masks and social distancing. He knows the right way to do everything in his lane and he pretty much becomes your day of coordinator, or their huge helper. He helped us with our floor plan and he always kept us informed on what was going to happen next. It felt like the wedding was a production. A Grammy winning production at that. The moment I realized we had made the best decision for our wedding by hiring Tony was as I was getting ready the day of. It was about three hours before the wedding and I was getting my hair done and just mentioned to my wedding party "Oh crap I hope Tony is able to set up and doesn't get lost or anything." My maid of honor said "umm... he's been here for a while and I am pretty sure he is all set up." He adds absolutely 0 stress the day of the wedding! Tony is very professional and his ultimate goal is to be there for you and your partner as well as keeping everyone involved and to have everyone leave at night saying "That DJ is my new best friend." I had so many comments after the weeding saying it was the best wedding they had been to. My Grandma and my friends are still commenting on how great Tony was. I can't say it enough: Pick Tony as your DJ and you will not regret it!

ell beyond just setting the mood for our wedding. He knows how to set up a wedding to ensure success and require the least amount of effort for us on our big day. Given the size of our wedding, Tony helped ensure we would not fall into common and maybe less common pitfalls of other couples so that we as a couple could actually enjoy our wedding day, not stress out about what needed to happen next. He did this both in-person and online, remaining not overbearing but available throughout our planning process. He is fun to work with but also professional, with automated texts, emails, and saving of our progress in the planning guide provided with his services. I strongly recommend Tony for any event. I really hope we can attend a future event he DJs and work with him in the future.

to anyone looking for a wedding MC/DJ! Thank you Tony!

in much more than just music. He was prepared, knowledgeable and accommodating to Kevin and I throughout our planning process. Tony walked Kevin and I though a wedding day timeline that immediately took pressure off of both of us. We felt confident that Tony would carry the entire flow of the wedding and he delivered! We have received so many compliments thanks to Tony! Highly, highly recommend.

of, had great ideas, and listened to what we actually wanted. We wanted our guests to have fun and be out on the dance floor and they were out there all night! Even people in my family who NEVER dance were out there! Perhaps even more importantly, Tony kept things moving along smoothly as the MC. We had a lot of things jam packed into a short night and never had to think about it or worry what the next thing was. I can’t imagine the stress people have of trying to do that themselves. Tony was a lot of fun and really great to work with, and there is not a single thing that I would change. The DJ was one of the most important things to me and I was nervous because I had never actually seen Tony in action before. After looking at his website and meeting him, I could tell he was more professional than other DJs. We had several people at our wedding ask how we found him. Everything turned out perfectly. Best decision ever!

rty in preparation for the big day. We gave Tony a few song requests, but gave him the freedom of DJ's choice for the majority of the music... this was the BEST decision ever! Tony was able to take song requests, read the crowd, and keep the energy of the party high! The dance floor was packed right up until the last song. One of the things we liked best about Tony is that he made everything personal. Even the introduction of our bridal party included special facts, inside jokes, and memories that allowed each member to feel special and important. We cannot thank Tony enough for helping us achieve the wedding of our dreams!

l raved about how amazing our DJ was! From the moment we met Tony, we knew we needed him for our wedding. He is so organized, thorough, and knows how to make your wedding run smooth. It will truly be the best wedding ever for you and your guests because you get so much more than a DJ with Tony. He gives you all the tools to make your wedding run smoothly and ensure everyone has an amazing time! He gives you homework which is extensive but helps you plan the perfect day! He has lots of great ideas that he will share with you and we incorporated many of those ideas into our wedding; our guests loved it! We had an outdoor venue and Tony came with us to tour the venue and decide where the best place would be for him and the dance floor as well as a lot of other details we wouldn’t have even thought of! He had the sound perfect so our guests were able to hear our entire ceremony and he had all our songs timed perfectly. He made us look great! His introductions for our bridal party were so funny and he set the tone for the whole wedding! It really was such a fun, beautiful, and perfect day and we owe it all to Tony! I can’t imagine our wedding without him!

easy and thorough to communicate with. Every email, meeting and text message was done with purpose. He is the most organized people I ever worked with ( and met ). He truly thinks of everything! He listened to our ideas, wants and needs for the ceremony and reception. He let us create what we wanted for our day but added in all of his own personal touches and experiences to make the day flawless. If you are serious about your wedding day then do not waste another second. CONTACT TONY and you will not be disappointed. He was a huge part in making our day epic and perfect.

evening. I have had several friends request his information for their upcoming events! Check out his photo booth company too!!!

re every detail is planned and thought out to make your wedding perfect. He also gives you an immense amount of ideas that are so fun! Book him now! Also, he has so many different services to choose from. We used him for our DJ, we used his video guy, and we used his photobooth company (Puget Sound Photobooth). The video guy did an awesome job and was way more economical than a videography and did just as good of a job!

n’t trust just anyone to create the soundtrack to our big day and execute it the way we knew it had to be done. We had attended my cousins’s wedding the previous year and Tony was their DJ. We both talked about how great the music was, and how well everything was produced for days afterward. We never even considered another DJ when it came time to plan our own wedding! We knew Tony was our guy. I was nervous before our first meeting because I felt like all of our song choices were weird or too hard, we had a lot of rock and roll on our list and I wasn’t sure how we were going to be able to play our favorites, and still appeal to our friends and family. Tony listened to my concerns, we played some songs, he got to know us, and made it all seem easy. We left with peace of mind, and a giant binder full of musical homework. What I can say about the binder is this: It takes time, but if you prioritize it in your planning and have some fun with it, you will cherish it. It essentially becomes the only wedding planning tool you need. Our wedding was incredible, it was everything we wanted and more. Everything went off without a hitch and we got so many compliments about how fun and unique it was, and a lot of that praise is due to the fact that we hired Tony Schwartz. If the groom walks into the ceremony to Iron Man, your guests dance to Queen, then Bruno Mars, Led Zeppelin, obscure Alt Rock, more Black Sabbath, ending the night with some Dixie Chicks, AND at the end your Father-in-Law tells you your wedding was classy, you must have hired a damn professional, you must have hired Tony Schwartz. He did what I assumed impossible. Tony goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. Trust in Tony’s process and you won’t worry about anything on your wedding day that Tony has control over. Thank you Tony, for helping us plan and fulfill our own wildest dreams for our wedding day!

rwhelming at times, but in the end, once you have that final meeting with Tony it is such a sigh of relief because Tony basically helped you plan out your entire wedding day from the ceremony to the exit. My husband and I were so thankful having Tony as our MC & DJ. People are still making comments about the music selection that were played during the reception, and everyone comments that they really had an awesome time at the reception. We were so thankful having Tony help make our day memorable!

takes his career so seriously and put 110% of his time and efforts into making our wedding personal, fun, organized and flawless. Not only is Tony incredible, he has the best group of employees. We opted for his videography service - Matt was awesome and captured every moment so we can relive our whole wedding again and again. The mirror photobooth was a huge hit with our guests and Josh made the experience even better for them. Anyways, back to Tony. By the end of our planning sessions and time for the wedding, Tony became a friend of ours. It's so easy to talk to him and tell him what you want or don't want and he never made us feel like we were asking too much or being indecisive. Every meeting, he and my husband ended up chatting sports and shoes it really felt like we were having a close friend work for us. Not only did we love him but our guests are still raving about him. Usually commenting on how funny he was, how organized he was and of course, his music. We didn't have to worry about a thing through the day of the wedding, we had 100% faith and trust in him that he would take care of everything and he exceeded our expectations in every way. Bottom line - if you want your wedding to be a blast, to go off without a hitch and have your guests talk about it for years to come, BOOK TONY.

huge wedding.... so we comprised and had a huge wedding ;) When we started planning I told my fiance the top 3 things I cared about was good food, good drinks and an awesome DJ. My biggest fear was someone with a mic who didnt know what they were doing and didn't understand a good flow for music. During my search for a DJ Tony popped up on my Facebook so I checked him out. I was impressed with his website and how promptly he got back to me! We met I believe a week or 2 after I spoke to him. From the beginning of our meeting I knew Tony was a perfect match for our big day. He talked to us like we were friends, not like we were a payday... if that makes sense. When our meeting was over my fiance and I got in our car and immediately agreed this was our guy! He gives you this binder... now this binder is AWESOME. It has your typical question for song selections but literally theres so much more to it. It's full of ideas I would've never came up with on my own! My decor and such were typical things you'd see in Pinterest but alot of the stuff we got the most compliments on were allll Tony! Ok, wedding day! Obviously I was a little nervous and stressed but Tony came and checked on me and my husband (separately) and it made me feel like things were under control. He also complimented me on my dope nails :) the ceremony was flawlessly. The right songs at the right time and the perfect volume. After the ceremony Tony made sure my husband and I had time alone for about 5 or 10 minutes as we would be bombarded the rest of the evening. He went over some reception stuff with us and let us be. We had alot of older guests at our wedding so the party did clear our kind of early but our wedding party and friends stayed for dancing and man did we dance!! He was awesome at reading the crowd, it was like we went into our guests heads and new what to play next! We danced as long as our venue let us! Even with a smaller crowd Tony still treated us like we had a huge dance party going on. It was awesome! If you have any hesitation please ignore it and hire Tony!!

s. He gave us a (massive) binder filled with everything he needed to make our day a success. He asked what type of music we like, what we envisioned the feeling of the wedding would be, who was in our wedding party, why we chose them and what the wedding meant for us as a couple. Everything Tony asks are relevant questions that he feels he needs to be successful and he has thought of things we never would have. The binder contains song suggestions, but he is more than willing to come up with something more unique and encourages anything you want. We asked to walk back down the aisle after the ceremony to Grease’s You’re the One that I Want and even though he knew the whole song wouldn’t work he made a special track that was so fun! He made sure we, as a couple, picked every piece of music from before the ceremony to the different songs walking down the aisle to our big exit! He even worked with us to write little intros for all the Bridesmaids and Groomsmen and did an awesome little welcome when we arrived back after the ceremony. They each got their own moment and the guests got to know about them. We had people tell us after how cool and fun it was to watch our wedding party and learn about everyone. During the dancing part of the evening he picked fun, classic songs that had everyone on the dance floor. Our entire wedding day went quite quickly and photos took a lot of time so Tony had to fill in a bit and speed up other parts, but overall he made our wedding perfect. Tony is a professional who takes pride in his work and places so much value in making our wedding exactly what we want. He knows exactly what should be happening every minute of the day and makes it special both for the people attending the wedding and for us!

eeds, to all the suggestions he gives you to make your Wedding perfect, he does it all. One of his suggestions was a voiceover on my walk down the aisle with my parents, the voiceover was me thanking them for everything they've done for me! There was not a single dry eye in the house and no one at our wedding will forget that! It was truly touching! Brides/Grooms if there is one thing I can say to you it's hire Tony! He is above and beyond any DJ I have ever worked with. As an example we had a change in our day of timing plan (in the middle of our reception!) and within 2 minutes Tony changed the schedule around, got our group seated and made it happen!! We were in a venue with very tall ceilings and crazy acoustics, Tony was able to work his speakers so all could hear our ceremony, toasts, and music clearly which is not easy. He was our master of ceremony as well. He stayed on top of everything. I never had to worry the entire reception. We had more of our guests comments that he was the best DJ they had heard too! It was the best choice for us!! From everything including follow-up meetings, email reminders and accepting of our day of text messages, Tony was perfect. Thank you Tony for making our day exactly how I had imagined!!

ved that Tony is so purposeful with his meetings and process. After our initial meeting, he put us to work on our "binder," which played a huge role in making our night a success. We were able to share our likes and dislikes, and his organized approach helped us walk through the flow of the evening while we planned. His communication is also fantastic. His responses are timely and he is totally flexible. We changed a few minor details a couple days before our wedding and he graciously rolled with it. When it came to the actual wedding, WOW. Tony ROCKED it. From working with our ceremony guitarist to ensuring that we were all in the right place at the right time and ready for the next step in the night, he was organized, prepared, quick, and positive. I've also never heard so many people talk about how much they loved the DJ. His playlist was exactly what we had in mind - you could tell he put so much thought and effort into our big day. Our friends and family didn't want the night to end! We can't recommend Tony enough! Thank you again for making our night so special, Tony!

cess walks you through every step of the wedding ceremony and reception. Together, we created an event our friends and family will be talking about for years to come. Do yourself a favor, book Tony Schwartz. He is worth every penny.

e evening. In addition, we hired Matt from Tony's team to shoot our wedding video. We wanted a video of all of the wedding highlights as more the raw footage (cut to remove fluff) without paying thousands of dollars for artistic editing. We couldn't be more happy with the final product. Matt captured all of the important parts of our wedding - the ceremony, the toasts, the dances, the cake, the dancing, and so on. It was so wonderful to be able to re-live our day and we will treasure our video forever. We cannot recommend Tony Schwartz and his team enough to make your wedding awesome!

nly clients he had. He helped everything go so smoothly and he was much more than a dj. His resume should also say wedding coordinator! He even helped my husband write a speech and made him look like a total stud! ;) Tony was extremely professional and we hadn't a care in the world knowing he was there! Thank you Tony!!

ambiance fun, classy and got the entire audience involved just by playing the right music, only speaking when he had to, and playing the right playlist. People have been asking me for his playlist and have told me they haven't danced that much at a wedding in their lives. Thank you so much, Tony!!

flow together seamlessly. Needless to say, we left that wedding with a much better idea of what we wanted in a DJ/MC and we made sure to get Tony's card. Fast forward to the last few months before our wedding... Tony was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. He was detailed, organized, tactful with feedback, ready to give suggestions, etc. When we met with him to go over the script, the conversation felt more like we were three friend's planning an event together rather than a strictly-business meeting. There were a lot of laughs, but we were able to talk through the majority of script points within the scheduled time. The events and music turned out exactly as we envisioned and planned they would and that is thanks to Tony for all of the above reasons, plus his flexibility the day of. Thank you again, Tony!! If you're looking for a vendor who is easy to work with, but is also an expert on all things weddings, reach out to Tony now!

day along as well as playing the best music for our event! My #1 request was that we wanted our guests dancing the whole reception and he nailed it!!! Thank you Tony!
