Larry was amazing to work with! He was so helpful in guiding me on ensuring everything went perfect, even down to getting name pronunciations correct. He played all the requested songs and was able to take requests on site and was very kind to the staff at Della Terra and my family. I highly recommend him to be your DJ!

Larry is awesome!! He was the first DJ I interviewed for my wedding and I could tell after talking to him that he knew about hat he was doing. He is the MC for sure! He helped us plan when we could have certain music playing for what kind of event/wedding tradition we had going on. He also kept my family and friends dancing the whole night! No small feat. My husband and I are so lucky we found Larry and that he delivered like we had hoped. If you want a DJ who is professional, full of great advice, and knows how to get the party going. Then Larry is your guy. Larry you rocked it! Thank you so much for giving us a party to remember.

Larry was exactly what we needed. Our guests were absolutely raving about him all night. Our officiant who had never done a ceremony before was comforted by Larry's guidance. Larry could definitely read the room and knew what kind of songs our guests were enjoying and helped us party all night.

Larry is the GOAT!! He was EXTREMELY professional and so much fun to work with. We really wanted a party and for everyone to be dancing and having fun. Larry could read the room so well he made that a reality for us. Our dance floor was packed from beginning to end. He helped us so much with the timeline in preparation, and with what songs we needed to pick for which part of the day. He gave us suggestions and advice when we needed it, knew exactly when to fade in and out the particular songs (processional, grand entrance, first dances, etc.) which was a huge help. You can totally tell he's likely done hundreds, if not thousands of weddings, really knows his stuff! Larry helped things run so smoothly the entire day. He had a fog and bubble machine for our grand entrance which was epic. We got so many compliments on how professional he was and how much fun he made our night. He truly made our wedding the greatest night of our lives, so magical and perfect. We attended eight (!!!!!!) weddings this year and you can really tell the difference in a DJ, who knows and loves what they are doing and a DJ who doesn't. Out of all the DJs we observed at these weddings this summer, Larry was HANDS DOWN the best, by far. My piece of advice, always splurge on your DJ. You wont regret it. Hire Larry! It will be the best decision you will ever make! We have now unofficially adopted him as our Funcle (Fun Uncle) Larry. He forever has a piece of our hearts.

Throughout the entire process Larry was great to work with! He was very responsive and helpful when I had questions, and also had many helpful suggestions. He went through the entire wedding timeline during our wedding planning meeting and he shared what would be happening throughout the night with us and answered all of our questions. It was so helpful to know what to expect! On our wedding day, Larry did an incredible job! He was professional and was able to read the crowd to play the perfect music! During one of the last songs, Larry put a voiceover of us saying our vows with a song. It was such a special moment to be able to dance with my husband, and listen to us say our vows. I cannot recommend Larry enough, and loved working with him.

Larry is sooo phenomenal!! We had our wedding in November in Estes Park. He was very professional and responsive through the whole planning process and day of! He made sure our officiant and our wedding planner knew what to do and he was spot on with our ceremony music. He stayed true to our playlist we chose and his lighting was on point the entire time! Planning a wedding is stressful... One big question is Band or DJ? I want to recommend that you stop debating and just go with Top Hat Entertainment. Larry with Top Hat Entertainment was perfect! He consulted with us well before the wedding day on not just a song list, but who we were as a couple and what we wanted the atmosphere to be like. He custom designed a music list and experience that couldn't have been better. The ceremony and reception were flawless and as an emcee, he delivered! He was perfect in the introductions, the transitions, and keeping the ceremony and reception on schedule. He played the exact music that we wanted and was just phenomenal! Please stop arguing over band or DJ and go with Top Hat Entertainment. Larry is amazing!

Larry is an absolutely phenomenal DJ. We chose him because of a recommendation from our venue coordinator, and we couldn't have been happier. He went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly throughout the night, and his timing was perfect. His communication leading up to the wedding was great despite how busy he was with other weddings the weeks before our wedding. He always kept the mood light and the atmosphere fun. Everyone was on the dance floor all night! In the words of my dad, "I danced more that night than I have in the last 25 years combined." Highly recommend!!!

We hired Larry because we wanted someone with excellent reviews who we could trust to make our day fun and stress-free. He was definitely the right choice! Let me start by saying my husband and I didn't really know what we wanted AT ALL, and Larry was EXCELLENT at helping us figure it out! From day one he was patient, kind, friendly, and super accommodating. On our wedding day he did the ceremony and reception, and he was excellent. The sound quality was great (even outside) and the entire evening flowed smoothly and seamlessly. He's a great MC and really knows how to direct the flow of an event, and during the dancing he read the crowd very well. Our guests (young and old) had a great time, and it's largely due to Larry :) I would recommend him to anyone who wants an experienced DJ who can handle the night for you.

Words can't explain how awesome Larry is!!! He knows his stuff and does an excellent job at making sure your wedding crowd is having a good time. Our wedding was an absolute blast! He played the songs we wanted, but also has some great ideas that we would have never thought of. It's your DJ who can make your wedding rock and Larry made it rock!!! He is very flexible, and we did not have any worry in the world. You would be dumb to not hire him as your DJ!!!

Larry was so easy to work with and is the only dj so they won't try and pawn off some random person on you for your day. He takes extra time to meet with you and see if he's a good fit for your day and helps all along the way with anything you need. If he doesn't have a song he makes sure to find it so you can have it too.

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough about Larry! He was an amazing wedding DJ! Not only did he keep our guests entertained all night long but he thought of things we never would have caught! He also edited a song for us for a bridal party dance and it was perfect! There truly is no other DJ like him. AMAZING DJ! Had everyone dancing the entire evening. Could not have asked for a better music selection. We had purchased Glow Sticks and he curated the perfect moment to break up into a glow stick dance party. Kept the music fresh! He is amazing to work with and make the planning process very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

I have never been to a wedding where EVERYONE (young and old) were on the dance floor having such a great time, and I owe it our amazing DJ! Larry did a phenomenal job picking out the music for our wedding. Larry was easy to keep in touch with especially with us being from out of state. He gave us some very helpful hints choosing music during the planning process. He did a very nice job incorporating our music taste in with all of the music selections. On the day of the wedding, Larry was very quick to set up the music and the sound system details when there was a quick change of plans due to the weather for our ceremony. The microphones for the singers/pastor during our ceremony sounded very clear. One of the best parts of our wedding was the reception. Larry did a nice job with keeping us on track during the reception and cueing us with what was going to happen next. Larry played music that was very relatable and it was so special to have everyone on the dance floor having such an amazing time. It was incredible that at the same time I could be dancing with my Grandparents and my young Nephews. I was so amazed that Larry even had our vows played over one of our favorite songs at the reception. Everyone was so impressed and I received comments like “that was the most fun I’ve had at a wedding” “amazing music” and “such a fun dance party.” I can’t thank Larry enough for making our wedding so special. He truly is the best DJ in the Northern Colorado Area. Thank you so much, Larry!

Our guests RAVED about our DJ after our wedding! Larry knew exactly what music to play to keep the crowd moving all night, and he did a great job incorporating our requests in a way that made sense in the overall flow of the evening. He's professional, friendly and - most importantly - FUN!

Larry at Top Hat Entertainment did an incredible job at our wedding! He was fun and easy to work with ahead of time, he adjusted to all of the last minute changes we made, he was professional, and he just made the day go that much better. He mic'd up our officiant and ceremony singers, played for cocktail hour, and kept the reception moving smoothly from one thing to the next. We loved that he played songs that both the older crowd at the wedding and the younger crowd would enjoy. Larry was a joy to work with and we were thrilled to have him as our DJ! Larry was awesome! He sat down with us before the wedding to figure out songs which we needed! He did a great job at the ceremony and reception. We loved the lights and smoke machine... They were a nice touch. He also surprised us with the last song... I won't give it away for those booking with him but it was a fantastic surprise. We highly recommend Larry!!

Larry is fantastic! He set up the sound for our outdoor ceremony, including assisting our friend and ceremony musician with plugging his guitar into the sound system, and DJ'ed our reception. Even though we were married outside during a blizzard, the sound during our ceremony was crisp and perfect. Larry is very attentive to details and kept everything flowing smoothly during the reception. He can read the crowd well and kept our reception a non-stop dance party!

Professional, helpful, and classy! Larry was a pleasure to work with. His expertise and help in selecting songs and going through the timeline made planning easy. He integrated our "must have" songs throughout the night and kept the dance floor busy. He even added special extra touches like recording our vows and replaying them for us later.

I have been involved in event planning throughout my career, so when my daughter was planning her wedding, she assigned me the task of interviewing DJs. After interviewing every DJ on the venue "preferred list", I suggested that she meet with my top three candidates. I knew from my conversation with Larry that he was everything that they were looking for and suggested she and her fiancé meet with him first. After one meeting, the bond was immediately formed. Not only did Larry do a fantastic job of delivering everything he promised, he was on his toes and kept everything on track throughout the night. Larry is no amateur, if you are looking for a professional to help make your occasion special, then Larry is your man! My only regret is that it took me a few months to sit down and write this review :)

If you want to have a perfectly smooth sailing ceremony, cocktail hour and reception HIRE LARRY! He is fantastic at keeping the party going and sticking to everything the bride wants. He always came up and let me know what his next move was, he never surprised me by announcing it was time for the first dance or bouquet toss without informing me first. He would walk up, ask if I was ready and then announce it after the current song was finished. As a bride, this was much appreciated! At the reception he was also excellent at reading the crowd. My husband and I had made a suggested playlist which he somewhat stuck to but also tried out fun songs to see what the crowd was feeling! Overall, he was so great to work with and made our wedding amazing and fun! Bonus: he also offers a monogrammed spot light on the dance floor with the bride and grooms names AND a grand entrance with a fog machine! We took full advantage of both, so much fun!

Larry helped us have the perfect wedding by orchestrating every minor detail from the seating music prior to the ceremony all the way through our final exit and directing our guests onto shuttles at the end of the night! He is wonderful at what he does and all of our guests, especially us, had a great time at our wedding. He created the atmosphere we had in mind and kept everything flowing smoothly, which we really appreciate!

We chose Larry as our DJ because he had strong ties to our venue. He has a great voice and really knows how to keep a party going. He also had uplighting and a monogram of your last name to shine on the dance floor. It was great!
