I rented linens through Top Choice for my wedding. The process to reserve and rent them was fairly smooth. They even let you update the quantity later on if needed. We picked up the linens in store, and the return was easy as well. My wedding was out of town on a Friday, and since they are closed Sunday's, they let us keep the linens until Monday. This was super helpful for our travel plans. One thing I wanted to note is that I was told these linens would come without creases or wrinkles, but they definitely all came with creases and fold lines. After the wedding, Top Choice was very understanding and willing to work with me on a solution. Wanted to note that despite the misunderstanding, the customer service was very kind.

Can't tell you how truly accommodating Brad and the rest of Top Choice was. I probably changed my reservations 15 times because of missing RSVPs, different set ups, so on. Every time it was easy. It made it even easier that they were able to talk directly to my caterer to make sure we had all the necessary rentals for them. I sincerely don't mind cutting out the middle man (me!) if they can! Love them!

Brad was amazing from start to finish. He walked me through all the options for our wedding at the Bristol Renaissance Faire. Any time I had questions he was actually calling ME with an update. The setup they did was perfect and very accommodating. They had everything we needed; the tents, chairs, tables, decorations, arch for the wedding and even place settings. A one stop party planning service. If I EVER need any kind of party rentals in Wi, these are the ONLY people I'll be calling.

Top Choice was really wonderful and helpful during the whole wedding planning process. We were married outside at my grandparent's farm, which required a lot of rentals to make that all happen! Brad and the entire staff there were really wonderful in helping us plan what we needed and getting exactly what I wanted for rentals. They had the perfect color linens, great lighting, even a mobile generator capable of powering everything. They were also very responsive to all of our many questions. I'd suggest you book as early as possible, as the price goes up if they have to find the items you need from another vendor. We got a great deal overall, but we had our package reserved 9 months before the event.
