Bronwyn was awesome with helping to plan our honeymoon. She suggested Secrets Maroma beach Riviera Cancun and we loved it there! Bronwyn did everything from booking flights, setting up hotel transfers, to setting up our room. During the hectic time of planning a wedding she made the honeymoon booking an easy step.

I couldn't wait to share my great experience with Bronwyn at Top Notch Travel Service! As a destination wedding bride, it's difficult to make decisions being far away from and never visiting the venue. I started working with Bronwyn when we were still in the planning phase of choosing a resort. She got to know us as a couple and what we were looking for, and then recommended a Sandals in Jamaica that ended up being perfect! We were fortunate that she was traveling to the site and she spent a lot of time doing research, taking pictures, and meeting with the staff. I can't tell you how much of a relief that was to receive her in depth analysis of the resort in advance. She really knows her stuff! We sent out our save the dates over a year before the wedding, and Bronwyn spent the next year working with each and every one of our guests to plan their travel arrangements. Everyone had extremely nice things to say about her assistance and professionalism. I received frequent updates as guests were booking which was great! She was very organized- we had all of our travel arrangements taken care of with exceptional precision so that our travel experience went very smoothly. In addition, Bronwyn worked closely with the staff at the resort, often acting as a liaison when I had specific questions closer to the event. I can't imagine our wedding would have been such a success without Bronwyn! I am so beyond thrilled with the assistance provided by Top Notch Travel Service! I originally thought I could plan the honeymoon on my own, but when I sat down to plan I was so overwhelmed with the location and hotel options. I wasted HOURS trying to research best hotels, beaches, and islands based on our wedding date (which was end of September which also happens to fall within the dreaded hurricane season). I finally reached out to Top Notch Travel Service for help and I immediately received a response and request to set some time up to chat via phone (so convenient)! Bronwyn listened to what we were looking for (relaxing getaway with luxurious accommodations, convenient flights from Boston, with minimal risk of being in the path of a hurricane), and easily provided us with 3 solid options/locations (though obviously weather cannot be guaranteed). Seeing the prices, flights, and dates laid out side by side within our budget we were able to make a decision to travel to Grenada and stay at the Sandals Resort. Flights were limited getting us there (the earliest we could get out was on a Wednesday and who wants to twiddle their thumbs for 3 days after their wedding!?) so Bronwyn suggested maybe we visit another island on the Monday immedIately following our Saturday wedding. Bronwyn whipped up hotel and flight options, and the next thing we knew we were going to Barbados for Monday-Thursday, flying to Grenada (45 min flight) and staying Thursday - Thursday. IT WAS AMAZING!!! We stayed at The House in Barbados (unbelievable!!), and as I mentioned earlier, the Sandals La Source in Grenada. The islands and resorts were so different it is impossible to compare. The House was a low key quiet hotel with AMAZING amenities (massage upon arrival, unlimited bottled water, daily champagne breakfast, icecream every afternoon...) but was not all inclusive and could get pricey. The Sandals La Source in Grenada was BEAUTIFUL, all inclusive, and extremely close to the airport. The rooms were BY far the most luxurious accommodations I have ever stayed in. Different atmosphere here, a bit more lively and lots more people. In addition to the assistance and patience with the honeymoon planning (and going back and forth on options), Bronwyn assisted us in selecting travel insurance as I was convinced that we were going to somehow get stuck in a hurricane! Having someone to collaborate and talk through my concerns with was invaluable. I'm confident Top Notch Travel Services will assist you in taking the honeymoon planning off your plate and you will NOT be disappointed!! I can't wait for our next trip!!
