From the beginning it was clear that Top Class has lots of experience in helping plan a wedding day. Lauren and John were very helpful in coordinating to timing of church, photos, and reception. They worked with us, showed us how they could fit all of our transportation needs and where we could save money. We used their Rolls Royce, trolley, and party bus. We highly recommend Top Class to anyone organizing transportation for their big day.

We booked the white trolley for our wedding and it was amazing! The trolley is ADORABLE and added such personality to our wedding day. Lauren (customer service rep) was so helpful throughout the whole booking process and was very responsive to additional questions I had. Because we got photos at the U.S. Military Academy, Lauren helped me get our driver's information within 24 hours after I was told I needed to submit it to the visitor center for base clearance. Jay (our driver) was so sweet and professional the entire day. He showed up to our hotel a few minutes early and texted me to let me know. He drove so smoothly, and helped all of us on and off the bus, and made sure everyone was comfortable with the temperature. I cannot recommend Top Class highly enough!

This is one extremely happy Bride and Groom. Working with Lauren took the anexity and stress out of working with a vendor. She answered right away and keeps open commication and helps you schedule early on in the wedding planning process how things should be timed with them and other vendors so bride and groom have time for serveral destinantion stops if needed. For example my wedding consisted of going from salon, to church, to park for bridal photo, to finally the venue. I traveled from Mount Vernon, to Yonkers, to Dobbsferry, to Yonkers. With Lauren's help from Top Class Limo, I coordinated the transportation plan, which help me plan out details with other vendors. We had the absolute best experience with Top Class Limo for transportation on our wedding day. We booked the Rolls Royce and a trolley for our wedding party. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING) Top Class Limo provided transportation starting at 6:30 in the morning in a luxury van from the hotel (bride and attendants to Salon) and back to the venue by noon, making several stops in between (40 mile round trip). Their bridal limo and party bus got everyone to the Church on Time and back to the venue (another 40 mile round trip) Their Trolley got the hotel guests to the reception and made multiple trips back to the hotel at the close of the evening. The driver made sure no one was left behind. Each driver was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The company easily accommodated changes, even at the last minute.

Perfect! Made an appointment with Lauren to look at her inventory for our wedding day and to choose our limo and trolley. She was very clear in what was included and answered all of our questions. Payment was clear and easy to make. On the day of the wedding both the trolley driven by Richard and the limo driven by Alex was on time. Everyone on the trolley said they had such a great time. I was in the car with Alex for the ride to and from the church. Unfortunately my brother who was walking me down the isle mistakenly got on the trolley instead of coming in the limo with me so it was just me and Alex on the way to the church. He made me feel very comfortable with small talk in the limo and screamed out to my uncle in front of the church so someone could help me get out of the limo. We hired Top Class for our wedding and used their stretch limos and vintage Rolls Royce. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. Anthony, our drive in the Rolls Royce was great! It was raining that day so the whole team helped out with umbrellas and made sure we stayed dry! From the very beginning working with Lauren was an absolute pleasure. She is knowledgeable and professional. She handled our requests quickly and thoroughly. Lauren was particularly flexible with the many changes we had to make due to Covid related issues. Before our wedding day she confirmed all services and provided the names and phone numbers of all drivers. Tony, the driver of our car, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived early for our pick up and worked cooperatively with us to navigate our route to Church. On our way to our venue, Tony pulled over for the perfect photo opportunity. He even took many pictures and sent them directly to my phone! They were my first view of our wedding day through someone else's eyes and I will be forever grateful for these photos. There was one minor delay with the transportation on our wedding day, but because of Lauren & John's quick response everything worked out perfectly. If I learned anything on our wedding day, it's that with so many moving parts and so many different people involved in the process there is bound to be a bump or two in the road. Some things are completely and totally out of anyone's control (i.e. traffic). What makes the difference in the day is how it is handled. Professional customer service always trumps any minor inconveniences in my book. Top Class Limo provided just that. I cannot say enough about how wonderful TCL is. They not only have the best and cleanest vehicles but the staff is absolutely wonderful. Lauren was always attentive and responsive. When we had to move our wedding due to COVID, she worked with us back and forth to try and accommodate all of our vendors timelines and find the best day that would fit everyone. This was not easy, and as I didn't use a wedding planner, Lauren was extra helpful with all that had to be done. On our wedding day I wasn't sure who would open the doors of the church for my father and I after the bridal party walked down. Our driver, Tony, was amazing and he smiled and said, "Don't worry I will take care of everything" and he did! From helping the bridal party to line up, to even fixing my dress and veil as I walked down, Tony became part of my ceremony in the best way. He took the stress away. The day would not have been the same without him there and I don't think that can be said for every limousine company. I love this limo company. Our drivers were not only punctual and professional, but SO nice and genuinely excited for us. When we were approaching going over our time limit, they didn’t rush us and we were still greeted back to the bus with big smiles. We rented the white vintage trolley from Top Class Limo and had a wonderful experience. They were very responsive to my mother as she booked it, and very thorough on the day of. We chose Top Class because we had our hearts set on a Rolls Royce, but not the typical white one - we wanted the black and silver Rolls, and a trolley! Top Class had both! Lauren was great about setting everything up and even taking our many changes in stride. Unfortunately, we had to downscale and did not utilize the trolley, but the Rolls was perfect! The day of the wedding, everything went smoothly. Jace was early to pick me up and waited patiently while I had pictures taken. When we went to Tibbetts Brook Park for pictures after the ceremony, he carried my train and veil to keep them from dragging through the park. He caught a candid video of our champagne toast that he sent us right away. He even took us on an unscheduled stop before going to our reception with no hassle! Choosing Top Class was one of the best decisions we made!

We had a great experience with Top Class Limousine for our wedding! We had a Rolls Royce and the 30 person trolley. The transportation offered by the company was unique and different than anything else we had seen. We were able to tour each of the vehicles we wanted. We highly recommend the Rolls Royce! We hired Top Class Limousine for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with them! Lauren from Top Class was great to work with. She was very good at organizing the logistics of two limos and the timing of going to a park for pictures and returning, etc. The limo drivers were professional, arrived on time, and were very accommodating. The only issue we had was the A/C in the Denali SUV Limo... we got married on a 96 degree day and the A/C wasn't quite enough for everyone, but this wasn't Top Class' fault. The bigger limos typically don't have enough A/C power on hot days. We had brought a cooler and accidentally left it in one of the limos, and when I reached out to Lauren she told me she found it and let us come pick it up. I would definitely recommend Top Class for anyone's wedding day or big event!!

Our driver was on time and very nice - even held our umbrellas for the girls and walked us to/from Limo as it was raining and helped me in and out of the car with my dress! They were able to work out two trips in the time slot we had to bring the girls and then the guys and everyone was on time. We definitely recommend them!

We used Top Class for our wedding May 25, 2018 and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Lauren was GREAT to work with - really on top of things, worked with me when we had last minute changes to pickup locations. Drivers were great - arrived on time and even early to the locations. They were in constant communication with each other all day which came in handy when we decided to scrap a second photo location and go directly from the church to the reception.

We rented the white stretch Escalade for our wedding and could not have been happier. Top Class was very easy to work with and had competitive prices. Our driver was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we made each stop on time. He also ensured I did not dirty my dress when getting in and out of the vehicle. The Escalade itself was in great condition and comfortably fit 14 adults. Highly recommend Top Class Limousine.

Top class was awesome! They provided two separate vehicles, at two separate times, for both our wedding party and hotel guests. Our wedding party needed to get to Grand Central before the ceremony for pictures and everything happened in a timely manner. Our hotel guests (about 30) needed transportation back to the hotel following the reception and they traveled in style. Highly recommended. Lauren was awesome, everyone was punctual, professional and kind.

We used Top Class for our wedding this past July and they were fantastic to work with! We had the phantom for us and a party bus for our bridal party and both were great as well as the drivers! Our driver might as well have been my wedding coordinator he was so helpful! He even helped me fix my dress before I walked down the isle! Highly recommend!

I rented the white trolley for my July 2017 wedding in Poughkeepsie. Tony was our driver and was absolutely wonderful. He arrived on time, was super friendly, offered water bottles, and even helped me with my train before I walked down the aisle. The air conditioning didn't work very well, but we had a short drive from the church to the venue so we didn't mind. The trolley was very clean, decorated, and looked adorable in photos. Thank you Top Class!

Going with Top Class for our bridal party limo was a great choice. Lauren was very responsive and helpful throughout our booking and planning process. Our driver Lyndon had several stops to make (hotel, church, park for pictures, venue) and he was prompt, reliable and attentive every step of the way. He made sure my dress never got wet as it was raining before the ceremony and he made sure my dress’s train was fixed before walking down the aisle. They had our limo stocked with water and a couple bottles of champagne for us, and Lauren let us bring by snacks and beer a couple days beforehand that she kept in the fridge for us until the day of. We went with a 12 passenger stretch SUV and there was plenty of space for the 10 of us, even with the wedding dress taking up some extra space. We had a great time with our bridal party on the way to the venue and we have Top Class to thank!

Top Class was the best! Lauren was very organized and always responsive to any of my questions. Our driver the day of the wedding (Fati) was amazing and had anything I needed in our car that I needed. Also, he helped carry my dress throughout Glen Island where we took pictures (something our one of our Photographer's assistants should have done). He was such a pleasure and really helped coordinate anything I needed from other members of the party or photographers. We loved our Rolls Royce with the red interior and it looked great in pictures! Thank for the outstanding service!

Top Class limo was on-time, accommodating, and had reasonable pricing. We used the party bus - it was clean, had AC, and fit all 20 of us comfortably. I would suggest!
