We booked with Top Knotch on the recommendation of our wedding planner and all the great reviews we found. Unfortunately that was not the experience we received. We purchased the t...
op package which included a meeting a month before the wedding and a written speech which we could approve before hand. Communication was not great. I had not heard from Micheal and it was three and a half weeks before our wedding so I reached out. We did not receive a response for two weeks and his response was that he was out of town. Now a week before the wedding and in our meeting he said he would send over questions for us to answer. I received nothing. Three days later I reached out again and he said that he forgot and then sent them over. Our package included proofing the speech and it was not sent until four hours before the wedding. We were refunded for that portion but the experience was gone. Michael also had us go to the court house for our license near his home so turn around would be faster. It took me reaching out by email and phone, three weeks and then he finally sent them. He had said he was out of town and that he had messed up the mailing address. I know a lot of people had great experiences and at the end of the day our wedding was beautiful but I figured people should know not only the positives.
Michael is the absolute best! He made sure our day was the perfect mix of fun and sentimental. We were really wanting to have an officiant who made our day feel true to us, and he...
