Bill did a great job with our friends and family. We had a number of older people and younger people and he was able to play music that made both groups happy. He also did a great job of coordinating the announcements and keeping everything moving. Our friends had an amazing time and we were very happy with how it all worked perfectly.

Bill knows how to cater to a diverse crowd, the dance floor was going all night! We wanted a variety of music including Latin, Hip Hop and pop as well as classics from the 70s and 80s and he was able to get everything in. He did a great job MCing as well and helped to keep the timeline flow going perfectly. We had lots of requests from family and friends in the weeks following the wedding as to who the DJ was. He’s also very organized during the planning stages, we are based in another city and could easily do our meetings over Skype and keep updated via email and phone. It made planning a wedding from afar stress free and we trusted that he was going to do an amazing job on the night, highly recommend Bill and Top Choice Events.

Bill was the key to our perfect Wedding, couldn’t have asked for more out of what he had done for entire night. The ceremony went perfect all the way until the last song. Bill did an amazing job DJing our wedding. As a young couple, my husband and I wanted to throw a killer party reception to celebrate our marriage and Bill did not disappoint!! He kept people dancing all night and managed the flow of everything perfectly. He was very communicative before the event, having us fill out a detailed worksheet of what specific songs/type of music we wanted to play. His equipment was truly top notch and included up-lighting and an outdoor set up (which worked perfectly for us, as our ceremony was right outside of our reception venue). I would 100% recommend Bill if you're looking for an upbeat atmosphere to your special night.

Bill was the DJ and MC at our wedding. He read the crowd perfectly and knew exactly what we wanted and kept our guests dancing all night. He played all our requests and helped keep the night running smoothly. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him!

Bill promised us that he would "smash" our event and he was absolutely right! He was organized, communicative, and easy to plan with in the weeks leading up to the big day and he did an amazing job on the day itself. Our dance floor was overflowing the entire night after he got the party started and everyone had a spectacular time. Our guests have not stopped raving about how good the DJ was. He even fixed a minor power issue right before introductions and he did it so quickly that no one even noticed! We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Bill was seriously the one of the best choices we made for our wedding! He was very proactive before the wedding trying to figure out what we wanted the feel of the music to be. We told him if people are on the dance floor, don’t stop the party and that is exactly what he did. I’ve had so many guests tell me how much they loved our dj because they have never been to a wedding where hardly anyone was sitting the entire night. We did not want an MC (read, cheesy, overly talkative and forces guest participation wedding disc jockey). We wanted a DJ who could keep our wedding party going. Bill did just that! He played all our requests and his style of blending and actively mixing songs together is unparalleled. He knows how to read a room and kick up the energy. Fast to respond, fair in pricing and clearly works for his clients, catering to their goals for the evening and works to exceed expectations.

We hired Bill as our DJ for our summer (6/24/17) wedding. He did a fantastic job! Our guests raved about the music and were on the dance floor the entire night. He was also very personable and a pleasure to work with!

What's in a name? In this case, everything! Bill was fantastic! He is a true professional. He played everything exactly as we wanted. He looped our entrance song so that it sounded even better then just regularly playing it. He was accommodating on the fly, when I decided I wanted to do a quick shout out he made that fit in seamlessly. Most importantly he kept our party rocking the entire night. There was no point that the dance floor emptied. My guests young and old were dancing the entire time. He faded songs in and out flawlessly so that there was never an awkward moment. Everyone has been telling me they had the best time and never wanted to leave the dance floor. He even threw in one more encore song at the end! He did our ceremony music too, beautifully. We are absolutely thrilled with how awesome Bill was, he made our wedding the best ever!!!! I highly, highly recommend him.

We got married on 6/4/17, and Bill did an AMAZING job! Our guests were up dancing the entire time! He even got people who say they "never dance" up on the dance floor. He played the perfect mix of older stuff, reggae and reggaeton (which I had asked for), and Top 40. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had, and the music (and obviously therefore, Bill) was a huge part of that. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about the amazing job he did; it was worth every penny!

I can't say enough good things about Bill and Top Choice Events. We used him for our wedding for DJ, and uplighting. We wanted our wedding to be fun, and Bill made that happen above and beyond! He got everyone involved and pumped up from the very start of the reception and kept the dance floor packed ALL NIGHT! We are still hearing from our friends and family about how much fun they had, how great the place looked, how much energy there was, the list goes on and on. I placed a lot of importance on the DJ because they are the party, and I PROMISE you, you will not be disappointed with Top Choice Events! From the very start Bill was amazing with emails, and made the whole planning process a breeze. I am SO happy we chose him to be a part of our wedding and wish we could do it all over again.

Bill is nice, warm-hearted, friendly, professional, and amazing!!! He saved my wedding on this Oct in new haven. Because just a few days before my wedding, the DJ I booked was totally disappeared (turned out he is a fraud). At that time I stressed out. But, the luckiest thing happened!!! I found Bill at the last minute, he was so professional and helpful. Even though we were short of time, he planned every perfectly. My wedding was a great success. Bill was professional from the start. He met with us early on to get to know us and get a feel for what are needs were and he made it happen. Music selection was great, the flow was perfect and it was a good balance of entertainment. He wasn't cheesy and he got in all of our song requests. Thank you, thank you, thank you! After being referred Bill's name by a friend, we decided to call and check pricing as we were on a bit of a budget. He is certainly true to his listing...affordable! Being that that was our top priority, it was so refreshing to work with Bill and find out that, bot only is he affordable, but he was easy to work with, had a great selection of music, was on time, had a great set up, and really took the time to find all the music we wanted for our reception! After some hickups with our other vendors, Bill really shined, and our night turned out great! The dance floor stayed busy, everyone was happy, and he was such a pleasure to have! By far the smartest decision i made was hiring Bill. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and a true professional. He did an amazing job of getting people dancing! Everybody loved the music and he kept people up and moving the entire night. Bill really worked well with my singer and did such a great job blending my cultural music and american music all in one party. You will not regret hiring him. Thank you Bill!

My now husband and I met with a few DJs, and immediately after walking out of our first meeting with Bill, we new he was the best DJ for us. Bill went above and beyond any expectation I ever would have had for a DJ. He was quick to respond to any email/calls with my questions. His price was reasonable and very average for the industry. He was very helpful in helping to pick song lists for the wedding as well. The day of... He did an amazing job making sure my order of events went as planned, it was so nice not to have to worry about the time or when to do the next thing because he was on top of it. He also was able to get my family and friends up and dancing. We purchased the Diamond package and were so glad we did because the whole setup looked great and added the perfect amount of pizazz to the room. Amazing DJ! highly recommended.

Bill is very easy to work with, quick responses to questions/concerns. I had a short notice by wedding planning standards and he made it work. He really gets people up and dancing and I had some older people that needed some encouragement. While we had music preferences, he was very good at helping with song genre and choices pointing out what works and what doesn't. I would highly recommend Bill!

My fiance gave me one task, find a good DJ. No pressure at all right? Fortunately I had a few friends who knew about Bill and told me, hire him and you will not have anything to worry about. I was still worried because when your bride to be gives you one job with respect to planning our wedding, you don't want to mess it up right? Read on to find out how Bill saved my marriage. Bill brings professionalism to another level. We had an in person meeting and a few phone conversations before our big day. He allowed me to give him a playlist and the do not play list. One thing I didn't expect and what was so great about Bill was the one on one experience he gave me while planning. We walked through the reception in 15-30 minute increments, of course allowing for flexibility when needed. I am an over planner and Bill helped me fine tune the night and REALLY helped me realize what was important, and how we should allow the events to progress through the night. It made a HUGE difference, and we were very grateful. Bride/Groom dance, Father/Bride Dance, Cake Cutting etc. Our night ran flawlessly and prior to the epic party he pulled off, we had everybody's attention from his stellar performance for our Grand March, all the way through to the Wedding Party song that kicks off the party. Now I will finally touch upon Bill's performance. Our Grand March is still talked about to this day. The party he threw off was amazing. I was nervous that Bill might not be able to get the older crowd at our wedding to dance, but this fear was quelled within moments of the party starting. He played oldies, current Top 40 and some good slow songs. EVERYONE WAS DANCING! Grandma, Grandpa, the kids... Everyone still talks about what a great party it was and how busy the dance floor was. Our dance floor was never empty. I could probably go on and on what a great job he did, and I am probably forgetting more awesome little details he pulled off throughout the night, but needless to say it was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Hire Bill to DJ your wedding, and let him know exactly what you want and he will accommodate you in every way possible. You probably realize my tongue was planted firmly in cheek when I said Bill saved my marriage, but his service, performance and professionalism definitely made my wife proud and I can't tell you how great that makes me feel. I initially met Bill when he was DJing at Foxwoods Casino months before getting engaged and said to myself " this is the kind of DJ I want at my wedding! Little did I know a short time later my now husband would propose to me and I would be seeking his services. Bill was the best vendor to work with before the wedding. He always answered emails/telephone calls and was always early to our meetings. He was very helpful in picking out our wedding music and was well organized. He was also the best vendor to work with during the wedding. He showed up early for set up and had all our last minute changes ready. He kept the dance floor full all night and made our wedding fun and memorable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality wedding DJ.
