Top Class was amazing to work with during my wedding planning process & on the actual day of the wedding! We booked a party bus for the bridal party (which was so spacious & even had a bathroom on it!) as well as the Rolls Royce which really elevated our photos to the next level. We booked the white trolley for our wedding and it was amazing! The trolley is ADORABLE and added such personality to our wedding day. It was big enough for our bridal party and family to travel together which was great. The driver was professional, punctual, and helpful. Such a unique addition to our wedding day! Service and planning ahead of time was solid. The transportation is a bit expensive.

Lauren (customer service rep) was so helpful throughout the whole booking process and was very responsive to additional questions I had. Because we got photos at the U.S. Military Academy, Lauren helped me get our driver's information within 24 hours after I was told I needed to submit it to the visitor center for base clearance. Jay (our driver) was so sweet and professional the entire day. He showed up to our hotel a few minutes early and texted me to let me know. He drove so smoothly, and helped all of us on and off the bus, and made sure everyone was comfortable with the temperature. I cannot recommend Top Class highly enough!

We got married on 9/23/23. We had nothing but the best experience with Top Class from start to finish. Booking the transportation was seamless. We didn’t even have to get quotes anywhere else. This is one extremely happy Bride and Groom. Working with Lauren took the anexity and stress out of working with a vendor. She answered right away and keeps open commication and helps you schedule early on in the wedding planning process how things should be timed with them and other vendors so bride and groom have time for serveral destinantion stops if needed. For example my wedding consisted of going from salon, to church, to park for bridal photo, to finally the venue. I traveled from Mount Vernon, to Yonkers, to Dobbsferry, to Yonkers. With Lauren's help from Top Class Limo, I coordinated the transportation plan, which help me plan out details with other vendors. Top class limo has professional, friendly, time and emotionally invested people who feel comfortable like family, but do not stress you with the disoraganization of working with a relative or friend vendor! Highly recommeded. I would give more stars because they are also on time, and afforable!!!! A must have vendor for every event and any one, but especially for the anxious detail oriented bride!!

MEMORIES ARE MADE OF THIS! As I work nearby, I hired the Princess Rolls Royce from Top Class Limousine as a surprise for my granddaughter's wedding. From my initial contact with Lauren, to the final farewell to Julio, the chauffeur, the experience was truly 5 Star. Despite the relentless July heat, everything was perfect ~ from the contact availability to the leisurely time schedule to the condition of the vehicle and the level of cooperation! I could not have been more pleased.

Top Class was the perfect choice for my wedding last month. Bridal party was taken to our first look location, the venue, and return trip home very conveniently. Inside the limo was spacious and comfortable for our group. We had access to the aux to play our own playlist which made it even more fun. Price was very competitive! Would definitely recommend.

We booked the green Mardi Gras trolley to transport the bridal party & all of our guests, and it was such a fun and unique touch to the wedding!! Bonus: the trolley was heated so we were able to stay warm in the morning AND it has bluetooth so we were able to jam out to some fun tunes to celebrate! Highly recommend!

We had the absolute best experience with Top Class Limo for transportation on our wedding day. We booked the Rolls Royce and a trolley for our wedding party. Ahead of the wedding, we worked with Lauren who answered all of our questions quickly and made the booking process so easy. The week of our wedding, she checked in to make sure all of the addresses and times were accurate, which made us so confident going into our wedding weekend that they had everything covered. Our drivers were incredible - on time, organized and helped out wherever they could. They went above and beyond, even waiting with my Dad and I just before I walked down the aisle and helped to open the church doors for us--WOW! I was so impressed. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING) Top Class Limo provided transportation starting at 6:30 in the morning in a luxury van from the hotel (bride and attendants to Salon) and back to the venue by noon, making several stops in between (40 mile round trip). Their bridal limo and party bus got everyone to the Church on Time and back to the venue (another 40 mile round trip) Their Trolley got the hotel guests to the reception and made multiple trips back to the hotel at the close of the evening. The driver made sure no one was left behind. Each driver was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The company easily accommodated changes, even at the last minute.

Perfect! Made an appointment with Lauren to look at her inventory for our wedding day and to choose our limo and trolley. She was very clear in what was included and answered all of our questions. Payment was clear and easy to make. On the day of the wedding both the trolley driven by Richard and the limo driven by Alex was on time. Everyone on the trolley said they had such a great time. I was in the car with Alex for the ride to and from the church. Unfortunately my brother who was walking me down the isle mistakenly got on the trolley instead of coming in the limo with me so it was just me and Alex on the way to the church. He made me feel very comfortable with small talk in the limo and screamed out to my uncle in front of the church so someone could help me get out of the limo. He was so great during a pretty anxious car ride. Thank you to all the drivers and Lauren for helping make the day perfect!

We LOVED the trolley for our wedding! When we were postponed in 2020 due to Covid, Lauren at Top Class was very helpful and accommodated our request to reschedule to 2021. Great communication, clean trolley and jolly driver. A huge win all around!

We hired Top Class for our wedding and used their stretch limos and vintage Rolls Royce. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. Anthony, our drive in the Rolls Royce was great! It was raining that day so the whole team helped out with umbrellas and made sure we stayed dry! They also helped out in our church ceremony by helping with the runner, doors, etc. Lauren was also great with the booking process and any questions we had leading up to the day. From the very beginning working with Lauren was an absolute pleasure. She is knowledgeable and professional. She handled our requests quickly and thoroughly. Lauren was particularly flexible with the many changes we had to make due to Covid related issues. Before our wedding day she confirmed all services and provided the names and phone numbers of all drivers. Tony, the driver of our car, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived early for our pick up and worked cooperatively with us to navigate our route to Church. On our way to our venue, Tony pulled over for the perfect photo opportunity. He even took many pictures and sent them directly to my phone! They were my first view of our wedding day through someone else's eyes and I will be forever grateful for these photos. There was one minor delay with the transportation on our wedding day, but because of Lauren & John's quick response everything worked out perfectly. If I learned anything on our wedding day, it's that with so many moving parts and so many different people involved in the process there is bound to be a bump or two in the road. Some things are completely and totally out of anyone's control (i.e. traffic). What makes the difference in the day is how it is handled. Professional customer service always trumps any minor inconveniences in my book. Top Class Limo provided just that. We absolutely recommend Top Class Limo for all of your transportation needs, and we would hire them again in an instant.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful TCL is. They not only have the best and cleanest vehicles but the staff is absolutely wonderful. Lauren was always attentive and responsive. When we had to move our wedding due to COVID, she worked with us back and forth to try and accommodate all of our vendors timelines and find the best day that would fit everyone. This was not easy, and as I didn't use a wedding planner, Lauren was extra helpful with all that had to be done. On our wedding day I wasn't sure who would open the doors of the church for my father and I after the bridal party walked down. Our driver, Tony, was amazing and he smiled and said, "Don't worry I will take care of everything" and he did! From helping the bridal party to line up, to even fixing my dress and veil as I walked down, Tony became part of my ceremony in the best way. He took the stress away. The day would not have been the same without him there and I don't think that can be said for every limousine company.
