We must have spent 6 hours picking out the stones as we didn't want the typical diamond ring...then the design and which metal. We chose Platnum with a Pink Ruby center saffron sapphires and pink ponies and diamonds for the side stone I am thrilled that no one will ever have the same engagement ring s I do. Tony took the time to sit down with my fiance (MANY times) to help him design the perfect ring (which Tony HANDMADE FROM SCRATCH) and explain everything there is to know about diamond clarity. My ring is better than what I imagined. Tony did an exceptional job. My fiance and I have started looking for wedding bands there as well. Tony is a kind man who would give you the shirt off his back. He treats every single one of his customers as if they are family. I wouldn't trust anyone else making my engagement ring, my wedding band or any other jewelry I need in the future for that matter.

ghly. However the design does not match the ring. Tony refused to fix it and threw me and my mother out of the shop. Don't go here at all. Wasted a bunch of money and was belittled as a customer. We submitted this to Better Business Bureau: I ordered a custom wedding band for my husband in April of 2015. Tony, the owner, drew a sketch showing the ring and the drawings around the ring so if one turns the paper they see how it looks around the ring. As if one turned the actual ring. I picked up the ring in May and thought it was okay. Before my wedding I noticed the symbols were wrong. My mother called the day after the wedding to let Tony's Jewelers know and spoke to Samantha his wife and they said to bring it in and they will fix it and there will be no problem. We came into the shop and Samantha took the ring and said no problem we will fix it. Tony called me later that day and said his work was perfect and he doesn't make mistakes. I asked if he would look at his original drawing which is on the receipt, which he needs for accounting purposes. He was very confrontational on the phone with me and he said he did not have the receipt and he doesn't keep drawings. I asked to please look. My mother called soon after and she had to reinforce the issue that he must have the receipt for accounting reasons and he said he doesn't have it. A week later we were notified and his wife said they found it and they need to show us it. Today, October 16th at 1:50pm my mother and I went into the shop to look at the drawing/receipt and the ring with Tony. He showed us the receipt quickly and said we were wrong. I again reviewed with him that he drew it that if you turn the drawing of the ring then that's how the symbols should have been engraved Which he said that's how designed it. He never conveyed that to his engraver therefore he engraved an aerial view therefore making the designs inaccurate. I attempted multiple times to explain this and he continued to move the receipt and drawings away from my mother and me when we were proving that he did inform his engraver of the specs that he drew that had to be turned and rotated. He got very heated and threw us out of the store and said I cannot work with you please leave. *he also told me when I made the first payment that he does the engraving work. If I knew he was going to sub contract the ring out I would have not used him.
